The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a food processor, and the pulping function of the food processor can comprise the following steps: a main function and an additional function; as shown in fig. 1, the method may include steps S101-S102:
s101, detecting triggering operation of a preset additional function key;
and S102, when the triggering operation is detected, before the additional function is started, detecting the ending time length T of the main function executed last time, and determining whether to enable the additional function and the working mode of the additional function after the additional function is enabled according to the ending time length T.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, a food processor with additional functionality is provided, by which the user's requirements for beverage performance are quickly fulfilled by the control of the manufacturing process of the additional functionality.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present application, before the additional function is started, the previous main function end duration T may be counted by a preset timer, and the additional function working mode is determined according to the counted duration T.
In exemplary embodiments of the present application, the modes of operation of the additional functions may include any one or more of the following: stirring mode, warming mode, stirring warming comprehensive mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the determining whether to enable the additional function according to the end time period T may include:
when T is less than or equal to 30s, the additional function is not enabled;
enabling the additional function when T > 30 s;
determining the working mode of the additional function after the additional function is enabled according to the ending time period T may include:
when 30s < t <20min, determining the mode of operation of the additional function may include, but is not limited to: stirring mode;
when T.gtoreq.20 min, determining the mode of operation of the additional function may include, but is not limited to: stirring mode, warming mode, and stirring warming comprehensive mode. In the exemplary embodiment of the present application, when T.ltoreq.30 s, no additional functionality is enabled; the indicator lamp corresponding to the additional function can be kept in an off state, and the selection of the additional function cannot be performed;
when T > 30s, the additional function is enabled.
Wherein, when 30s < t <20min, the additional functions may include a stirring mode; the additional function enabled at this time may be only a stirring mode;
when T.gtoreq.20 min, additional functions enabled may include: stirring mode, the warm mode and stirring warm comprehensive mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the agitation mode refers to a motor pulverization mode; the warm mode refers to heating to a preset optimal drinking temperature; the stirring and warming comprehensive mode is controlled by a motor and heating combined process, so that the beverage achieves the best effect.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: before the additional function is started, detecting the function type of the main function executed last time, and determining the working mode of the additional function according to the function type.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the function types may include: hot and cold drink functions; the determining the operation mode of the additional function according to the function type may include:
when the function type is a hot beverage function, determining an operation mode of the additional function may include: stirring mode, warming mode and stirring warming comprehensive mode; when the function type is a cold drink function, determining an operation mode of the additional function may include: the stirring mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the determining the operation mode of the additional function according to the function type includes:
when the function type is a hot drink function: determining whether to enable the additional function and a working mode of the additional function after the additional function is enabled according to the ending time length T;
when the function type is a cold drink function: determining the mode of operation of the additional function includes: stirring mode, warming mode, and stirring warming comprehensive mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, when the main function is a hot drink function, such as a soymilk-based hot drink function, then:
a) When T is less than or equal to 30s, the indicator light corresponding to the additional function is turned off, and the additional function cannot be selected;
b) When 30s < T <20min, enabling the additional function, and the working mode is only a stirring mode;
c) When T.gtoreq.20 min, additional functions are enabled, and the operating mode may include: stirring mode, warming mode and stirring warming comprehensive mode.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, when the main function is a cold drink function, for example, a juice function, the operation mode of the enabled additional function may be a stirring mode, a warming mode, a stirring warming integrated mode.
In the exemplary embodiment of the application, after the hot beverage function is finished and pulping is performed normally, the temperature of the slurry is satisfied, the user wants to use the additional function, only possibly because the slurry is not fine enough, and wants to further promote crushing through stirring again, if the user directly starts the additional function, which is equivalent to directly superposing the additional function on the basis of the original main function, if the starting condition and the executing process of the additional function are not limited, irreparable damage is likely to be caused to the motor, therefore, the starting of the additional function can be limited by counting the time length T after the main function is finished, and when the main function used by the user is the hot beverage function, the user is not allowed to start the additional function within 30 seconds, and the temperature rise of the motor is prevented from continuously rising. The longer the waiting time T before the additional function is used after the pulping is completed, the more the additional function is executed. If the user uses the cold drink function, the cold drink itself plays a role of heat dissipation to the motor, so that the starting limitation to the additional function after the cold drink is not needed, the temperature rise of the motor can be ensured even if the additional function is allowed to work for a long time, and the temperature of the additional function is limited because the temperature of the general fruit juice beverage has certain requirements.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: and setting the function parameters of the additional function according to the function parameters of the main function executed last time.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the defining the function parameter of the additional function according to the function parameter of the main function executed last time may include:
setting an upper limit of the motor rotation speed in the additional function as a highest motor rotation speed used in the main function;
setting an upper limit of heating power in the additional function according to different cold drink sub-function types in the cold drink function and different hot drink sub-function types in the hot drink function;
and setting corresponding heating temperature points and heating control schemes according to the current detected slurry temperature and the preset optimal drinking temperature.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the rotational speed is defined: after pulping is completed, the upper limit of the rotating speed set by the stirring mode can be the highest rotating speed adopted in the current main function pulping process; for example, if the soymilk function is currently being performed, the maximum rotational speed used in the process is 15000rpm, then after the soymilk function is completed, the maximum rotational speed in the stirring mode is continuously limited to 15000rpm, if the juice function is currently being performed, the maximum rotational speed used in the process is 8000rpm, and after the juice function is completed, the maximum rotational speed in the stirring mode is continuously limited to 8000rpm.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the heating power is defined: different heating powers may be selected according to the type of main function selected; such as soybean milk and five cereals with heating power upper limit of 600W-800W; the upper limit of heating power of rice paste and rice porridge is 300W-400W.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the heating and heating temperature points are defined: different heating temperature points and heating control definitions may be selected depending on the currently detected slurry temperature and the optimum drinking temperature:
a. the optimal drinking temperature can default to the temperature most suitable for drinking by the current main function;
the optimal drinking temperature is adaptively selected according to the main function type. For example, the optimal drinking temperature of soybean milk is 80 ℃ and the optimal drinking temperature of fruit juice is 55 ℃.
b. If the temperature of the current slurry is greater than or equal to the optimal drinking temperature, the additional warming mode and the stirring warming comprehensive mode are not enabled; enabling all additional functions when the current slurry temperature is below the optimal drinking temperature;
c. the heating may be stopped when the slurry temperature is detected to reach the optimum drinking temperature during execution of the additional warming mode.
In the exemplary embodiment of the application, in order to fully exert the function of the additional function, for the hot drink function, the upper rotation speed limit of the additional stirring mode can be increased to the highest rotation speed used by the main function, so that the performance effect of the stirring crushing performance is fully ensured, and the nutritional ingredients in the drink are not damaged, for example, the nutrition loss can be caused by the high-speed action of the blade of the fruit juice. Because the additional function is not a complete process flow, the heating power is limited according to the type of the hot drink function, so that the performance problems of overflow, tube pasting and the like caused by the excessively high heating power are prevented, for example, when the rice paste is in a warm mode of the additional function, the adopted power is excessively high, the tube pasting is likely to be caused, and the condition of the tube pasting is relatively good for soybean milk and five cereals, so that the heating power is selected, the heating power can be increased on the premise of ensuring that the rice paste does not overflow, and the speed of the warm mode of the additional function is improved. Meanwhile, the temperature point of the warm mode of the additional function is adaptively adjusted, so that the optimal drinking temperature of a user is achieved, and the user experience is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: in the case of continuously using the stirring mode in the additional function, the time period T is set according to the interval between the continuous stirring modes Spacing of The size of (2) determines the manner in which the number of successive uses is counted.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the time period T is based on the interval between two successive stirring modes Spacing of The counting mode of the continuous use times determined by the size of the (c) can comprise:
when T is Spacing of Accumulating the continuous use times N when the use time is less than or equal to 30s, so that N=N+1;
when 30s<T Spacing of When the time is less than or equal to 60 seconds, keeping the continuous use times N unchanged;
when T is Spacing of >At 60s, the continuous use times N are cleared.
In exemplary embodiments of the present application, the duration of the interval between successive initiation of additional modes of agitation may be calculated as T Spacing of When T Spacing of Satisfy T Spacing of When the number of times of continuous use of the additional stirring mode is less than or equal to 30s, accumulating the number of times of continuous use of the additional stirring mode, namely N+1; when T is Spacing of Satisfy 30s<T Spacing of When the number of times N of continuous use of the accumulated additional stirring mode is not increased or reduced when the number of times N is less than or equal to 60 s; when T is Spacing of Satisfy T Spacing of >At 60s, the number of continuous use times N of the accumulated additional stirring mode is cleared.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: and when the continuous use times N are larger than or equal to a preset times threshold Q, starting the stirring mode again, and entering an additional function protection program.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the value of Q may be obtained by: stirring is carried out at the rotating speed of the common stirring mode, and the obtained continuous use times when the measured temperature rise of the motor reaches the preset temperature rise threshold value can be the time threshold value Q.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the additional function protection program may include, but is not limited to: the fault alarm prompt and the delay are started for a preset time (such as 60 s).
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the method may further include: and comprehensively judging whether to enter an additional function protection program when restarting the stirring mode according to different duration ranges of the timing duration T, different frequency ranges of the continuous use frequency N and different function types.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present application, the timer T is counted from the completion of the main function production, and when T is less than 2 min:
if the currently completed function is a cold drink function, for example, a juice cold drink function, and the number of times N of reusing the additional stirring mode is more than or equal to Q-2, entering a stirring mode protection program;
if the currently completed function is a hot drink function, for example, a soybean milk type hot drink function, and the number of times N of reusing the additional stirring mode satisfies N.gtoreq.4, a stirring mode protection program is entered.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present application, the timer T is greater than or equal to 2min from the completion of the main function production, and less than 10 min:
if the currently completed function is a cold drink function, for example, a juice cold drink function, and the number of times N of reusing the additional stirring mode is more than or equal to Q, entering a stirring mode protection program;
if the currently completed function is a hot drink function, for example, a soybean milk type hot drink function, and the number of times N of reusing the additional stirring mode satisfies N.gtoreq.2, a stirring mode protection program is entered.
In the exemplary embodiment of the application, when the time T is greater than or equal to 10min from the time of finishing drink preparation, the limit of the stirring mode protection times N is not changed, namely N meets N being equal to or greater than Q.
In the exemplary embodiment of the application, according to the type of the completed main function before the current stirring mode is used and the waiting time after the manufacturing is completed, the number of times of using the stirring mode is limited by self-adaptive adjustment, so that the experience of using the stirring mode by a user is met to a great extent, and meanwhile, the motor is protected from being excessively high in temperature rise.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present application, when the user uses the stirring mode, after completing one stirring, it is generally determined whether to perform stirring again according to the effect of slurry stirring, and in this confirmation process, the phase change is equivalent to increasing the waiting time and naturally cooling the motor. However, if the motor is used for an unlimited number of times, the temperature rise of the motor can be increased to the temperature which damages the motor, so that the motor can be protected to a great extent by limiting the number of times of stirring.
