In this embodiment, the connecting rod 7 of the mounting seat is a telescopic sleeve rod, a cylinder is arranged in the second casing 301, the cylinder is connected with the lower control unit to control opening and closing, the cylinder is connected with four pneumatic push rods 9, the four pneumatic push rods 9 are connected with the corresponding grinding roller mounting seats 6, the pneumatic push rods 9 can drive the telescopic sleeve rod to push and pull, and therefore the special-shaped grinding roller 302 is pressed on the inner surface of the stainless steel template at the shear key during working; a polishing roller pressure control unit is further arranged in the second casing 301, the pressure control unit ensures that the pressure between the special-shaped polishing roller 302 and the inner surface of the stainless steel template at the shear key is kept constant, and meanwhile the influence of the eccentric error of the centers of the special-shaped polishing roller 302 and the outer mold on the polishing effect is eliminated.
In order to realize automatic release agent spraying of the standard section and the special section of the outer mold after the polishing procedure is finished, the next release is convenient; the standard knot movable polishing device 2 and the bottom special-shaped polishing device 3 are connected with a release agent spraying device 5, the release agent spraying device 5 comprises a coating box, a pipeline and a spray head, the coating box is arranged in the first machine shell 201 and the second machine shell 301, the coating box is externally connected with a plurality of groups of spray heads through the pipeline, the spray heads are strip-shaped spray heads which are longitudinally arranged, and a plurality of groups of spray heads are longitudinally arranged on the spray heads.
