Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and in particular relates to a herbicide synergistic agent for killing brome in wheat fields, a preparation method and application thereof.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a herbicide synergistic auxiliary agent for killing brome in wheat fields, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The organic chemical herbicide period began in 1932 with the discovery of the selective herbicide dinitrophenol. The development history of pesticide herbicide is brief, the beginning of farmland chemical weeding can be traced to the end of 19 th century, and when European grape downy mildew is prevented, it is occasionally found that Boerdos can damage some cruciferous weeds without damaging cereal crops; the weeding effect of sulfuric acid, copper sulfate and the like is simultaneously found in France, germany and the United states, and the weeding agent is used for weeding wheat and the like. The glyphosate synthesized in 1971 has the characteristics of broad herbicide spectrum and no pollution to the environment, is a major breakthrough of organophosphorus herbicides, but is not suitable for wheat fields due to smaller seedling spacing of the wheat fields.
The herbicide comprises a selective herbicide and a broad-spectrum biocidal herbicide, the wheat Tian Youyu seedlings have smaller spacing, and the selective herbicide is needed to be selected; although the selective herbicide is harmless to wheat crops, the control effect on some weeds also becomes worse year by year with the enhancement of weed resistance.
Brome (academic name: bromus japonica thunb. Ex Murr.) is an annual herb of the genus brome of the family Gramineae. The stalk is vertical and can reach 90 cm. The leaf sheath is closed, the tip of the leaf tongue is nearly circular, and the two sides of the leaf are soft. Because of soft hair on the two sides of the blade, the liquid medicine is spread and has poor permeation effect.
The selective herbicide commonly used in recent years can not effectively kill the brome weeds, and a large amount of field herbicide application effects show that even if the dosage is increased by more than 35-40%, the brome can not be effectively killed after the field herbicide is sprayed. And the redundant medicaments are lost and volatilized, so that the pollution to the atmosphere, soil, water quality and even the whole ecological environment is caused.
Aiming at the situation, the prevention and treatment effect on brome is improved by mainly using a synergistic auxiliary agent at present, and the synergistic agent plays roles in links such as fog drop dispersion, adhesion, spreading, deposition, permeation, conduction and the like, but the effect of the traditional synergistic agent is not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a herbicide synergistic agent for killing brome in wheat fields, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the herbicide synergistic agent improves the activity of herbicide, can effectively prevent and treat the brome, can reduce the dosage of the herbicide, reduces the pollution to the environment and slows down the resistance of the brome to the herbicide.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the first aspect of the invention:
the herbicide synergistic agent for killing brome in wheat fields comprises, by weight, 1% -10% of sodium isopropyl naphthalene sulfonate, 3% -20% of modified fatty amine polymer, 5% -40% of wetting penetrating agent and 100% of environment-friendly solvent.
As a specific implementation mode, the herbicide synergistic auxiliary agent comprises 5-10% of sodium isopropyl naphthalene sulfonate, 10-20% of modified fatty amine polymer, 20-40% of wetting penetrating agent and 100% of environment-friendly solvent.
As a specific embodiment, the wetting penetrating agent is one or the combination of a plurality of glycerol, siloxane and modified polymer thereof, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and sodium di-sec-octyl maleate sulfonate in any proportion.
As a specific embodiment, the environment-friendly solvent is one or the combination of a plurality of methyl oleate, soybean oil and epoxy compounds thereof, fatty acid methyl ester, corn oil and mineral oil in any proportion.
The modified aliphatic amine polymer used in the invention is purchased from Nanjing Jie Run technology Co., ltd.
The modified fatty amine polymer is a good surfactant, has excellent emulsifying property and bactericidal activity, and has extremely effective synergistic performance on herbicide, bactericide and insecticide; the modified fatty amine polymer and the medicament can obviously improve the adhesion, expansion and permeation capacity of the medicament after being mixed, so that the rain erosion resistance and the weeding efficiency of the herbicide can be improved. Sodium isopropyl naphthalene sulfonate is a surfactant with stronger wettability, has excellent functions of dispersion, low foam, hard water resistance, flocculation resistance and the like, and especially can be mixed with granular pesticides to help to improve the disintegration speed of pesticide particles, improve the suspension performance of the pesticide, and can obviously improve the dispersion and wetting diffusion of the pesticide when mixed with suspending agent pesticides; not only is favorable for the stability of the medicament in water, but also can effectively reduce the surface tension of the liquid medicine and improve the adsorption, spreading and permeation speed of the liquid medicine on plant leaves.
The herbicide synergistic auxiliary agent for killing the brome in the wheat field provided by the invention is prepared by combining four substances, and is a combination which has obvious synergistic effect and is screened aiming at the brome. Because the brome leaves are dense and hard, thin and slender, the two sides of the leaves are soft and soft, the leaves are difficult to wet and the permeability is extremely poor, so that a single synergistic agent or a common synergistic agent cannot be quickly adhered and infiltrated after being sprayed, a large amount of liquid medicine is lost, the drug effect is difficult to exert, and the environment is polluted. Under the multiple actions of the modified fatty amine polymer, the sodium isopropyl naphthalene sulfonate and the wetting and penetrating agent, the wetting and penetrating performance of the medicament is greatly enhanced, the medicament can be quickly adhered and spread on the surface of a brome leaf surface and is subjected to diffusion and penetration, and the environment-friendly solvent in the composition has the effects of adhesion and moisture preservation, so that the residence time of the medicament on plants can be prolonged, the medicament absorption and action time can be prolonged, and the medicament utilization rate can be obviously improved.
The second aspect of the invention:
the preparation method of the herbicide synergistic agent comprises the steps of weighing 15-30% of environment-friendly solvent according to the weight percentage of the formula for standby, adding the modified aliphatic amine polymer and sodium isopropyl naphthalene sulfonate while stirring, adding the wetting penetrating agent and the rest environment-friendly solvent, heating to 35-40 ℃, and continuously stirring and mixing for 20-50 minutes.
A third aspect of the invention:
the herbicide synergistic assistant is used for preventing and controlling brome in wheat fields.
As a specific embodiment: mixing the synergistic auxiliary agent with herbicide in a barrel manner or using the synergistic auxiliary agent as an auxiliary agent in a herbicide formula of a wheat field
As a specific embodiment: the weight ratio of the herbicide synergistic auxiliary agent to the herbicide is 7.5-10:1.
As a specific embodiment: the herbicide is flucarbazone-sodium
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The herbicide synergistic additive for killing the brome in the wheat field can increase the adhesive force and the permeability of the medicament on the brome, so that the activity of killing the brome by the selective herbicide is obviously improved;
(2) The herbicide dosage is reduced due to the improvement of the activity of the herbicide, so that the resistance of brome is slowed down and the pollution to the environment is reduced;
(3) The herbicide synergistic auxiliary agent has universality, can be widely applied to the synergism of the herbicide in the wheat field on the brome, can be directly mixed with the herbicide in the wheat field in a barrel for use, and can also be used as the auxiliary agent in the herbicide formula in the wheat field;
(4) The herbicide synergistic agent disclosed by the invention uses green, safe and environment-friendly components, and is safe to human beings and environment in the processing and using processes.
In conclusion, the herbicide synergistic auxiliary agent and the herbicide are mixed for use, so that the pesticide effect can be obviously improved, the control effect of the herbicide on the brome is improved, and the dosage is reduced, thereby reducing the medication cost, reducing the environmental pollution and also slowing down the resistance of the brome to the herbicide.
