For example, when the thickness T2 of the base sheet 1 is greater than or equal to 4mm, the height H4 of the outer projections 8 is preferably one-fourth of the thickness T2 of the base sheet 1; and when the thickness T2 of the base sheet 1 is less than or equal to 2mm, the height H4 of the outer projections 8 is preferably half of the thickness T2 of the base sheet 1. The specific configuration may be determined according to the material or thickness of the substrate 1, and the embodiment is not further limited.
To improve the comfort and skin feel of the razor blade during use, the distance H3 between the highest point of the inner projections 7 and the highest point of the outer projections 8, viewed in either direction perpendicular to the cutting face 12 from both sides of the base sheet 1, is one quarter to three quarters of the thickness T2 of the base sheet 1. The specific arrangement rule is that the distance H3 between the outer boss 8 and the inner boss 7 is correspondingly larger as the thickness T2 of the substrate 1 is thicker. When the thickness T2 of the substrate 1 is thinner, the distance H3 between the outer projection 8 and the inner projection 7 is also reduced. For example, when the thickness T2 of the substrate sheet 1 is 4mm or more, the distance H3 between the outer projections 8 and the inner projections 7 is one quarter to two halves of the thickness T2 of the substrate sheet 1. When the thickness T2 of the substrate 1 is less than or equal to 2mm, the distance H3 between the outer boss 8 and the inner boss 7 is half to three quarters of the thickness T2 of the substrate 1, so that the stimulation of the outer boss 8 and the inner boss 7 to cranial nerves is improved while the hair cutting effect is ensured, and the skin feel of the razor blade when contacting with the skin is improved. The specific configuration may be determined according to the material or thickness of the substrate 1, and the embodiment is not further limited.
On the basis of the razor blade described above, the applicant has also proposed a razor solution including the skin-feel-enhancing razor blade described in any one of the above.
The above examples should not be construed as limiting the present invention, but any modifications made based on the spirit of the present invention should be within the scope of protection of the present invention.

Claims (12)

1. A skin feel enhancing razor blade comprising a substrate; it is characterized in that the substrate is provided with a skin-contacting working surface which is contacted with the skin and a cutting working surface which is matched with the movable knife; the cutter teeth are arranged at one end of the substrate, and the hair guide grooves among the cutter teeth penetrate through the skin attaching working surface and the cutting working surface; seen from any side direction perpendicular to the cutting working face from two sides of the substrate, a processing groove is arranged at one end of the cutting working face and the skin sticking working face of the substrate, which is provided with the cutter teeth, so that bosses higher than at least partial surfaces of the cutter teeth are respectively formed at the end parts of the cutter teeth, and the edges of the bosses are smoothly processed.
2. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 1, wherein the tooling grooves are disposed in the skin engaging face of the substrate such that the projections at the ends of the cutter teeth are higher than at least a portion of the upper surface of the cutter teeth and the edges of the projections are rounded.
3. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 1 wherein the boss height H1 of each tooth end is greater than one third of the tooth end thickness H2.
4. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 1 wherein the distance H2 between the peak of the projection at the end of each tooth and the cutting face is from one quarter to three quarters of the substrate thickness T1, based on the cutting face of the substrate.
5. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 1, wherein said channels extend through both sides of the skin engaging surface of the substrate, such that the projections are formed on both sides of the skin engaging surface of the substrate and on the ends of the respective teeth.
6. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said grooves comprise at least a first machined surface and a second machined surface, said first machined surface forming the end of said base sheet facing said skin surface where said cutter teeth are located into a slanted shape, said base sheet and said cutter teeth being tapered from thicker to thinner; the second processing surface enables bosses to be formed on two sides of the substrate and the end parts of the cutter teeth respectively, and the bosses are higher than the two sides of the substrate and at least partial upper surfaces of the cutter teeth respectively.
7. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 6, wherein the leading edges of the teeth and the leading edge of the substrate are each provided with a rounded chamfer on the cutting face of the substrate.
8. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 1, wherein the cutting face and the skin engaging face of the base sheet are provided with respective recesses at one end thereof where the cutter teeth are provided, as viewed from either side of the base sheet perpendicular to the cutting face, such that the ends of the cutter teeth on the cutting face and the skin engaging face are formed with respective inner and outer projections higher than at least a partial surface of the cutter teeth, and the edges of the inner and outer projections are rounded.
9. The skin enhanced razor blade of claim 8 wherein the outer boss height H4 provided at the end of each tooth of the cutting face is less than or equal to the inner boss height H5 provided at the end of each tooth of the skin engaging face.
10. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 8 wherein the distance H4 between the highest point of the outer projections and the cutting operative surface, based on the cutting operative surface of the base sheet, is less than half the thickness T2 of the base sheet.
11. The skin feel enhancing razor blade of claim 8 wherein the distance H3 between the highest point of the inner projections and the highest point of the outer projections as viewed from either side of the substrate perpendicular to the cutting face is one-quarter to three-quarters of the substrate thickness T2.
12. A shaver comprising the skin-feeling-improving razor blade according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or 8 to 11.
