As an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the length of the first conveyor belt 7 is greater than that of the second conveyor belt 8, the top end of the conveying pipe 3 is provided with the first motor 4, the bottom wall of the top end of the conveying pipe 3 is provided with the discharging pipe 5 in a communicating manner, the output end of the first motor 4 extends into the conveying pipe 3 and is fixedly connected with the helical blade 21, and the helical blade 21 is closely attached to the inner wall of the conveying pipe 3.
After the first motor 4 is started, the first motor 4 can drive the helical blade 21 to rotate, sludge blocks in the storage hopper 6 can be rolled into the conveying pipe 3 and further discharged through the discharging pipe 5, and convenience is brought to users for collection treatment.
Working principle: firstly, the precipitated sludge is conveyed into the upper feed box 2, the third motor 10 is started, the first gear 26 fixedly connected with the output end of the third motor 10 can rotate, the other first gear 26 can be driven to rotate through the second gear 29, the two stirring rollers 27 can rotate, water in the sludge can be uniformly distributed, and the forming of sludge blocks is facilitated. Further start second motor 9, second motor 9 drives squeeze roll 22 rotation and extrudees the mud in the outflow material loading case 2, then carry through second conveyer belt 8, then start second fan 20 with the air guide behind the heater 16 heating to on the second conveyer belt 8, dry the mud piece, and the evaporation of water content in the mud is guided to in the condensing tank 13 through first fan 19 and is condensed and retrieve, store in condensing tank 17 after the extrusion of compressor 18, can carry out recycle to the water resource, can provide the water source for clearance mechanism, can reduce the consumption of water resource. The dried sludge falls on the first conveying belt 7 through the second conveying belt 8, is further conveyed into the storage hopper 6 through the first conveying belt 7, then the first motor 4 is started, the first motor 4 drives the helical blades 21 to rotate, and the sludge blocks in the storage hopper 6 can be wound into the conveying pipe 3 and further discharged through the discharging pipe 5 to be collected. When the feeding box 2 needs to be cleaned, the electromagnet 30 is electrified, the electromagnet 30 can push the limiting pin 31 to move outwards, when the limiting pin 31 rotates to a position corresponding to the limiting hole 33 along with the second gear 29, the limiting pin 31 can be embedded into the limiting hole 33, the reciprocating screw rod 28 can rotate along with the second gear 29, the reciprocating screw rod 28 can drive the cleaning plate 36 to reciprocate in the feeding box 2 in cooperation with the threaded hole 34, and as two side walls of the cleaning plate 36 are respectively tightly attached to the side walls of the feeding box 2, the two side walls of the feeding box 2 can be cleaned by the cleaning plate 36 in the moving process. the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning plate (36) which is slidably arranged on the side wall of the feeding box (2), two side walls of the cleaning plate (36) are respectively and tightly attached to the side wall of the feeding box (2), a threaded hole (34) matched with the reciprocating screw rod (28) is formed in the center of the cleaning plate (36), a plurality of spray heads (35) are uniformly arranged at two ends of the cleaning plate (36), and the spray heads (35) are communicated with a water pump on the top wall of the condensing tank (17) through a guide pipe;
a lubrication box (15) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the feeding box (2), a third motor (10) is fixedly connected on the side wall of the lubrication box (15), two first gears (26) which are respectively and fixedly connected with stirring rollers (27) are rotatably arranged at the bottom end in the lubrication box (15), one of the first gears (26) is fixedly connected with the output end of the third motor (10), a second gear (29) which is meshed with the two first gears (26) is rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the lubrication box (15), and one end of a reciprocating screw (28) extends to the center of the lubrication box (15) and is rotatably arranged at the second gear (29);
