The dust cup assembly 1, the fan assembly 3, the battery pack 4, the filter 33 and the like can be detachably mounted on the machine body 2. The battery pack 4 powers the blower assembly 3, and the blower assembly 3 generates a suction air flow that draws dirt from the surface to be cleaned into the dirt cup assembly 1 along the suction duct. A battery pack 4 is provided at the lower end of the handle 22 for powering the motor in the fan assembly 3.
With continued reference to fig. 1-4, the hand-held cleaner includes a body 2, a blower assembly 3, a dirt cup assembly 1, and a battery pack 4. The body 2 comprises a handle 22 for gripping and defines a suction duct. A blower assembly 3 is provided to the body 2 for generating a suction air flow. The fan assembly 3 is arranged above the handle. The dust cup assembly 1 is arranged on the machine body 2 along the extension direction of the suction pipeline and in front of the fan assembly. A battery pack 4 is provided at the lower end of the handle 22 for powering the motor in the fan assembly. Wherein, fan subassembly includes fan and filter, is located handle axis O both sides respectively along the width direction fan and the filter of handheld dust catcher, and referring to fig. 3, the dirt cup subassembly includes cyclone chamber 12 and dust collection chamber 13, communicates through getting rid of grey mouthful 14 between cyclone chamber 12 and the dust collection chamber 13, sets up side by side along the width direction cyclone chamber 12 and the dust collection chamber 13 of handheld dust catcher. The fan assembly and the battery pack are respectively arranged at the two ends of the handle, and meanwhile, the fan 31 and the filter element 33 are respectively arranged at the two sides of the axis O of the handle, so that the battery pack 4, the fan 31 and the filter element 33 form a triangular position relationship.
Referring to fig. 5 to 12, the dust cup assembly of the dust collector includes a cyclone chamber 12 and a dust collecting chamber 13, the cyclone chamber 12 being disposed outside the dust collecting chamber 13 and communicating with the dust collecting chamber 13 through an ash throwing port 14; the cyclone separation chamber 12 further comprises an air inlet 122 and an air outlet 123, and the air inlet 122 and the air outlet 123 are respectively positioned at two ends of the cyclone separation chamber 12; the ends are not particularly referred to herein as bottom walls, and the ends may include the bottom wall of the end wall and a minor segment of the side wall connected to the bottom wall. The two ends described herein include the air inlet 122 and the air outlet 123 being located at opposite bottom walls of the cyclonic separating chamber 12 respectively, or one of the air inlet 122 and the air outlet 123 may be located at the bottom wall and the other at the side wall. The positions of the air inlet 122 and the air outlet 123 at the respective ends of the cyclonic separating chamber 12 can also be understood as: the air inlet 122 and the air outlet 123 are not provided at one end but are provided separately, and at least with respect to the intermediate position of the cyclonic separating chamber 12, the air inlet 122 and the air outlet 123 are provided on either side of the intermediate position and adjacent to or at the bottom wall, respectively. Referring to fig. 5-12, the dirt cup assembly further includes a filter structure 7 disposed at the air outlet 123, the filter structure 7 being rotatably disposed at the air outlet 123 to filter the air flow prior to exiting the air outlet 123. The filtering structure 7 comprises a filtering frame 71 and a filtering net 74 arranged on the filtering frame 71, wherein the filtering net 74 can be a metal net, and the metal net can be fixed to the filtering frame 71 by gluing or other modes after being processed. Of course, the filter screen 74 may be integrally formed with the filter frame 71. The filter structure 7 further comprises at least one guiding rib 76 arranged outside the filter screen 74, the guiding rib 76 protrudes out of the outer surface formed by the filter screen 74, and the guiding rib 76 extends along the circumferential direction and the length direction of the filter structure 7. The guide ribs 76 prevent hairs or the like from abutting the filter screen 74 and at the same time guide the hairs downwards so as to disengage the hairs from the filter structure 7. Referring to fig. 11-12, the filter frame 71 includes a fan mounting bracket 78 and a bearing mounting bracket, with the fan mounting bracket 78 and the bearing mounting bracket being connected by a plurality of guide ribs 76. The number of the guide ribs 76 is 3 or more, so that the structure can be more stable, and hair falling is facilitated. The plurality of guide ribs 76 define a frustoconical receiving space or frustum-shaped receiving space. The filter frame 71 and the guide rib 76 may be integrally formed, and the filter screen 74 is disposed inside the guide rib 76. Referring to the figure, at least part of the projection of the filter screen 74 towards the location of the dust opening 14 in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis P of the filter structure 7 falls into the area of the dust opening 14. The rotary structure is arranged in the area corresponding to the dust throwing port 14, and the rotary filtering structure 7 can guide or flap dust and sundries to the dust throwing port 14 at the same time, so that the speed of the dust entering the dust throwing port 14 is increased, and the separation efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, since the rotation direction of the filtering structure 7 is the same as the rotation direction in the cyclone separation chamber 12, the possibility of hair entanglement can be effectively reduced, because if the rotation direction of the filtering structure 7 is the same as the rotation direction of dust, the speed difference between the two can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the hair can be directly thrown to the dust throwing port 14 due to the centrifugal force of the filtering structure 7.
Referring to fig. 11-12, the outer diameter of the filter structure 7 gradually decreases in a direction away from the air outlet 123. I.e. the hair wound around the filter frame 71 is gradually thrown off during rotation of the filter structure 7 and then enters the dust throwing port 14. That is, the filter structure 7 includes a first end 711 adjacent to the air outlet 123 and a second end 712 remote from the air outlet 123, the first end 711 having an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter of the second end 712. The second end 712 is suspended in the cyclone chamber 12, and the outer diameter of the filtering structure 7 gradually decreases along a direction away from the air outlet 123. I.e., the fan mounting bracket 78 has an outer diameter that is greater than the outer diameter of the bearing mounting bracket. So that the filter arrangement 7 hangs like a truncated cone within the cyclonic separating chamber 12 to facilitate the removal of hair from the second end 712. The first end 711 of the filter structure 7 is suspended relative to the mounting frame 75. The filter structure 7 can be a truncated cone or a truncated pyramid on the whole, so that hair can be conveniently shed. To further enhance the probability of hair falling off, the guide ribs 76 extend both in the circumferential direction and in the length direction of the filter structure 7.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the dirt cup assembly further includes a mounting bracket 75 for supporting the filter structure 7, the mounting bracket 75 being disposed at the air outlet 123 for supporting the filter structure 7. The mounting frame 75 is disposed at the air outlet 123, and it should be understood that the mounting frame 75 may be disposed in the air outlet 123, or may be disposed at a position near the upstream and downstream of the air outlet 123, and the specific position is not limited herein in detail. The filter structure 7 includes a first end 711 proximate to the air outlet 123 and a second end 712 distal to the air outlet 123, the first end 711 being suspended relative to the mounting frame 75, the second end 712 being rotatably mounted to the mounting frame 75 such that the filter structure 7 is rotatable relative to the mounting frame 75. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the mounting frame 75 includes a support 751 fixed to the air outlet 123, the support 751 being a cross support structure, although in other implementations the support 751 may be any support structure for rotatably mounting the filter structure 7 to the air outlet 123. In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the filter structure 7, the filter structure 7 is mounted to one end of the fixing shaft 752 through the bearing 753, and the other end of the fixing shaft 752 is fixed to the supporting structure, so that the fixing shaft 752 is static relative to the supporting structure, and the advantage that the fixing shaft 752 is static relative to the supporting structure is that the probability of hair winding entering the filter structure 7 can be reduced. Further, the fixing shaft 752 is detachably mounted on the supporting structure, so that a user can conveniently detach the fixing shaft to clean the filtering structure 7, and even if sundries such as hair remain in the filtering structure 7, the user only needs to clean the fixing shaft simply. In one implementation, the outer circumference of the end of the stationary shaft 752 remote from the bearing 753 is provided with an elastomeric material that is in an interference fit with the mounting frame 75. In other implementations, the fixing shaft 752 may be detachably disposed on the mounting frame 75 through a threaded connection, a clamping connection, or the like.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, a bearing mounting bracket on the filter frame 71 is provided in the accommodating groove 713, at least one bearing 753 is provided in the accommodating groove 713, and the filter frame 71 is rotatably mounted to the mounting frame 75 by the at least one bearing 753. The receiving groove 713 includes a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending upwardly along the periphery of the bottom wall, the bottom wall and the peripheral wall together defining the receiving groove 713, the receiving groove 713 including an opening for mounting the bearing 753. The accommodating groove 713 is arranged in this way, so that sundries can be well prevented from entering the accommodating groove 713, and the smooth operation of the bearing 753 is not affected. The number of bearings 753 is two, and they are arranged side by side in the axial direction. Two bearings 753 are arranged side by side, so that the stability of the filtering structure 7 can be effectively improved. The end of the stationary shaft 752 remote from the bearing 753 is detachably mounted to the mounting frame 75. The length of the bearing mounting bracket can be adjusted according to practical situations, in particular, the bearing mounting bracket can extend to the first end 711 of the filter structure 7 and even exceed the first end 711, so that the length of the fixing shaft 752 can be reduced, or the filter structure 7 with relatively short length can be adapted. Even if the bearing mounting bracket is long, it is understood that the filter structure 7 is rotatably mounted by the second end 712, as long as the first end 711 of the filter structure 7 is suspended relative to the mounting bracket 75 or other fixed structure and the two are relatively movable.
With continued reference to fig. 8, 11 and 12, the filter structure 7 comprises a first end 711 adjacent to the air outlet 123 and a second end 712 remote from the air outlet 123, the outer periphery of the first end 711 being provided with a shielding plate 77 extending outwardly in a radial direction. The dirt cup assembly also includes a filter support, a clearance fit between the guard 77 and the filter support, and a tortuous path formed therebetween that prevents dust and hair from entering.
The filter structure 7 may be driven by a driving member, and in some implementations, referring to fig. 6-10, a fan 8 is disposed in the filter structure 7, and the fan 8 rotates by the air flow flowing out of the air outlet 123, so as to drive the filter structure 7 to rotate; wherein the fan 8 comprises a proximal end 84 close to the axis of rotation P and a distal end 83 remote from the axis of rotation P in the radial direction, the proximal end 84 of the fan 8 being suspended in relation to the mounting frame 75. In one implementation, the fan 8 may be annular, and the center of the fan 8 is in a hollow structure, so that objects can pass through conveniently. The fan 8 includes a plurality of fan blades 81, and both ends of the fan blades 81 are fixed to corresponding circular rings, and a space defined by the inner circular rings can ensure free penetration of objects. Further, the fan 8 includes a plurality of fan blades 81, and proximal shaft ends 84 of the fan blades 81 are all suspended. In one embodiment, the fan blades 81 may be molded directly onto the filter frame 71. In another implementation, the fan 8 may be a separately manufactured piece, and the fan 8 may be fastened to the inside or outside of the filter frame 71 by clamping, gluing, ultrasonic welding, or the like after manufacturing. The fan blade 81 adopts a suspending mode, so that on one hand, the air flow area can be increased, and on the other hand, the hair can be effectively prevented from being wound on the fan blade 81.
FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of a dirt cup assembly in another embodiment. Fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of a filtering structure in another embodiment. Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the structure in this embodiment may employ the structure described in the above embodiment, except for the mounting manner of the filter structure 7, which is different from that in the other embodiments. Referring to fig. 13-14, in another implementation, the outer periphery of the filter structure 7 is provided with an outer bearing 82, which is mounted at the air outlet 123 by the outer bearing 82. In this way, the interior of the filter structure 7 is substantially empty, substantially free from hair entanglement, improving the reliability of the filter structure 7.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a baffle 9 extending within the dust collection chamber 13 is provided at the dust throwing port 14 to block a portion of the dirt within the dust collection chamber 13 from being drawn back into the cyclone chamber 12. Since the filter structure 7 is relatively close to the dust throwing port 14, a baffle 9 extending in the dust collecting chamber 13 is arranged at the dust throwing port 14 in order to prevent dust in the dust collecting chamber 13 from being pumped into the cyclone separating chamber 12. The baffle 9 may be a straight baffle 9 or a curved baffle 9, and the suspended end of the baffle 9 may be inclined toward the bottom of the dust chamber 13 to achieve a better anti-suck-back effect. In order to further prevent hairs in the dust chamber 13 from being drawn back into the cyclone chamber 12, the side of the baffle 9 facing the bottom of the dust chamber 13 is provided with at least one projection 92 projecting in the direction of the bottom of the dust chamber 13. Thus, when the hair enters the dust collecting chamber 13, the hair will reach under the baffle 9 due to the disturbance of the air flow, and a part of the hair may return to the dust throwing port 14 along the edge of the baffle 9, and if the protrusions 92, especially the plurality of protrusions 92 arranged separately, are arranged under the baffle 9, the hair and dust and the like can be effectively fixed to the protrusions 92, and prevented from being sucked back.
In other implementations, the filter structure 7 may be driven by a motor, and teeth may be provided on a peripheral wall of the filter structure 7, where the motor is disposed on one side of the filter structure 7, and drives the filter structure 7 to rotate through a transmission structure such as a gear. The outer periphery of the filter structure 7 is provided with an outer bearing 82, so that no blocking of the inner space of the filter structure 7 can be realized, and the failure rate can be reduced. It will be appreciated that the filter arrangement 7 may also be driven by the driving member in other ways of transmission, which will not be described in detail here.
In one embodiment, the filtering structure 7 includes a first end 711 near the air outlet 123 and a second end 712 far from the air outlet 123, such that the direction along which the rotation axis P extends is a height direction, and the first end 711 is higher than the second end 712, and the lowest point of the second end 712 is higher than the bottom of the dust throwing port 14 and lower than the top of the dust throwing port 14 in the height direction, which is suitable for a dust cup with a relatively short height. Although not shown in the drawings, reference is made to fig. 6, in which L1 shown in fig. 6 is located below L2, that is, the lowest point L1 of the filter mechanism is lower than the lowest point L2 of the dust throwing port 14. In the present embodiment, L1 should be located above L2.
In one embodiment, the filtering structure 7 includes a first end 711 near the air outlet 123 and a second end 712 far from the air outlet 123, such that the direction along which the rotation axis PP extends is a height direction, and the first end 711 is higher than the second end 712, and the lowest point of the second end 712 is substantially level with the bottom of the dust throwing port 14 along the height direction, that is, L1 should be substantially level with L2, which is the case for dust cups with relatively high heights.
In one embodiment, the portion of the filter screen 74 that is directed toward the location of the dust opening 14 in a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation P of the filter structure is projected to fall into the region of the dust opening 14, all other structures being unchanged.
The dust cup assembly of any of the above embodiments may be used in a floor sweeping robot, a canister cleaner, a standing cleaner, a mite-killing device, or other related surface cleaning devices, which are only examples, and are not limited to the above cleaning devices, but may be other indoor or outdoor cleaning devices.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the details and embodiments shown and described, it is well suited to various fields of use for which the invention would be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and accordingly, the invention is not limited to the specific details and illustrations shown and described herein, without departing from the general concepts defined in the claims and their equivalents.
