Abstract
The invention provides a baby stroller, which comprises a front protective piece, wherein the front protective piece comprises two side sections and a transverse section, and the transverse section has a convex surface configuration, extends from the front end of the transverse section to the rear end of the transverse section and faces downwards when the baby stroller is in an unfolded state.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a baby stroller.
Background
In some designs, a car seat can be combined with a stroller frame to facilitate carrying and transporting a baby. In practical situations, when the stroller is not needed, for example, when the stroller is driven or goes up and down stairs, the caregiver must fold the stroller for storage or carrying. The existing baby stroller still has an improved space in the structural design of clamping the seat and the frame and carrying the baby stroller after being folded.
Accordingly, there remains a need for an improved stroller.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a stroller including a front guard including two side sections and a transverse section, wherein the transverse section has a convex configuration extending from a front end of the transverse section to a rear end of the transverse section and facing downward when the stroller is in an unfolded state.
The stroller is characterized in that the convex configuration is contoured to provide a smooth, non-angularity surface.
The stroller is characterized in that the convex configuration has a contour which is a substantially curved surface without any protruding corners.
The stroller of the present invention, wherein the convex configuration is located on a downward side of the central region of the transverse section.
The stroller is characterized in that the side of the transverse section facing downwards in the side edge area close to the two side sections is provided with a protruding angle at the front end and the rear end respectively.
The stroller, wherein the convex configuration is generally facing the front of the stroller when the stroller is collapsed.
The stroller further comprising a front guard having a transverse section and a latch member, wherein the transverse section of the front guard is adapted to provide support for the child safety seat and the latch member of the child safety seat is adapted to engage the convex configuration of the transverse section to secure the child safety seat.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the clamping between the child safety seat and the frame is tighter and the fixity is better by the improvement of the front protective piece, and the front protective piece can provide more comfortable holding feeling for caregivers when the baby stroller is folded for carrying or moving.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments of the specification, but the embodiments of the invention are not limited thereto.
Fig. 1 and 2 are perspective views illustrating a stroller 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which fig. 1 shows the stroller 100 in an unfolded state, and fig. 2 shows the stroller 100 in a folded state. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a stroller 100 includes a frame 101 including a front guard 102, a front leg frame 104, a rear leg frame 106, and a stroller frame 108. The front leg frame 104 and the rear leg frame 106 may be respectively formed by combining one or more tube bodies. For example, the forefoot frame 104 may include two forefoot side segments 104A and a lateral segment 104B. The two front leg side sections 104A are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the frame 101, and the transverse section 104B is connected between the two front leg side sections 104A. The rear foot rest 106 may include two rear foot side sections 106A, which are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the frame 101. The lower ends of the front foot rest 104 and the rear foot rest 106 are respectively provided with a plurality of wheel assemblies 110. In addition, the two front leg side sections 104A of the front leg frame 104 and the two rear leg side sections 106A of the rear leg frame 106 laterally define a central space for accommodating the seat.
The handle frame 108 may be formed by assembling one or more tubes. For example, the pusher carriage 108 may include two pusher side sections 108A and a transverse section 108B. The two handle side sections 108A are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the frame 101, and the transverse section 108B is connected between the two handle side sections 108A. Each handle side segment 108A may be pivotally connected to its corresponding hindfoot side segment 106A via a coupling joint 109. In addition, each handle-side segment 108A may be pivotally connected to its corresponding forefoot-side segment 104A via another coupling joint 110 below the coupling joint 109.
The front guard 102 may include two side segments 102A and a transverse segment 102B. The two side sections 102A are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the frame 101, and the transverse section 102B is connected between the two side sections 102A. Each side section 102A can be respectively and fixedly connected with a supporting frame 112, and the supporting frame 112 can be respectively and pivotally connected with the front foot side section 104A and the rear foot side section 106A, so that the supporting frame 112 can be supported by the front foot frame 104 and the rear foot frame 106, and the front protective piece 102 and the supporting frame 112 can be pivoted relative to the front foot frame 104 and the rear foot frame 106. The front guard 102 may extend forward of the child when the child is seated in the stroller 100.
When the stroller 100 is in the unfolded state (shown in fig. 1), the coupling joint 109 is located above the coupling joint 110, the handle-side segment 108A and the forefoot-side segment 104A can extend based on two opposite sides of the coupling joint 110, the handle-side segment 108A and the rearfoot-side segment 106A can be located on two opposite sides of the coupling joint 109, extending in substantially opposite directions near the coupling joint 109, and the front guard 102 extends forward from the front leg 104. When the stroller 100 is folded to a folded state (as shown in fig. 2), the handle side segment 108A can rotate to approach the rear foot side segment 106A based on the coupling joint 110, and after the folding is completed, the coupling joint 109 is located below the coupling joint 110, and the front guard 102 extends upward. When the stroller 100 is in the folded position, the caregiver has to grasp the lateral section 102B of the front guard 102 with his or her hand to facilitate carrying the stroller 100.
In conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, fig. 3 and 4 are perspective views of the front guard 102 from different perspectives, and fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a transverse segment 102B of the front guard 102. Referring to fig. 3-5, the transverse segment 102B of the front guard 102 may have a hollow interior and the transverse segment 102B may have a convex configuration 114 on the outer wall surrounding the hollow interior. According to one embodiment, the convex configuration 114 is located on a downward side of the central region C of the transverse segment 102B and extends from the front end F of the transverse segment 102B to the rear end R of the transverse segment 102B. The profile of the convex configuration 114 may be a smooth and non-abrupt or angular surface, such as a substantially curved and non-abrupt surface, between the front end F and the rear end R of the transverse segment 102B. The convex configuration 114 is downwardly facing when the stroller 100 is in the deployed position for use. According to an embodiment, the convex surface 114 is only provided on the downward side of the central region C of the transverse segment 102B, and the downward side of the transverse segment 102B in the side regions S near the two side segments 102A is not provided with the convex surface 114 and is respectively provided with a protruding corner at the front end F and the rear end R.
When a child safety seat (not shown) is incorporated into stroller 100, the lateral section 102B of front guard 102 provides support for the child safety seat, and a latch member (not shown) of the child safety seat engages the convex surface profile 114 of lateral section 102B to secure the child safety seat. Because the convex surface 114 of the transverse portion 102B is smooth and has no protruding angle, it can be formed to match the latch of the child safety seat well and in a larger area, so as to achieve a good locking degree and more effectively fix the child safety seat on the frame 101. Furthermore, after the stroller 100 is folded, the lateral portion 102B of the front protection member 102 can be easily grasped by the caregiver, and the convex configuration 114 can substantially face the front of the stroller 100 and provide a more comfortable grip for the caregiver to lift the stroller 100 for carrying, moving or storing.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
