本发明属于日化用品领域。本发明涉及一种持久留香型桂花精油洗发水及其制备方法,包括以下组分:桂花精油、乳酸、聚季铵盐‑7、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(AES)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乳酸、β‑环糊精以及余量的水。本发明具桂花香味留香时间长,可缓解头痛,让皮肤细嫩,延缓衰老,促进头皮血液循环,抗菌,均衡油脂分泌。本发明利用环糊精对桂花精油进行适当处理,所得产品桂花香味留香时间更长,有助于桂花精油更好地被头皮和头发所吸收,并起到保护头皮的作用。

背景技术
桂花是中国传统十大花卉之一,又被称为“仙树”、“花中月老”。桂花清香馥郁,其香气香浓适宜,清可荡涤,浓可致远,因此有“九里香”的美称。在中国古代的咏花诗词中,赞咏桂花的作品数量可观,李清照《拥鸽天·桂花》即为代表:“暗淡轻黄体性柔,情疏迹远只香留。何须浅碧轻红色,自是花中第一流。”桂花性温味辛,具有健胃、化痰、生津、散寒、平肝的作用,能治痰多咳嗽、肠风血痢、牙痛口臭、食欲不振、经闭腹痛。
桂花精油具有镇静、抗菌、保湿、滋润的效果,能消除疲劳,细颜养肤,改善血液循环。桂花精油洗发水能够清洁头发和头皮的污垢和油脂,起到保湿及滋润的效果,同时促进皮肤血液循环,特别是其独特的青香令人心旷神怡,有助减缓疲劳。
对此,专利CN107375033公开了一种桂花精油洗发水及其制备方法,解决了去除头皮污泥的问题且加入了桂花精油使头发具有独特的桂花香味,但是并未解决如何让桂花香味在头发上停留较长时间的问题。针对这一问题,本发明提出一种持久留香型桂花精油洗发水及其制备方法,以使桂花香味在头发上停留更长的时间。

为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种香味持久独特,具有清洁和安神作用的留香型洗发水。
一种留香型桂花精油洗发水,包括:由桂花精油-β-环糊精包合物、乳酸、聚季铵盐-7、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乳酸以及余量的去离子水组成,其组份按质量比例如下:

一种留香型桂花香洗发水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取适量去离子水,加入经辐照处理后的β-环糊精-桂花精油搅拌制备为β-环糊精包合物,加热使其完全溶解;
(2)加入聚季铵盐-7和瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌至完全溶解;
(3)加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌至混合均匀;
(4)加入乳酸和聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀;
(5)加入聚乳酸混合均匀,剪切5-20 min,剪切速度为10000 r/min左右即可。
优选地,上述辐照处理剂量为:剂量率为10 kGy/Pass,总剂量为20-60 kGy。
优选地,上述辐照处理剂量为:总剂量为20 kGy。
本发明突出的特点是桂花香味散发时间长,有助于镇静安神、促进头皮血液循环,减缓疲劳。
具体实施方式
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明选用多种表面活性剂搭配,泡沫性能和清洁性能好,温和低刺激,清洁后表面活性剂残留量少,多种成分组合协同增效,抑菌消炎改善头皮微生态,促进血液循环,缓解疲劳,桂花香味清新,使人感到舒适。在一定的时间范围内,能维持良好的桂花香味。
为了更好的理解本发明要点,现通过具体实施例对上述发明进一步详述,但下述实施例不能理解为对本发明的进一步限制。
β-环糊精包合物的制备:
称取β-环糊精4 g,置于100 mL锥形瓶中,加入40 mL蒸馏水,在水浴上加热至60℃使β-环糊精溶解,取出,冷却至50 ℃并转移至恒温磁力搅拌器中恒温,搅拌下逐滴加入0.5 mL桂花精油,搅拌3 h。放冷至室温,于4 ℃冰箱中冷藏12 h以上。再将其密封分装,利用电子束辐照技术,对上述包合物进行辐照处理。
下面结合具体实施例,对上述电子辐照物予以说明。
本发明所述的一种持久留香型桂花精油洗发水所述的桂花精油,均由桂花精油-β-环糊精包合物的形式添加。
桂花精油-β-环糊精包合物,按:环糊精︰去离子水︰桂花精油 = 4 g︰40 mL︰0.5mL比例组成。
实施例1
一种桂花香调洗发水,其特征在于:按质量比,包括桂花精油、乳酸、去离子水、聚季铵盐-7、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(AES)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乳酸和β-环糊精 ,此实施例中以剂量率为10(kGy/Pass),总剂量为10kGy对β-环糊精和桂花精油制备成β-环糊精包合物并进行辐照,
上述桂花香调洗发水,其质量组份比例如下:
桂花精油 2.5%
乳酸 4.0%

一种桂花香调洗发水,其特征在于:按质量比,包括桂花精油、乳酸、去离子水、聚季铵盐-7、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(AES)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乳酸和β-环糊精,特别说明,此实施例中的β-环糊精和桂花精油以未经辐照处理的β-环糊精桂花精油包合物的形式加入,组份比例如下:
桂花精油 2.5%
乳酸 4.0%
聚季铵盐-7 0.7%
瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵 1.6%
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(AES) 4.6%

结合具体实施例,对一种持久留香型桂花精油洗发水予以说明。
实施例9:使用电子鼻(UFGC E-nose)测定前述实施例留香时间,结果表明,β-环糊精桂花精油包合物经辐照处理的实施例的留香持续时间(>18 h)远优于单一添加桂花精油的实施例和未经辐照处理的β-环糊精桂花精油包合物的实施例。具体结果如下表:
实施例10:(感官评价):随机选取30名头皮健康程度接近且健康的志愿者,分为六组,每组5人,取等量样品均匀涂抹于头发和头皮上,清洁头发头皮,停留2 min后冲洗干净,吹干,梳理通顺,测试留香时间。结果表明,β-环糊精桂花精油包合物经辐照处理的实施例的留香持续时间(≥12h)远优于单一添加桂花精油的实施例和未经辐照处理的β-环糊精桂花精油包合物的实施例。具体结果如下表:
综上,不管是电子鼻测试还是感官评价,本发明均能维持长时间的桂花香味。同时,由实验结果可知,在剂量率均为10(kGy/Pass),总剂量为10 kGy 、20 kGy、40 kGy、60kGy、80 kGy、100 kGy对β-环糊精包裹物进行辐照,其香味持续时间差异显著,且与辐照总剂量大小不持线性关系。当总剂量为20 kGy、40 kGy、60 kGy时,辐照之后的香味持续时间效果最好,在19 h附近。当总剂量上升到80 kGy、100 kGy时,留香时间明显缩短,远低于总剂量20 kGy ~ 60 kGy的持续时间。推测可能是随着辐照总剂量上升到一定程度,包合物结构遭到破坏。因此,优选对β-环糊精包裹物辐照时的总剂量为20 ~ 60 kGy;综合考虑成本等因素,优选总剂量为20 kGy。
本发明桂花香洗发水,温和不刺激,能在一定的时间范围内维持良好的桂花香味,抑菌消炎,改善头皮环境,消除疲劳。桂花的主要有效成分桂花精油香味易挥发,不能维持长时间香味且又热不稳定,至此利用桂花精油-β-环糊精包合物使其固化稳定,维持长时间的留香。尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1. 一种留香型桂花精油洗发水,包括:由桂花精油-β-环糊精包合物、乳酸、聚季铵盐-7、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乳酸以及余量的去离子水组成,其特征在于组份按质量比例如下:
桂花精油 1.4% ~ 4.7%
乳酸 1.4% ~ 3.3%
聚季铵盐-7 0.6% ~ 1.1%
瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵 0.8% ~ 1.3%
表面活性剂 3.6% ~ 4.5%
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 3.8% ~ 5.2%
聚二甲基硅氧烷 2.3% ~ 4.9%
聚乳酸 4.4% ~ 5.2%
去离子水 61.1% ~ 79.1%
β-环糊精 0.4% ~ 2.0%
其中桂花精油、去离子水、β-环糊精按质量份数为1︰84︰9制备为β-环糊精包合物,所述β-环糊精包合物经辐照处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的留香型桂花精油洗发水,其特征在于,所述辐照处理剂量为20 ~60kGy。
3.根据权利要求1所述的留香型桂花精油洗发水,其特征在于,所述辐照处理剂量率为10 kGy/Pass。
4.如权利要求1所述的留香型桂花精油洗发水,其特征在于,所述桂花精油成分为3-甲基-2-丁醇、3-乙基-3-甲基庚烷、3-甲基-5-己烯-1-醇、α-紫罗兰酮、β-紫罗兰酮。
5.如权利要求1所述的桂花精油洗发水,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十二烷基硫酸铵及月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的留香型桂花精油洗发水,其特征在于,桂花精油、去离子水、β-环糊精按质量份数为:1︰84︰9,制备方法如下:

7.如权利要求述1所述的留香型桂花香洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
取适量去离子水,加入经辐照处理后的β-环糊精-桂花精油搅拌制备为β-环糊精包合物,加热使其完全溶解;
加入聚季铵盐-7和瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵搅拌至完全溶解;
加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌至混合均匀;
加入乳酸和聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀;
加入聚乳酸混合均匀,剪切5 ~ 20 min,剪切速度为10000 r/min左右即可。
8.如权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述辐照处理剂量为:剂量率为10 kGy/Pass,总剂量为20 ~ 60 kGy。
9.如权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述辐照处理剂量为:总剂量为20 kGy。
