本发明涉及吡啶氧基乙酸化合物及其用途。
背景技术
以往,为了防除植物病害开发了各种化合物,用于实际应用(参照非专利文献1)。专利文献1中,作为除草剂的制造中间体记载有2-{[3-(2-氯-4-氟苯氧基)吡啶-2-基]氧基}乙酸乙酯(以下记作化合物B)。

发明所要解决的课题
本发明的课题在于,提供对植物病害具有优异的防除效力的化合物。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明如下所示。
〔1〕2-{[3-(2-氯-4-氟苯氧基)吡啶-2-基]氧基}乙酸(以下记作化合物A)或其碱金属盐。
〔2〕一种组合物,其含有〔1〕中记载的化合物或其碱金属盐、和非活性载体。
〔3〕一种植物病害的防除方法,以〔1〕中记载的化合物或其碱金属盐的有效量对植物或土壤进行处理。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够防除植物病害。
具体实施方式
作为化合物A的碱金属盐,例如可以举出化合物A的锂盐、钾盐及钠盐。化合物A的碱金属盐也可以是水合物。
本发明的组合物含有化合物A或其碱金属盐和非活性载体。本发明的组合物通常如下所示地处理,即,将化合物A或其碱金属盐与固体载体、液体载体等非活性载体混合,根据需要添加表面活性剂、其他的制剂用辅助剂,制成乳剂、油剂、粉剂、粒剂、可湿性粉剂(日文:水和剤)、粒型可湿性粉剂(日文:顆粒水和剤)、悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、微胶囊剂等制剂。
本发明的组合物通常含有0.0001~95重量%的化合物A或其碱金属盐。
作为制剂化时使用的固体载体,例如可以举出粘土类(高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土(bentonite)、酸性白土等)、干式二氧化硅、湿式二氧化硅、滑石、陶瓷、其他无机矿物(绢云母、石英、硫、活性炭、碳酸钙等)、化学肥料(硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、尿素、氯化铵等)等的微粉末及粒状物等、以及合成树脂(聚丙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯树脂、尼龙-6、尼龙-11、尼龙-66等尼龙树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、氯乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)。
作为液体载体,例如可以举出水、醇类(甲醇、乙醇等)、酮类(丙酮、甲乙酮等)、芳香族烃类(甲苯、二甲苯等)、脂肪族烃类(己烷、环己烷等)、酯类(乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等)、腈类(乙腈等)、醚类(二异丙醚、二乙二醇二甲醚等)、酰胺类(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等)、亚砜类(二甲亚砜等)、以及植物油(大豆油、棉籽油等)。
作为表面活性剂,例如可以举出聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯等非离子表面活性剂、以及烷基磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐等阴离子表面活性剂。
作为其他的制剂用辅助剂,可以举出固着剂、分散剂、着色剂及稳定剂等,具体而言例如可以举出酪蛋白、明胶、糖类(淀粉、阿拉伯胶、纤维素衍生物、海藻酸等)、木质素衍生物、膨润土、合成水溶性高分子(聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸类等)、酸式磷酸异丙酯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、BHA(2-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚与3-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚的混合物)。
化合物A或其碱金属盐对于植物病原菌具有效力。作为来自于植物病原菌的植物病害,可以举出以下的例子。括号内表示引起该病害的病原菌的学名。
稻的病害:瘟病(稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae))、胡麻叶枯病(宫部旋孢腔菌(Cochliobolus miyabeanus))、纹枯病(纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani))、恶苗病(藤仓赤霉(Gibberella fujikuroi))、黄化萎缩病(大孢指疫霉(Sclerophthora macrospora))、拟稻瘟病及穗枯病(黑附球菌(Epicoccum nigrum))、苗立枯病(绿色木霉(Trichodermaviride)、米根霉(Rhizopus oryzae));

本发明的植物病害的防除方法例如可以举出茎叶散布、种子消毒等对植物体的处理;土壤处理等对植物的栽培地的处理。
对于化合物A或其碱金属盐的处理量,相对于1000m2通常为1~10000g。在化合物A或其碱金属盐被制成乳剂、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂等制剂时,通常以使有效成分浓度为0.01~10000ppm的方式用水稀释后施用,粒剂、粉剂等通常直接施用。
本发明的组合物可以作为旱田、水田、草坪、果树园等农耕地中的植物病害的防除剂使用。
实施例
给出化合物A或其碱金属盐的制造例。
化合物B可以利用国际公开第2007/083090号说明书的EXAMPLES 4中记载的方法来制造。
制造例1
向化合物B的二甲苯溶液488.04g(浓度24.45重量%)中,在40℃加入27%氢氧化钠水溶液70.7g,在40℃搅拌3小时。向所得的混合物中加入水300g并进行萃取。向所得的水层滴加98%硫酸21.9g。过滤析出的固体并进行干燥,得到112.24g(纯度:97.9%(LC内标法))的化合物A。该化合物的熔点为195.2℃。
以下给出化合物A的1H-NMR数据。
1H-NMR(DMSO-d6)δ(ppm):12.85(1H,s),7.94(1H,dd),7.61(1H,dd),7.31(1H,dd),7.20(1H,td),7.04(1H,t),7.02(1H,dd),4.87(2H,s).
制造例2
向化合物A 9.95g及离子交换水48.55g的混合物中,加入8N氢氧化钠水溶液,使得pH为7.1。将所得的混合物在减压下浓缩,得到化合物A的钠盐一水合物10.82g。该化合物的熔点为107.6℃。
下面,给出试验例。试验例1中的所谓未处理,是指除了未使用化合物A以外进行与处理区相同的操作的区。
试验例1
将含有规定浓度的化合物A的二甲亚砜溶液1μL分注到滴定板(96孔)的孔中后,分注150μL的包含葫芦类辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)的游走孢子的马铃薯煎汁液体培养基,从而进行制备使得化合物A的最终浓度为100ppm,得到处理区。另外,在其他的孔中制备出未处理区。将该板在27℃培养3天而使葫芦类辣椒疫霉菌增殖后,测定滴定板的各孔的600nm的吸光度,作为葫芦类辣椒疫霉菌的生长度。基于该生长度,使用“式1”算出效力。

其结果是,效力为100%。
试验例2
取代化合物A而使用化合物A的钠盐一水合物,依照试验例1进行试验。其结果是,效力为90%。

取代化合物A而使用化合物B,依照试验例1进行试验。其结果是,效力为64%。
产业上的可利用性
化合物A或其碱金属盐对植物病害显示出优异的防除效果。
Claims (3)
1.2-{[3-(2-氯-4-氟苯氧基)吡啶-2-基]氧基}乙酸或其碱金属盐。
2.一种组合物,其含有权利要求1所述的化合物或其碱金属盐和非活性载体。
3.一种植物病害的防除方法,其以权利要求1所述的化合物或其碱金属盐的有效量对植物或土壤进行处理。
