Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following describes a refrigeration system, a refrigerant leakage detection method and device, equipment and a storage medium thereof according to an embodiment of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a refrigerant leakage detection method of a refrigeration system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a refrigerant leakage detection method for a refrigeration system, which includes the following steps:
and S10, acquiring the current refrigerant flow of the compressor and the standard refrigerant flow of the compressor under the current working condition.
Specifically, the current refrigerant flow rate of the compressor may be obtained through various methods, such as directly obtaining the current refrigerant flow rate through a sensor, or indirectly obtaining the current refrigerant flow rate through calculation according to the working data of the compressor. Similarly, the standard refrigerant flow under the current working condition of the compressor may also be obtained in various ways, for example, the standard refrigerant flow corresponding to the current working condition is obtained according to a table look-up of the current working condition of the compressor, or various parameters of the current working condition of the compressor are obtained, and then the standard refrigerant flow under the current working condition of the compressor is calculated on line by using a calculation formula of the standard refrigerant flow.
In this embodiment, the obtaining manner of the current refrigerant flow rate of the compressor and the standard refrigerant flow rate of the compressor under the current working condition is not specifically limited, and only the obtained result, that is, the current refrigerant flow rate of the compressor and the standard refrigerant flow rate of the compressor under the current working condition, is limited.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the obtaining of the current refrigerant flow rate of the compressor includes the following steps:
s201, collecting operation parameters of the compressor and ambient temperature, wherein the operation parameters comprise the exhaust temperature, the exhaust pressure and the working frequency of the compressor.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a sensor originally provided in the refrigeration system may be used to acquire an operation parameter of the compressor, where the operation parameter of the compressor may include a discharge temperature of the compressor, a discharge pressure of the compressor, and an operating frequency of the compressor, and the sensor may also acquire the operation parameter of the compressor, an ambient temperature where the current refrigeration system is located, and the like. That is, the discharge temperature and discharge pressure of the compressor can be directly obtained, for example, from the point inspection parameters.
And S202, fitting by using a fitting equation according to the operation parameters and the environment temperature to obtain the return air temperature and the return air pressure of the compressor.
Specifically, the fitting equation in this embodiment may be preset, and the setting process of the fitting equation is to use multiple sets of compressor operating parameters and ambient temperature as input parameters, and then train the return air temperature and return air pressure of the corresponding multiple sets of compressors as output parameters, so as to obtain the fitting equation. After the fitting equation is determined, the operating parameters of the compressor and the ambient temperature can be obtained and used as the input of the fitting equation, and the return air temperature and the return air pressure of the output compressor can be calculated. It should be noted that the parameters obtained by fitting the equation may be understood as parameters acquired by the virtual sensor, that is, the return air temperature and the return air pressure of the compressor in this embodiment are parameters acquired by the virtual sensor.
And S203, acquiring the current refrigerant flow according to the exhaust temperature, the exhaust pressure, the return air temperature and the return air pressure of the compressor and the compressor ten-coefficient model.
Specifically, after obtaining relevant parameters such as the exhaust temperature and the exhaust pressure of the compressor, the current refrigerant flow of the compressor is calculated according to the obtained relevant parameters of the compressor and a compressor ten-coefficient calculation equation. It should be noted that the compressor ten-coefficient calculation equation is a calculation equation known to those skilled in the art, and therefore the present embodiment may not describe the calculation equation in detail.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the current refrigerant flow rate of the compressor is calculated according to a plurality of parameters of the compressor, and compared with the related art that only according to a single parameter, the calculated refrigerant flow rate is more accurate, so that whether the refrigeration system leaks can be more accurately determined.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the standard refrigerant flow rate is obtained according to a refrigerant flow rate base plane of the compressor under the current working condition.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the refrigerant flow base surface may be modeled according to data of normal laboratory operation, in which reference is made to the fitting process of the fitting equation in the above embodiment, and the refrigerant flow base surface model in this embodiment may be trained to obtain relevant parameters in the refrigerant flow base surface model by using laboratory data as input data and output data. More specifically, various working conditions of the compressor can be used as input data of the refrigerant flow base level model, then the refrigerant flow is used as output data, and the refrigerant flow base level model can be determined after multiple times of training. After the current working condition of the compressor is obtained, the standard refrigerant flow of the compressor under the current working condition can be determined according to the refrigerant flow base surface model.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the refrigerant flow base plane is also obtained according to a plurality of parameter types of the compressor, and the training times of the refrigerant flow base plane model may be limited to exceed a preset number, for example, 100 times, so as to sufficiently improve the accuracy of the refrigerant flow base plane model, and further make the subsequent refrigerant leakage detection more accurate.
And S20, acquiring the difference between the current refrigerant flow and the standard refrigerant flow.
Specifically, after the current refrigerant flow rate of the compressor and the standard refrigerant flow rate under the current working condition are obtained through calculation, the current refrigerant flow rate and the standard refrigerant flow rate are subjected to difference operation to obtain a difference value. Optionally, in this embodiment, a plurality of corresponding difference values may be obtained within a period of time, and then averaged, and the average value is used as the difference value between the compressor refrigerant flow rate and the standard refrigerant flow rate within the period of time. It can be understood that by obtaining the difference value between the current refrigerant flow and the standard refrigerant flow within a period of time, the situation that the difference value is calculated wrongly due to incorrect acquired refrigerant flow caused by accidental abnormality in the refrigeration system can be prevented, and the accuracy of the difference value between the current refrigerant flow and the standard refrigerant flow of the compressor is further improved.
And S30, determining the refrigerant leakage condition of the refrigerating system according to the difference.
Specifically, after the difference between the current refrigerant flow rate of the compressor and the standard refrigerant flow rate is calculated and obtained, whether the refrigerant leakage condition of the refrigeration system exists or not, the refrigerant leakage condition such as the refrigerant leakage rate of the refrigeration system, and the like can be determined according to the difference.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment, there is a correlation between the difference between the current refrigerant flow rate and the standard refrigerant flow rate of the compressor and the refrigerant leakage rate, for example, there is a linear relationship between the two. It can be understood that the difference between the current refrigerant flow rate and the standard refrigerant flow rate of the compressor and the refrigerant leakage rate can be expressed by a relational equation, and each parameter in the relational equation can be obtained by training through experimental data.
In some embodiments of the present invention, determining a refrigerant leakage condition of the refrigeration system according to the difference further includes: and if the difference value is greater than the first threshold value and lasts for a first preset time, or the difference value is less than or equal to the first threshold value, the refrigerant leakage rate is greater than a second threshold value and keeps unchanged for a second preset time, or the difference value is less than or equal to the first threshold value, and the refrigerant leakage rate continuously increases within the second preset time, determining that refrigerant leakage occurs in the refrigeration system.
Specifically, in this embodiment, an average value of differences between a plurality of current refrigerant flows and a plurality of standard refrigerant flows within a period of time may be first obtained, and the average value is used as a difference between the current refrigerant flow and the standard refrigerant flow within the period of time, and then the difference is compared with a first threshold, if the difference is continuously greater than the first threshold for a first preset time, it is determined that the difference between the current refrigerant flow and the standard refrigerant flow of the compressor is too large, and it may be determined that refrigerant leakage has occurred in the refrigeration system.
If the difference value is judged to be not greater than the first threshold value, and the refrigerant leakage rate is greater than the second threshold value and is not changed for the second preset time, it is indicated that a filth blockage phenomenon possibly exists in a heat exchanger in the current refrigeration system, and it can be determined that refrigerant leakage has occurred in the refrigeration system.
If the difference value is smaller than or equal to the first threshold value and the refrigerant leakage rate is continuously increased within the second preset time, it is indicated that although the current refrigerant leakage amount is not large, the refrigerant leakage is always in a refrigerant leakage state in the refrigeration system, and it can be determined that the refrigerant leakage has occurred in the refrigeration system.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the numerical values of the preset categories, such as the first threshold, the second threshold, the first preset time, the second preset time, and the like, may be all defined according to the actual situation of the refrigeration system, for example, the second threshold in this embodiment may be 10%, and is not specifically limited.
In this embodiment, after having confirmed that refrigerating system has taken place the refrigerant and leaked, then can leak the refrigerant leakage rate and send to refrigerating system's after sale terminal on, of course, can also report to the police and remind to help operation maintenance personal to judge refrigerating system's leakage position and need fill the refrigerant volume of annotating again, thereby solved among the correlation technique maintenance personal and can't accurately fill the drawback of refrigerant volume to refrigerating system.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3Firstly, the parameters of the sensor are acquired through the existing sensor which is originally arranged on the refrigerating system, the parameters of the sensor can be input to the basal plane of the compressor flow, and then the standard flow q of the refrigerant of the current compressor under the working condition is calculated and obtained0The compressor exhaust temperature Td and the compressor exhaust pressure Pd can be directly obtained from the sensor parameters through the point detection parameters, and the sensor parameters are subjected to fitting calculation by using a fitting equation to obtain the compressor return air temperature Ts and the compressor return air pressure Ps, wherein the compressor return air temperature Ts and the compressor return air pressure Ps can be understood as parameters obtained through the virtual sensor. Calculating the real-time refrigerating flow q of the compressor by the aid of the compressor exhaust temperature Td, the compressor exhaust pressure Pd, the compressor return temperature Ts, the compressor return pressure Ps and the compressor ten coefficientst
After obtaining the standard flow q of the refrigerant0Real-time refrigeration flow q with compressortThen, calculating the standard flow rate q of the refrigerant in a period of time0Real-time refrigerating flow q with compressortDetermining whether the flow difference value delta q is greater than a threshold value A, wherein the threshold value A is a first threshold value in the embodiment, and if the flow difference value delta q is greater than the threshold value A, determining that the current refrigeration system leaks; if the flow difference value deltaq is not larger than the threshold value A, calculating according to a relation equation between the refrigerant leakage percentage RefLeak (namely the refrigerant leakage rate) and the deltaq to obtain the refrigerant leakage percentage RefLeak, then judging whether the refrigerating system leaks according to the refrigerant leakage percentage RefLeak percent, and outputting the leakage degree. The relation equation between the refrigerant leakage percentage RefLeak% and the delta q can be obtained by training according to laboratory data.
In summary, the refrigerant leakage detection method for the refrigeration system according to the embodiment of the invention can accurately determine the leakage degree of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system, so as to provide accurate maintenance information for maintenance personnel and the like, help the maintenance of the refrigerant leakage problem in the refrigeration system, save the maintenance time, and improve the user experience.
