In the process of hooking and pulling the rack roller, the cotton brushing roller 16 rotates at a high speed, and the linear speed of the cotton brushing roller 16 is higher than that of the rack roller, so that the cotton brushing roller 16 brushes seed cotton hooked and pulled on the large and small rack rollers into the next process.
The purifying seed cotton cleaner of the embodiment adopts the interaction of the impurity removing rod 18, the steel wire brush 19, the turning plate 17, the large rack roller, the cotton brushing roller 16, the small rack roller, the grid bar 21, the impurity removing auger assembly 22 and the like to separate cotton leaves, bell shells and the like from seed cotton, thereby achieving the aim of removing impurities.
