Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In order to facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, a detailed description of a method for detecting dust accumulation in an outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided below. In practical application, the air conditioner includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the indoor unit includes but is not limited to a controller, an indoor fan, and the like, the outdoor unit includes but is not limited to a compressor, an outdoor fan, a condenser, an electronic expansion valve, and the like, wherein the condenser is also called an outdoor heat exchanger, and the structure of the air conditioner can refer to the existing air conditioner.
Based on the above-mentioned air conditioner, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting dust accumulation on an outdoor unit, where an execution main body is a controller, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step S102, acquiring detection parameters of an outdoor unit;
wherein, the detection parameters include: outdoor ambient humidity and transmittance of infrared light detected by the infrared detection device; specifically, the infrared detection device is arranged on the outdoor heat exchanger of the outdoor unit and comprises an infrared transmitter arranged on the air inlet side of the outdoor heat exchanger and an infrared receiver arranged on the air outlet side. In practical applications, the transmittance of the infrared light transmitted through the outdoor heat exchanger can be obtained according to the infrared light emitted by the infrared emitter and the infrared light received by the infrared receiver. With the difference of dust accumulation on the outdoor heat exchanger, the transmittance of infrared light will also be different, so the detection of dust accumulation can be realized through the transmittance.
Therefore, before the step of obtaining the detection parameter of the outdoor unit, the method further includes: when the outdoor unit is detected to be started, the infrared detection device is triggered to start to operate; and obtaining the light transmittance of the infrared light transmitted through the outdoor heat exchanger according to the infrared light emitted by the infrared emitter and the infrared light received by the infrared receiver. Specifically, when a user turns on the air conditioner through the air conditioner remote controller or the air conditioner remote control equipment and the like, the controller controls the air conditioner to turn on, namely, the outdoor unit starts to operate at the moment, the controller triggers the infrared detection device to turn on to operate so as to acquire the light transmittance of infrared light detected by the infrared detection device, so that dust accumulation detection of the outdoor unit is realized according to the light transmittance, and compared with the existing current detection mode, the detection mode is free from the influence of the aging of the hardware of the air conditioner and the operation mode, and the detection deviation is avoided, so that the accuracy of dust accumulation detection is ensured.
In addition, under the same condition, the larger the air humidity is, the stronger the adhesion force of dust is, so that the outdoor unit is more prone to dust accumulation, and therefore, the outdoor environment humidity also affects the dust accumulation condition of the outdoor unit. Based on this, the embodiment of the invention also sets up the humidity detection device on the outdoor unit, in order to measure the outdoor environment humidity of the environment where the outdoor unit is located, and this humidity detection device is connected with the controller communication, in order to send the outdoor environment humidity detected to the controller; the humidity detection device includes, but is not limited to, a dry-wet bulb thermometer, etc., and may be specifically set according to practical situations.
Step S104, determining a target detection frequency gear according to the detection parameters and a preset parameter threshold;
the preset parameter threshold comprises a preset light transmittance interval and a preset humidity interval; in practical application, the thickness of the dust accumulation of the outdoor heat exchanger has a certain influence on the performance of the air conditioner, and the thicker the dust accumulation thickness is, the worse the performance of the air conditioner is, so that the preset light transmittance interval can be determined according to the performance of the air conditioner. For example, for an air conditioner with a cooling capacity Q, when the air conditioner is in cooling operation, wet wood chips are blown onto the outdoor heat exchanger by a fan, the wood chips can be attached to fins and pipes to approximate simulation of dust accumulation, and the light transmittance under different cooling capacities is detected by an infrared detection device as shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Refrigerating capacity/W Transmittance/%
Q [55,80]
80%Q [40,55)
65%Q [35,40)
According to the table, when the refrigerating capacity is more than 80% Q, the air conditioner is in a normal running state; when the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner is 65-80% Q, the air conditioner is in a sub-normal state and still in an acceptable range; when the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner is less than 65% q, the air conditioner is considered to be in an abnormal operation state, and at this time, the air conditioner may be stopped, thereby affecting the service life of the air conditioner.
Therefore, the preset light transmittance interval may be divided into: a first light transmittance interval, a second light transmittance interval, and a third light transmittance interval; wherein the first light transmittance interval is [55%,80% ], the second light transmittance interval is [40%, 55%), and the third light transmittance interval is [35%, 40%). In practical application, when the light transmittance is in the preset light transmittance interval, the air conditioner is in a normal operation state, namely, at the moment, the dust accumulation on the outdoor unit does not influence the performance of the air conditioner, and dust removal is not needed; on the contrary, when the light transmittance is smaller than the preset light transmittance interval, namely, the third light transmittance interval smaller than the minimum range, the outdoor unit is required to be dedusted, so that the running performance of the air conditioner is ensured, and the comfort level of a user is ensured. The total preset light transmittance interval [35%,80% ] may be divided into 4 intervals, and the like, and may be set in actual situations.
In addition, the air humidity has great influence on dust accumulation time, the larger the air humidity is, the stronger the dust adhesion force is, the more dust accumulation of the outdoor unit is, and the infrared detection device needs energy consumption in actual detection, based on the energy consumption, the outdoor side working conditions of the outdoor unit can be adjusted, if the outdoor humidity is respectively 30%,50% and 70%, the dust accumulation is approximately simulated under different outdoor humidity, the infrared light transmittance is detected by the infrared detection device, and the time for the statistical light transmittance to be respectively in the three light transmittance intervals is shown in the following table 2:
TABLE 2
Outdoor humidity First time/h Second time/h Third time/h
30% 3 4 6
50% 1.5 3 4
70% 0.5 1 1.5
Wherein the first time represents the time taken for the light transmittance to reach the first light transmittance interval, i.e., [55%,80% ] under different outdoor humidity; similarly, the second time represents the time taken for the light transmittance to reach the second light transmittance interval [40%, 55%) at different outdoor humidities, and the third time represents the time taken for the light transmittance to reach the third light transmittance interval [35%, 40%) at different outdoor humidities.
From the above table 2, it can be seen that the higher the humidity, the faster the dust accumulation speed, and the shorter the time taken for the transmittance to reach each transmittance interval. Therefore, according to the outdoor environment humidity of the environment where the outdoor unit is located, the detection frequency of different infrared detection devices can be set according to different dust accumulation conditions, namely, different emission frequencies of the infrared emitters are set, so that the purpose of accurate dust accumulation detection is achieved, meanwhile, the energy waste generated by real-time detection of the infrared detection devices can be reduced, the control and energy conservation are realized, the running cost is reduced, and the service life of the infrared detection devices is prolonged.
Therefore, the preset humidity interval may be divided into: a first humidity interval, a second humidity interval, a third humidity interval, and a fourth humidity interval; the first humidity range is [0%,30% ], the second humidity range is (30%, 50% ], the third humidity range is (50%, 70% ], and the fourth humidity range is (70%, 100% ].
In summary, based on the preset light transmittance interval and the preset humidity interval, the process of determining the target detection frequency gear according to the detection parameter and the preset parameter threshold is as follows: determining a target light transmittance interval corresponding to the light transmittance according to the light transmittance and a preset light transmittance interval; determining a target humidity interval corresponding to the outdoor environment humidity according to the outdoor environment humidity and a preset humidity interval; and determining a target detection frequency gear according to the target light transmittance interval and the target humidity interval. For example, if the light transmittance is 60%, the target light transmittance interval is the first light transmittance interval; similarly, if the outdoor ambient humidity is 40%, the target humidity interval is the second humidity interval.
Specifically, a target detection frequency gear is determined according to a target light transmittance interval and a target humidity interval based on a preset mapping relation; the preset mapping relation is used for representing the corresponding relation of a preset light transmittance interval, a preset humidity interval and a detection frequency gear. The detection frequency shift is herein understood to be the detection frequency, i.e. the emission frequency of the infrared emitter, and furthermore, as can be seen from the above table 2, the higher the humidity, the shorter the time it takes for the transmittance to reach each transmittance interval, and the smaller the corresponding detection frequency, so the preset mapping relationship can be represented by the following table 3:
TABLE 3 Table 3
Humidity interval First detection frequency Second detection frequency Third detection frequency
0-30% 8 8 6
30%-50% 6 6 4
50%-70% 4 4 1.5
>70% 1.5 1.5 1
The first detection frequency is used for indicating the detection frequency corresponding to the infrared detection device under different humidity intervals when the light transmittance is in a first light transmittance interval; similarly, the second detection frequency is used for indicating the detection frequency corresponding to the infrared detection device under different humidity intervals when the light transmittance is in the second light transmittance interval; the third detection frequency is used for indicating the detection frequency corresponding to the infrared detection device under different humidity intervals when the light transmittance is in the third light transmittance interval.
Therefore, in order to facilitate accurate and energy-saving control of the infrared detection device, different detection frequencies may be set as detection frequency ranges herein, for example, the detection frequency is 8/h/once set as a first detection frequency range, the detection frequency is 6/h/once set as a second detection frequency range, the detection frequency is 4/h/once set as a third detection frequency range, the detection frequency is 1.5/h/once set as a fourth detection frequency range, the detection frequency is 1/h/once set as a fifth detection frequency range, and the like, so that a target detection frequency range is determined according to a target light transmittance range and a target humidity range based on a preset mapping relationship, for example, the target light transmittance range is a first light transmittance range, and when the target humidity range is a second humidity range, the target detection frequency range is 6/h/once, that is, the second detection frequency range, may be obtained according to the preset mapping relationship.
The specific number of the detection frequency shift positions may be determined according to the number of the combinations of the plurality of light transmittance intervals and the humidity intervals, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step S106, controlling the infrared detection device to operate according to the target detection frequency gear so as to detect dust accumulation of the outdoor unit.
After the target detection frequency gear is determined, in the actual detection process, the infrared detection device is controlled to operate according to the target detection frequency gear, namely the infrared emitter is controlled to detect according to the target detection frequency gear, and on the basis of realizing dust accumulation detection, the control energy conservation is realized, and the operation cost is reduced.
Furthermore, the method comprises the following steps: in the dust accumulation detection process, judging whether a dust removal condition is met according to the detected light transmittance and a preset light transmittance interval; if yes, generating alarm prompt information to prompt a user to remove dust from the outdoor unit. Specifically, when the detected light transmittance is smaller than the preset light transmittance interval, that is, when the light transmittance is smaller than the third light transmittance interval of the lowest range, the dust removal condition is met, the controller generates alarm prompt information and alarms through an alarm device (such as an indicator lamp) to prompt a user to remove dust from the outdoor unit. When the dedusting conditions are met, the controller can also control the air conditioner to perform frosting, defrosting and other operations, namely, the outdoor unit is dedusted in a water washing dedusting mode; the specific dust removal operation can be set according to actual conditions.
It should be noted that, in the detection process, when the target humidity interval where the humidity is located changes, and/or when the target light transmittance interval where the light transmittance is located changes, the target detection frequency gear is automatically updated, and the infrared detection device is controlled to operate according to the updated target detection frequency gear, so that the accuracy and timeliness of dust accumulation detection are ensured, and when dust removal is met, the outdoor unit is timely removed, so that the reliability operation of the air conditioner and the comfort level of a user are ensured.
According to the outdoor unit dust accumulation detection method, outdoor environment humidity and infrared light transmittance are used for outdoor unit dust accumulation detection, and compared with the current detection mode of the existing outdoor motor, the accuracy of dust accumulation detection is improved; in addition, the target detection frequency gear is determined through the outdoor environment humidity and the light transmittance of the infrared light, and the infrared detection device is controlled to detect according to the target detection frequency gear, so that the control energy conservation is saved and the operation cost is reduced on the basis of realizing the dust accumulation detection of the outdoor unit; and when the dedusting conditions are met, the user is prompted to dedusting in time, so that the reliable operation of the air conditioner and the comfort level of the user are ensured, and the air conditioner has good practical value.
For ease of understanding, this is illustrated herein. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
step S202, starting an air conditioner;
step S204, acquiring outdoor environment humidity and determining a target humidity interval; the target humidity interval is described herein as the second humidity interval; it should be noted that, the outdoor environment humidity and the light transmittance can be detected simultaneously, and the sequence can be set according to the actual situation;
step S206, obtaining the transmittance of the infrared light detected by the infrared detection device;
step S208, judging whether the light transmittance is in a first light transmittance interval; judging whether the performance of the air conditioner is attenuated according to the light transmittance of the infrared light detected by the infrared detection device for the first time, and judging the performance attenuation condition of the air conditioner according to different light transmittance intervals in a normal operation range; if yes, step S210 is executed, and if no, step S212 is executed;
step S210, determining that the target detection frequency gear is a second detection frequency gear, and controlling the infrared detection device to operate according to the second detection frequency gear; the performance of the air conditioner is normal at the moment, and detection is carried out according to the corresponding target detection frequency gear;
step S212, judging whether the light transmittance is in a second light transmittance interval; if yes, step S214 is executed, and if no, step S216 is executed;
step S214, determining that the target detection frequency gear is a second detection frequency gear, and controlling the infrared detection device to operate according to the second detection frequency gear; the performance of the air conditioner is attenuated and still in an acceptable range, and detection is carried out according to the corresponding target detection frequency gear;
step S216, judging whether the light transmittance is in a third light transmittance interval; if yes, step S218 is executed, and if no, step S220 is executed;
step S218, determining that the target detection frequency gear is a third detection frequency gear, and controlling the infrared detection device to operate according to the third detection frequency gear; at the moment, the performance of the air conditioner is attenuated, and the detection frequency is reduced so as to find dust removing points in time, namely the moment meeting the dust removing conditions, thereby timely removing dust;
step S220, generating alarm prompt information to prompt a user to remove dust from the outdoor unit.
In the detection process, when the vehicle is operated according to the target detection frequency gear, whether the target detection frequency gear is updated is judged according to the detected light transmittance.
In summary, according to the outdoor unit dust accumulation detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the structure of the air conditioner is not changed, the detection frequency of the infrared detection device is determined through the outdoor environment humidity and the light transmittance, and compared with single light transmittance detection, the purpose of saving energy and reducing control cost is achieved through determining the target detection frequency gear; meanwhile, whether the dust accumulation of the outdoor unit meets the dust removal condition is judged through the light transmittance, and when the dust removal condition is met, a user is prompted to remove dust in time, compared with the existing motor current detection mode, the detection accuracy is improved, the problem that the heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor unit is low due to too much dust accumulation is avoided, and therefore the reliable operation of the air conditioner is guaranteed, and the comfort level of the user is improved.
