Abstract
本申请提供了一种策略确定的方法、系统及装置,所述方法包括:第一网元获取来自数据分析网元的第一分析信息,所述第一分析信息包括以下信息的至少一种:无线接入类型RAT的相关信息或接入频点的相关信息,RAT或接入频点对应的业务体验分析信息;所述第一网元根据所述第一分析信息确定终端设备的接入信息选择策略,所述接入信息选择策略包括所述终端设备对应的目标RAT或目标接入频点。数据分析网元基于获取的网络数据和业务数据生成分析信息,并将分析信息提供给网络网元,网络网元根据分析信息为终端设备分配动态可变的RAT或接入频点,以满足终端设备的业务体验要求,增加了接入接入网的灵活性。
