Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a flow chart of a vehicle-mounted wireless charging foreign matter alarm method, and as shown in fig. 1, the vehicle-mounted wireless charging foreign matter alarm method comprises the following steps:
step S110, acquiring a current state of the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device, where the current state includes a charging state and a standby state.
In this embodiment, the in-vehicle wireless charging device mainly includes three states: off state, charging state, standby state. When the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is successfully connected with the wireless charging mobile phone, the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is in a charging state, and when the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is powered on but is not connected with the equipment to be charged, the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is in a standby state.
When the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is in a charging state and a standby state, foreign object detection needs to be performed on the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device.
Step S120, based on the current state, determines a detection object for which foreign matter detection is directed.
In this embodiment, different foreign object detection strategies may be implemented based on different states of the in-vehicle wireless charging device. In the present application, different foreign object detection strategies are directed to different detection objects.
Specifically, when the in-vehicle wireless charging apparatus is in a standby state, the detection object may be a device to be charged and a metallic foreign object, thereby determining whether the device to be charged needs to be charged and whether there is an influence of the metallic foreign object. When the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is in a charging state, because the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is connected with the equipment to be charged, whether the equipment to be charged exists or not can be avoided, and only whether a metal foreign body exists or not is detected, so that the influence of the metal foreign body on the wireless charging process is avoided.
In this embodiment, corresponding detection methods may also be adopted for different detection objects.
Step S130, detecting whether the detection object exists in a preset range.
In practice, the preset range may be a charging area of the wireless charging apparatus, so that whether a metallic foreign object exists in the charging area of the wireless charging apparatus and whether a device to be charged exists can be detected.
In this embodiment, the metal foreign object detection may be implemented by any feasible method in the prior art, such as: q value detection method, infrared detection method, etc., and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the detection of the device to be charged may be implemented by any feasible method in the prior art, and the present invention is not limited to this.
And step S140, when the detection result of the detection object is a preset result, executing alarm prompt.
In this embodiment, the preset result may specifically include: there is a metallic foreign object in the preset range and there is a device to be charged.
If the detection result is a preset result, executing alarm prompt to prompt a user that the existence of the metal foreign body will affect wireless charging.
If the detection result is not the preset result, the method comprises the following steps: and if no metal foreign matter is found in the charging mode, or if the metal foreign matter is detected in the standby mode but the mobile phone to be charged is not detected, the alarm prompt is not executed.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the alarm prompt is executed only when the equipment to be charged and the metal foreign matter exist in the preset range.
In the embodiment of the invention, a detection object for foreign matter detection is determined by acquiring the current state of vehicle-mounted wireless charging; detecting whether the detection object exists in a preset range or not; and when the detection result of the detection object is a preset result, executing alarm prompt. In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding foreign matter detection strategy is executed by judging the current state of the vehicle-mounted wireless charging, the alarm prompt is executed only when the detection result is the preset result, and the alarm prompt can not be executed under other conditions, so that the energy consumption can be reduced.
Another flow chart of a vehicle-mounted wireless charging foreign matter alarm method provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 2. The vehicle-mounted wireless charging foreign matter alarm method comprises the following steps:
step S210, acquiring a current state of the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device, where the current state includes a charging state and a standby state.
This step is similar to step S110 described above and will not be described herein again.
Step S220, based on the current state, determines a detection object for foreign object detection.
In this embodiment, different foreign object detection strategies may be implemented based on different states of the in-vehicle wireless charging device. In the present application, different foreign object detection strategies are directed to different detection objects.
In this embodiment, step S220 may specifically include: determining that the detection object is a metal foreign object in the charging state; in the standby state, it is determined that the detection object includes the metallic foreign matter and a device to be charged.
Specifically, when the in-vehicle wireless charging apparatus is in a standby state, the detection object may be a device to be charged and a metallic foreign object, thereby determining whether the device to be charged needs to be charged and whether there is an influence of the metallic foreign object. When the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is in a charging state, because the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is connected with the equipment to be charged, whether the equipment to be charged exists or not can be detected, and whether a metal foreign body exists or not is detected, so that the influence of the metal foreign body on the wireless charging process is avoided.
Step S230, detecting a quality factor Q value of the transmitting end of the wireless charging device; and if the Q value is reduced and is smaller than the preset threshold value, determining that the metal foreign matters exist in the preset range.
In this embodiment, the presence or absence of a foreign metal in a predetermined range is determined by a Q value detection method. And under the condition that the Q value is reduced and is smaller than a preset threshold value, representing that the metal foreign matters exist in a preset range, and obtaining a detection result of the metal foreign matters. Wherein the preset threshold is preset in advance by a technician.
Step S240, detecting whether an electromagnetic carrier signal returned by the equipment to be charged is received; and if the electromagnetic carrier signal returned by the equipment to be charged is detected, determining that the equipment to be charged exists in the preset range.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted wireless charging apparatus may send a signal to a wireless charging device within a preset range to detect whether there is a device to be charged, and after receiving the signal sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless charging apparatus, the device to be charged returns an electromagnetic carrier signal to respond to the signal sent by the vehicle-mounted wireless charging apparatus. The response signal returned by the device to be charged can carry relevant information such as the device model, the manufacturer ID, the device ID and the like of the device to be charged, and the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device determines whether the adaptive device to be charged exists in a preset range according to the response signal returned by the device to be charged and obtains a corresponding detection result.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device may further determine whether to establish connection with the device to be charged according to an electromagnetic carrier signal returned by the device to be charged, and if the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device is adapted to the device to be charged, establish connection with the device to be charged and charge the device to be charged.
And step S250, when the detection result is determined that all the determined detection objects exist in the preset range, initiating an alarm prompt.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the charging area of the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device has the device to be charged and the metal foreign object, in order to avoid the influence of the metal foreign object on the wireless charging process, an alarm prompt needs to be initiated.
In this embodiment, any feasible alarm prompting method in the prior art may be adopted to initiate the alarm prompting, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
In an optional embodiment, the initiating the alert prompt may include: and performing text and/or sound alarm prompt through the HUT.
In another optional embodiment, the initiating the alert prompt may further include: and (3) carrying out text and/or sound alarm prompt on the driver and the passenger through an automobile instrument panel.
In this embodiment, the text prompt may be a preset text prompt, or may be a text prompt determined in real time according to an actual situation, and the sound prompt may be a specific prompt sound or a preset voice prompt.
Step S260, when the detection result of the detection object is not the preset result, no alarm prompt is executed; and/or when the detection result of the detection object is that the equipment to be charged exists but no foreign matter exists, performing wireless charging on the equipment to be charged.
In this embodiment, when the detection result is not the preset result, the alarm prompt is not executed. And, when detecting that the device to be charged exists within the preset range but no foreign object exists, specifically, may be: the Q value is larger than or equal to the preset value, the equipment to be charged is matched with the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device, and under the condition, the connection between the equipment to be charged and the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device can be established so as to wirelessly charge the equipment to be charged.
In the embodiment of the invention, a detection object for foreign matter detection is determined by acquiring the current state of vehicle-mounted wireless charging; detecting whether the detection object exists in a preset range or not; and when the detection result of the detection object is a preset result, executing alarm prompt. In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding foreign matter detection strategy is executed by judging the current state of the vehicle-mounted wireless charging, so that the alarm prompt is executed only when the detection result is the preset result, and the alarm prompt can not be executed under other conditions, thereby avoiding frequent alarm caused by the existence of foreign matters in the wireless charging device in the standby state, reducing the energy consumption of the vehicle and improving the user experience.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle-mounted wireless charging apparatus is in a standby state and there is no device to be charged, even if there is a foreign object in the charging area of the vehicle-mounted wireless charging apparatus, the foreign object alarm is not generated. And only when the charging area of the vehicle-mounted wireless charging device has the equipment to be charged and the metal foreign bodies, the alarm prompt is executed. Therefore, frequent alarming caused by the existence of metal foreign matters when the vehicle-mounted wireless charging equipment is in a standby mode is avoided.
