S3:将调和物与混合液在常温下混合搅拌均匀,静置5-6h得到该清洁剂。
其中,步骤S1,反应釜设置为常温,40℃和常压,搅拌时间为5小时;所述步骤S2,釜内以0-60℃减压浓缩。
本发明的工作原理是:

一种节能助燃汽车尾气汽油清洁剂,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇15份、环烷酸铈10份、多乙烯多胺10份、三硬脂酸甘油酯18份、纳米负载型活性炭5份、抗氧稳定剂 1.5份、去离子水20份、N-甲基-二乙醇胺6份、2-乙二氧基乙酸乙酯8份、硝酸异丙酯 8份、二甲基酮5份、二异丙醚10份、丙二酸乙酯2份。
其中,所述纳米负载型活性炭的制备方法为:20mL的钛酸正丁酯加入到40mL的无水乙醇中,升温至120℃搅拌均匀后,静置冷却至室温,加入5g的活性炭,再置于-9℃冰箱中冷却成凝胶状;-15℃超微粉碎得到粒径为40-45μm的纳米负载活性炭。
本实施例创新节约型尾气清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将2-乙二氧基乙酸乙酯8份、三硬脂酸甘油酯18份、硝酸异丙酯8份、二甲基酮5份、二异丙醚10份、丙二酸乙酯2份、纳米负载型活性炭份依次加入反应釜中,混合搅拌形成调和物;
S2:将甲醇15份、环烷酸铈10份、多乙烯多胺10份加入反应釜中,60℃水浴加热 2小时后,静置降温,再加入去离子水20份、抗氧稳定剂1.5份、N-甲基-二乙醇胺6份浓缩至含水量小于2%,得到混合液;
S3:将调和物与混合液在常温下混合搅拌均匀,静置5-6h得到该清洁剂。
其中,步骤S1,反应釜设置为常温,40℃和常压,搅拌时间为5小时;所述步骤S2,釜内以0-60℃减压浓缩。
本发明添加到汽油中混合使用,该种汽油清洁剂和汽油混合后燃烧过程中,够促进未燃烧充分的物质二次燃烧,提高燃料的利用率,也能够有效的降低油耗,提高汽油发动机的动力性能;同时降低燃油消耗气门表面积碳生成,降低二氧化碳的排放,减少大气污染。

1.一种创新节约型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:甲醇10-20份、环烷酸铈5-10份、多乙烯多胺2-13份、三硬脂酸甘油酯6-20份、纳米负载型活性炭2-6份、抗氧稳定剂0.5-1.5份、去离子水7-25份、N-甲基-二乙醇胺3-6份、2-乙二氧基乙酸乙酯3-8份、硝酸异丙酯3-10份、二甲基酮3-7份、二异丙醚6-15份、丙二酸乙酯1.5-3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种创新节约型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于,所述纳米负载型活性炭的制备方法为:20mL的钛酸正丁酯加入到40mL的无水乙醇中,升温至120℃搅拌均匀后,静置冷却至室温,加入5g的活性炭,再置于-9℃冰箱中冷却成凝胶状;-15°C超微粉碎得到粒径为40-45μm的纳米负载活性炭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种创新节约型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧稳定剂的制备方法为:将10g的4,4'-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)粗晶体加入到20g的C6烷烃和5g低级醇的复合溶剂混合,升温至200℃溶解后,恒温搅拌十分钟,加入6g亚磷酸酯,继续搅拌十分钟,使亚磷酸酯对甲酚充分溶解后,静置冷却至室温。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种创新节约型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于,所述N-甲基-二乙醇胺的制备方法为:将甲酸加入反应锅内加热至沸,在搅拌下滴加甲醛和二乙醇胺的混合液,约1h滴完,温度维持在90-98℃,继续回流4h。然后进行减压蒸馏,收集120-130℃(0.53kPa)馏分,即得N-甲基二乙醇胺。
5.一种创新节约型尾气清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将2-乙二氧基乙酸乙酯份、三硬脂酸甘油酯份、硝酸异丙酯份、二甲基酮份、二异丙醚份、丙二酸乙酯份、纳米负载型活性炭份依次加入反应釜中,混合搅拌形成调和物;
S2:将甲醇份、环烷酸铈份、多乙烯多胺份加入反应釜中,60℃水浴加热2小时后,静置降温,再加入去离子水份、抗氧稳定剂份、N-甲基-二乙醇胺份浓缩至含水量小于2%,得到混合液;
S3:将调和物与混合液在常温下混合搅拌均匀,静置5-6h得到该清洁剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种创新节约型尾气清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1,反应釜设置为常温,40℃和常压,搅拌时间为5小时。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种创新节约型尾气清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2,釜内以0-60℃减压浓缩。
