Detailed Description
The application will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In this embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
Step 101, responding to a first trigger input to a map interface, and acquiring user information of a target contact person.
Wherein the map interface comprises a display identifier of at least one first contact, the display identifier can be an icon or a text label, etc., such as an avatar, a number, a name or a graphic. The target contact is a first contact corresponding to the display identifier of the first trigger input indication. The user information comprises identity information such as contact names, positions and the like, and information interaction addresses.
Illustratively, the displayed identification of the first contact is presented on the map interface using a mobile location service (Location Based Services, LBS), a global positioning system (Global Positioning System, GPS), or a beidou positioning system. So as to track the location of the first contact in real time.
Specifically, the first trigger input includes, but is not limited to, a click input, a key input, a fingerprint input, a slide input, a press input. Key inputs include, but are not limited to, a power key, a volume key, a single click input of a home menu key, a double click input, a long press input, a combination key input, and the like, to an electronic device. Of course, the first trigger input may also be other operations of the electronic device by the user, and the operation mode of the embodiment of the present application is not limited in particular, and may be any realizable mode.
In the above-described embodiments, the map interface is displayed on the screen of the electronic device. The user of the electronic equipment can clearly know the position of each first contact through the display mark on the map interface, so that the user can observe the position condition of the contact from the global view. Further, the user can trigger the electronic device to acquire the user information of the target contact through the first trigger input of the map interface, so that an interaction window between the user and the target contact can be established by utilizing the user information of the target contact.
Step 102, displaying the interactive window according to the user information of the target contact person.
The interactive window comprises at least one function option, wherein the function option comprises a message sending option, a task issuing option, an attendance checking option or an audio/video conference option. In other words, the functions of sending messages, issuing tasks, checking-in options or audio/video conferences and the like between the user and the target contact person can be realized through the interactive window.
In the above embodiment, the map mode and each information interaction platform are opened, and the user information of the target contact person is utilized to establish and display the multi-person interaction window. The user of the electronic equipment can issue tasks, send messages, video and the like through the interactive window, so that information interaction is realized.
It can be understood that the interactive window can be displayed on the map interface, that is, the interactive window can cover part of the map interface, and the user can change the position of the interactive window on the map interface by dragging the interactive window, so that the definition of the map interface is ensured, and the information interaction function can be realized; the map interface can be reduced and displayed firstly, then the blank area obtained after the reduction in the screen of the electronic equipment is utilized to display the interactive window, and the display proportion of the interactive window and the map interface is adjustable, so that the mutual shielding of the interactive window and the map interface is avoided, and the integrity of data display is ensured.
And step 103, responding to a second trigger input to the interactive window, and executing the function corresponding to the function option indicated by the second trigger input according to the target contact.
In the above embodiment, the user to whom the electronic device belongs may set that the interactive function needs to be executed in the interactive window through the second trigger input to the interactive window, so as to implement information interaction between the user to which the electronic device belongs and the target contact. Therefore, when a user is ensured to observe the position condition of the contact person from a global view, the map mode and each information interaction platform are opened so as to perform functions of issuing tasks, sending messages, video and the like through the interaction window, and further a cross-terminal information setting-transmitting-touching mechanism based on the electronic map is formed, so that the quick information transmission is facilitated, and the information interaction efficiency is greatly improved.
Specifically, at least one function option is displayed on the interactive window, and the user can select a desired function option through a click operation (second trigger input). Or defining at least one matching rule for triggering and selecting the function options by the second trigger input in advance for the electronic equipment, wherein each matching rule corresponds to different function options. Therefore, different functional options can be matched through different forms of first trigger input, convenience of information interaction is further improved, and information interaction efficiency is improved. For example, the matching rule is defined as that the double-click interaction window corresponds to the release task option, and when the user double-clicks the interaction window, the designated task information is released to the target contact person. The embodiment of the application does not limit the matching rule in detail.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the head portraits (display identifiers) of 3 first contacts are displayed on the map interface, and the head portraits of the first contacts correspond to the locations where the first contacts are located. The user merges at least one target contact by dragging the avatar of the target contact to a designated area, retrieves user information of the target contact, and establishes a temporary group (interactive window) with the target contact. If the user selects the video option, sending a video request to the electronic equipment of the target contact through the communication address of the target contact, and displaying the video image of the target contact in the interactive window when receiving the video response instruction returned by the target contact. If the user selects the message sending option, the map mode is communicated with the chat APP, a dialogue box is displayed on the interaction window, the user can configure the content to be started in the dialogue box, the specific content can be directly sent to the chat APP of the target contact person by clicking the sending button, and meanwhile, the reply information of the target contact person in the chat APP can be synchronously displayed on the interaction window. If the user selects the attendance option, the login state of the target contact person, the current task information, the specific position coordinates and other information are fetched and displayed through the interactive window.
It should be noted that the information interaction method is applicable to electronic devices, including but not limited to mobile terminals, tablet computers, notebook computers, wearable devices, vehicle-mounted terminals, and the like.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe a specific implementation procedure of the embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 2, where the method includes:
step 201, obtaining authority information of the electronic device.
Wherein the rights information is related to identity information of a user to whom the electronic device belongs.
Step 202, displaying at least one function option in the interactive window according to the authority information.
The function options include a send message option, a release task option, an attendance option or an audio/video conference option.
In the above embodiment, the correspondence between the authority information and the function options is preconfigured, when information interaction with the target contact is required, the function that the user can perform is determined according to the authority information corresponding to the user, and the corresponding function option is displayed in the interaction window, so that the user can select. The method and the device not only can uniformly manage the functions which can be carried out by different users through the authority information, but also can realize the rapid configuration of function options, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the safety and the high efficiency of information interaction.
For example, a manager-level user can perform a function of issuing a task, transmitting a message, and video, and a staff-level user can only perform a function of transmitting a message and video.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the specific implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe the specific implementation process of this embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 3, where the method includes:
step 301, task distribution information is acquired.
Wherein the task distribution information is used for indicating the task plan of each task area. The task distribution information includes a correspondence between a task area range and a preset task category. The task distribution information can be reasonably set according to the actual demands of users.
Step 302, determining a plurality of task areas in the map interface according to the task distribution information.
Step 303, displaying the plurality of task areas differently.
In the above embodiment, the map is divided into different task areas by using the required task distribution information, so that each task area corresponds to a different preset task category. And then different task areas are displayed differently according to different display modes. Therefore, the user can intuitively and clearly know the preset task category corresponding to the position of the contact person by combining the position of the display mark in the map interface, a reference basis is provided for the user to distribute tasks to the target contact person, and the information interaction efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the step of displaying the plurality of task areas differently includes: and determining a corresponding target display mode according to the preset task category, and displaying a task area corresponding to the preset task category according to the target display mode. The display mode includes, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: color, brightness, border line thickness. For example, as shown in fig. 7, an area for performing a limited sales task is displayed in gray, and an area for performing a promotional task is displayed in white.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the foregoing embodiment, to fully describe a specific implementation process of the embodiment, the step of executing, based on the function being a publishing task, according to the target contact, a function corresponding to the function option indicated by the second trigger input specifically includes:
and step 103-1, acquiring task information to be issued.
Specifically, the task information to be released can be obtained through a user input mode, a plurality of different task information templates can be displayed on the interactive window, and the user configures the task information to be released through clicking the task information templates.
For example, a map system and a task management platform of the electronic device are opened, and functions which can be performed are determined according to the authority of the user, and meanwhile, task actions (task information templates) which can be issued are classified according to the authority of the user and stored in the early and background. After confirming the function of issuing the task, displaying a task issuing panel in the interactive window, and displaying task actions which can be executed on the panel, so that a user can select a corresponding task to issue.
Step 103-2, outputting prompt information based on the difference between the task category of the task information to be issued and the preset task category corresponding to the task area where the target contact is located.
In the above embodiment, if the task category of the task information to be issued is different from the preset task category corresponding to the task area where the target contact is located, which indicates that the area where the target contact is located may not be suitable for performing the task to be issued, the prompt message is output to remind the user that the task issued does not conform to the task plan of the task area. Therefore, the task issuing error caused by misoperation of a user is prevented, and the accuracy of issuing the task function is improved.
And step 103-3, based on the confirmation indication of the received prompt information or the fact that the task type of the task information to be distributed is the same as the preset task type corresponding to the task area where the target contact is located, the task information to be distributed is sent to the target contact.
In the above embodiment, if the task category of the task information to be distributed is the same as the preset task category corresponding to the task area where the target contact is located, which indicates that the area where the target contact is located may be suitable for performing the task to be distributed, the task information to be distributed is directly sent to the target contact, so that the target contact can immediately perform the task action. Similarly, if a confirmation instruction of the prompt information is received, the configuration of the release task information different from the preset task category is stated to meet the requirement of the user, and the task information to be released is sent to the target contact person. Therefore, the multi-terminal cooperative operation is achieved, information interaction is achieved, and the real-time information interaction requirement is met.
It should be noted that, after the task information to be issued is sent to the target contact person, feedback information of the task information to be issued by the target contact person can also be displayed in the interactive window.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe a specific implementation procedure of the embodiment, a function is to send a message, and according to a target contact, execute a function corresponding to a function option indicated by a second trigger input, where the function specifically includes:
Step 103-4, obtaining the message to be sent.
The message to be sent can comprise text, images or files, etc., and can be set according to requirements.
Step 103-5, determining a plurality of reach channels for the target contact to receive the message.
Among them, the touch channel includes various kinds, for example: a short message channel, a pushing channel, a synchronous channel and a screen flicking channel. Determining a plurality of reach channels for a target user to receive a notification message includes: and determining a short message channel, a pushing channel, a synchronizing channel and a screen flicking channel of the target user for receiving the notification message.
Step 103-6, selecting a target touch channel with the highest touch rate aiming at the target contact in the touch channels.
The touch rate corresponds to two dimensions, namely a touch channel and time, and the touch rate can be improved by adopting a proper access channel or transmitting in a proper time period. For example, by calculating the reach rates of the target contact person using the multiple reach channels, the push channel is obtained as the target reach channel with the highest reach rate, and the reach rates of the push channel in different time periods of each day are different, wherein the reach rate of the time period 16:00-22:00 is the highest, and then the push channel can be selected to send a message to the target contact person in 16:00-22:00. By further optimizing the push strategy using push time periods, the reach rate of the notification message may be further improved by selecting and pushing the notification message to the user during the time period with the highest reach rate.
Step 103-7, using the target touch channel, sends the message to be sent to the target contact.
In the above embodiment, the target touch channel with the highest touch rate for the target user is selected from the multiple touch channels, and the message to be sent is sent to the target contact by using the target touch channel. By selecting and adopting the touch channel with the highest touch rate to send the message to the user, the touch efficiency of the message is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe a specific implementation procedure of the embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 4, where the method includes:
Step 401, detecting a login state of a contact corresponding to the electronic device.
Wherein the login state comprises an online state and an offline state. For example, the map system is communicated with the office APP, and the login state is judged by detecting account login information of the contact in the office APP.
Step 402, based on the login status being an online status, the contact is confirmed as the first contact.
Step 403, displaying the display identifier of the first contact on the map interface according to the position information of the first contact.
In the above embodiment, the login state of all the contacts related to the user is traversed, and the current location information of the contacts is obtained through the positioning system under the condition that the contacts are online. And displaying the display mark of the contact on the corresponding position of the map interface according to the position information. The user can intuitively acquire the position of each first contact through the map interface, can determine the login condition of the contact, is favorable for overall management of the user, and provides a reference basis for the user when the user performs the required function.
It will be appreciated that a contact in an offline state also has a display identifier that is located where the offline contact was last logged in. And the display identification of the contact in the offline state and the display identification of the first contact are displayed in different display modes, so that the user can distinguish the login states of all the contacts. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the display identifier of the first contact in the online state is higher in definition, the display identifier of the first contact is located at a position before the point of the first contact, and the display identifier of the first contact in the offline state is lower in definition and is located at a position when the contact was last offline.
Further, as a refinement and extension of the specific implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe the specific implementation process of the embodiment, the step of obtaining the user information of the target contact specifically includes:
step 101-1, determining a target position range indicated by a first trigger input in a map interface.
The target position range is the selection range of the target contact person.
Step 101-2, determining the first contact as a target contact based on the display identification of the first contact being within the target location range.
Step 101-3, retrieving user information of the target contact.
In the above embodiment, considering that the operation of configuring the target contacts by clicking the display identifiers one by one is cumbersome, the target contacts are selected quickly. And acquiring a target position range of the selected target contact person through the first trigger input, and screening the first contact person in the map interface according to the target position range, so that the target contact person is quickly selected, and the user information of the target contact person is called. The method and the device realize quick selection of the target contact person, simplify the operation steps of the user, and are favorable for improving the information interaction efficiency and the use experience of the user.
For example, the first trigger input is a slide input by which the user draws a circle of a position range, i.e., a target position range, on the map interface. At this time, the electronic device automatically identifies all target contacts corresponding to the display identifiers in the position range circle.
