A bi-directional paper feed offset printing press as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the first lifting part (6) comprises a first lifting cylinder (61), a first lifting claw (62), a first screw rod (63), a first nut (64) and a first driving motor (65), wherein the first lifting cylinder (61) is arranged at the bottom of the middle of the first paper supporting rod (43), the first lifting claw (62) is arranged at the top of the first lifting cylinder (61), the claw of the first lifting claw (62) is clamped with the first paper supporting rod (43), the first screw rod (63) is arranged along the length direction of the first paper conveying groove (42), the right end of the first screw rod (63) is connected with the rotating shaft of the first driving motor (65), the first nut (64) is in threaded connection with the first screw rod (63), the top of the first nut (64) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the first lifting cylinder (61), and the first driving motor (65) is arranged at the right end of the first paper conveying groove (42).
