The method for treating the surface scratch defects is to grind the bottom plate of a process channel or the surface of a roller way, improve the smoothness, reduce the friction coefficient of the contact surface of the process channel and the lower surface of strip steel as much as possible and reduce or eliminate the scratches of the lower surface of a rolled piece. The method has a certain effect on eliminating the scratch defect, but has poor effect on pickling or deep drawing steel with soft materials, still generates the scratch defect, and the traditional treatment method can not completely solve the scratch problem of the hot-rolled strip steel.

aiming at the scratch caused by the first-class layer cold roller bed, the daily product spot inspection is mainly enhanced, and the layer cold roller bed is quickly inspected and repaired; aiming at the scratch caused by the finish rolling F7 outlet guide, firstly, the elevation of a rolling line is artificially increased by 5mm by a method of virtually reducing the roll diameter of a supporting roll, the horizontal elevation of the outlet of a rolled piece is increased, and the scratch caused by the contact of the rolled piece and a non-rolling part is avoided or reduced; secondly, the plate shape is improved, the flatness of the plate shape is rapidly improved by adjusting the single side, the roll bending force and the like, and the intermittent scratch caused by poor plate shape is avoided; thirdly, polishing the F7 outlet guide bottom plate to remove uneven parts such as adhered impurities; fourthly, the matching precision of a connecting pin shaft of the F7 outlet guide in-and-out action mechanism is improved, the matching precision control of the copper sleeve connection of the pin shaft is improved to be less than 0.5mm from the original value of less than 1.0mm, meanwhile, in order to reduce abrasion, a connecting shaft structure is redesigned, as shown in figures 1-3, a glycerol lubricating point 1 is additionally arranged at the matching position of the connecting shaft, and the position precision of the F7 guide after entering a working position is greatly improved.
For the scratch improvement measures of the second type of thick specification, firstly, the sequence of idle passing racks is optimized according to the condition of checking guide and guard wear, and the original F3 and F5 are changed into F2 and F4; as shown in fig. 4-5, the angle of the loop of the idle rolling mill is increased by a mechanical mode of additionally installing a cushion block 2 with a proper size from original 9 degrees to 10.8 degrees, so that the height elevation of the loop-rising roller of the idle loop is increased, the rolled piece of the idle rolling mill is ensured to be in contact with the loop roller in a rolling mode instead of being in direct friction with the guide base plate, and the scratch problem is avoided.
