Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the operation of the foldable sawing machine with safety device will be described.
The working table 23 can rotate relative to the base 21 to rotate the sawing unit 3 relative to the backup plate 24, so that the sawing direction of the saw blade 33 can be adjusted. For example, when the working table 23 is driven to rotate the sawing unit 3 to the position shown in fig. 4, the workpiece 1 is abutted against the backup plate 24, the saw blade 33 is operated to rotate towards the lower left side shown in fig. 1, so that the workpiece 1 can be sawn in the direction of 90 degrees, and when the working table 23 is driven to rotate the sawing unit 3 to the position shown in fig. 5, the workpiece 1 is abutted against the backup plate 24, and the saw blade 33 is operated to rotate, so that the workpiece 1 can be sawn in the direction of 45 degrees.
Referring to fig. 2, 6 to 9, when the fixing pin 389 is operated to be away from the working groove 383 and the folding hole 384, the rotating member 31 can rotate around the folding axis L1 relative to the axle seat 232, and the rotating plate 385 is driven to rotate relative to the guiding pin 388.
Fig. 6 to 9 sequentially show the rotation process of the rotating member 31 about the retracting axis L1 relative to the shaft seat 232, and it should be noted that, for clarity, the operation relationship between the rotating plate 385 and the guiding pin 388 during the rotation process is illustrated, so that in fig. 6 to 9, the working surface 231 is indicated by a two-point chain line, and a part of the components of the base unit 2 and the fixed plate 381 are removed.
During the rotation of the rotating member 31 around the retracting axis L1 relative to the shaft seat 232, since the guiding pin 388 is disposed through the arc-shaped slot 386, the rotation arc of the rotating member 31 around the retracting axis L1 relative to the shaft seat 232 can be limited, and the saw blade 33 can be driven to rotate between a working position (see fig. 6) and a retracting position (see fig. 9) relative to the working surface 231. The included angle between the saw blade 33 and the working surface 231 is defined as a rotation included angle θ. During the period that the saw blade 33 rotates from the working position to the folding position, the included angle θ gradually decreases.
In the retracted position (see fig. 9, partial components see fig. 2), the saw blade 33 approaches the working surface 231 relatively and is substantially parallel to the working surface 231, and the fixing pin 389 corresponds to and can be inserted into the retraction hole 384. When the fixing pin 389 is inserted into the folding hole 384, the saw blade 33 is positioned with respect to the working surface 231.
In the working position (see fig. 6, some components are shown in fig. 2), the saw blade 33 is suspended above the working surface 231 and relatively far away from the working surface 231, and the fixing pin 389 corresponds to and can be inserted into the working groove 383.
In this embodiment, in the working position (see fig. 6), the included angle θ is 90 degrees, and when the fixing pin 389 is inserted into the working groove 383, the rotating member 31 can rotate around the retracting axis L1 relative to the shaft seat 232 to rotate the saw blade 33 relative to the working surface 231 by about 45 degrees (not shown) from the working position toward a direction opposite to the retracting position, so as to adjust a cutting angle of the saw blade 33, but is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 3, 6-9, the operating portion 365 of the safety switch 361 can be operated to rotate the stopping portion 366 relative to the driving handle 351 between a locking position (see fig. 3, solid line position) and a release position (see fig. 3, phantom line position). In this embodiment, the safety elastic member 363 can maintain the tendency of the stopper 366 toward the locking position, so that when the operating portion 365 is not applied with force, the stopper 366 is located at the locking position, and when the operating portion 365 is pressed, the stopper 366 rotates to the release position.
In the locking position (see the solid line position in fig. 3), the stopping portion 366 abuts against the swinging portion 355 of the driving handle 351, so that the swinging portion 355 cannot rotate towards the driving element 352, and the stopping portion 356 of the driving handle 351 is relatively far away from the driving element 352, and the power supply of the driving element 352 cannot be started.
In the release position (see the phantom line position in fig. 3), the stopping portion 366 is away from the swinging portion 355 of the driving grip 351, such that the swinging portion 355 of the driving grip 351 can be operated to rotate towards the driving member 352 to enable the stopping portion 356 to approach and abut against the driving member 352 to activate the power source of the driving member 352.
During the rotation of the saw blade 33 from the working position (see fig. 6) to the retracted position (see fig. 9), the included angle θ gradually decreases, the free end portion 368 of the safety member 362 can rotate downward under the action of gravity, and the safety member 362 rotates from a contact position to a contact-preventing position relative to the safety switch 361. In this embodiment, the safety member 362 rotates from the contact position to the contact-preventing position only when the rotation angle θ between the saw blade 33 and the working surface 231 is smaller than 30 degrees, but not limited thereto, the rotation angle θ corresponding to the rotation of the safety member 362 from the contact position to the contact-preventing position may be adjusted according to different requirements (for example, by adjusting the position and the inclination direction of the safety member 362, adding a weight to the free end portion 368, etc.).
In the accessible position (see fig. 6 and 7), the free end 368 of the safety member 362 is relatively far from the safety switch 361 such that the safety switch 361 can be operated.
In the contact-proof position (see fig. 9), the free end portion 368 of the safety member 362 approaches the safety switch 361 relatively, the free end portion 368 is removably positioned with the position-limiting portion 37, and the safety member 362 at least partially shields the safety switch 361 such that the operating portion 365 of the safety switch 361 cannot be operated. In this embodiment, the free end portion 368 is magnetically attracted to the position-limiting portion 37 by the magnetic region 369 (see fig. 2) and the magnetic member 371 (see fig. 2), and the safety member 362 is configured to shield the operation portion 365 of the safety switch 361 such that the operation portion 365 cannot be pressed, but is not limited thereto.
It is defined that the saw blade 33 rotates in a first direction I from the working position to the retracted position, the pivoted end 367 and the free end 368 of the safety member 362 are spaced apart in the first direction I, and the safety member 362 rotates in the first direction I from the touch position to the touch-proof position.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 to 7, when a user uses the foldable sawing machine with safety device, firstly, the working table 23 is operated to rotate relative to the base 21 to drive the saw blade 33 of the sawing unit 3 to rotate to a predetermined cutting direction (for example, the cutting direction shown in fig. 4 or 5), then the saw blade 33 is rotated to the working position, the fixing pin 389 is inserted into the working groove 383, and the workpiece 1 is placed on the working surface 231 and abuts against the backup plate 24, so as to start sawing the workpiece 1.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, when sawing the workpiece 1, first, the safety member 362 must be rotated to the accessible position, and then a force is applied to the handle 34 to drive the saw blade 33 downward to approach the workpiece 1 placed on the working surface 231. While driving the saw blade 33 to approach the workpiece 1 downward, the user needs to press the operating portion 365 of the safety switch 361 first to rotate the stopping portion 366 to the release position, and then presses the swinging portion 355 of the driving handle 351 to enable the stopping portion 356 to approach and abut against the driving member 352 to start the power supply of the driving member 352, so as to drive the saw blade 33 to rotate and saw the workpiece 1.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 9, when the foldable sawing machine with the safety device is to be folded, the user needs to first operate to rotate the working table 23 relative to the base 21 to drive the saw blade 33 of the sawing unit 3 to rotate to the position shown in fig. 5, and then rotate the saw blade 33 to the folded position, and insert the fixing pin 389 into the folding hole 384 to complete folding.
Referring to fig. 1 and 10, fig. 1 shows the foldable sawing machine with safety device in a state before being folded, and fig. 10 shows the foldable sawing machine with safety device in a state after being folded, the foldable sawing machine with safety device in fig. 10 has a smaller overall volume than that in fig. 1, so that the storage volume can be reduced, and the sawing unit 3 is substantially horizontally arranged to approach the base unit 2, which is not only beneficial for packaging, but also can avoid damage during transportation.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 6 and 9, in the folding process, because the safety elastic element 363 of the safety module 36 can keep the stopping part 366 of the safety switch 361 tending to face the locking position, when no force is applied to the safety switch 361, the stopping part 366 is kept at the locking position, so that the stopping part 356 of the driving handle 351 is relatively far away from the driving part 352 and the power of the driving part 352 cannot be started, that is, the user needs to press the operating part 365 of the safety switch 361 and apply a force to the swinging part 355 of the driving handle 351 to start the power of the driving part 352, thereby reducing the situation that the saw blade 33 is mistakenly triggered to rotate in the folding process of the foldable sawing machine with the safety device.
In addition, during the period that the saw blade 33 rotates from the working position to the retracted position, the safety member 362 can rotate downward to the touch-proof position under the action of gravity, so once the blade is retracted, the safety member 362 can automatically reach the touch-proof position, and the user can be completely prevented from mistakenly triggering to rotate the saw blade 33 after the blade is retracted or during subsequent transportation.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the power source of the driving member 352 is from the battery module, so that the user can not avoid the rotation of the saw blade 33 by the mistake triggering after the folding process or during the subsequent transportation process only by the design that the safety member 362 automatically rotates to the touch-preventing position during the folding process instead of the mistake triggering by the battery module. In an implementation aspect where other power sources are from the power supply plug, the safety member 362 may also be designed to automatically rotate to the touch-prevention position during the folding process, so that the situation of false triggering caused by forgetting to pull out the power supply plug after the user folds the power supply plug can be avoided.
In summary, according to the foldable sawing machine with safety device of the present invention, by providing the safety switch 361, when no force is applied to the safety switch 361, the stopping portion 366 is kept at the locking position, so that the stopping portion 356 of the driving handle 351 is relatively far away from the driving member 352 and the power of the driving member 352 cannot be started, thereby reducing the situation of the rotation of the saw blade 33 caused by the false triggering during the process of folding the foldable sawing machine with safety device, and by providing the safety member 362, during the period of the rotation of the saw blade 33 from the working position to the folding position, the safety member 362 can automatically rotate to the anti-touch position, so that the safety switch 361 cannot be operated, thereby preventing the driving module 35 from driving the saw blade 33 to rotate and preventing the saw blade 33 from being mistakenly touched during the transportation after folding, therefore, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
However, the above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and all simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the scope of the present invention and the contents of the specification are included in the scope of the present invention.
