The invention provides a separate bottle cap, a container comprising the bottle cap and a method for opening the cover of the container.
Fig. 1 illustrates a front view structure of a bottle cap according to an embodiment, and referring to fig. 1, the bottle cap according to the embodiment includes a cap body 1 and a cap ring 2 connected to each other, the cap body 1 is provided with an extension bar 11, and a first end 11a of the extension bar 11 is integrally connected to the cap body 1; the cover ring 2 is provided with an avoidance part 20 for the extension strip 11 to pass through and a U-shaped strip 21 wrapping the extension strip 11, an opening 21a of the U-shaped strip 21 is integrally connected with the avoidance part 20, and the bottom 21b of the U-shaped strip 21 is integrally connected with the second end 11b of the extension strip 11; breakable connecting teeth 3 are arranged between the cover body 1 and the cover ring 2, between the side wall of the extension strip 11 and the U-shaped strip 21, and between the side wall of the U-shaped strip 21 and the escape part 20.
The bottle cap consists of a cap body 1 and a cap ring 2 which are connected, wherein the cap body 1 and the cap ring 2 are always connected together.
Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional structure of the bottle cap in an embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an initial closing state, the cap body 1 is screwed tightly on the bottle mouth 61 of the container 6, the cap ring 2 is clamped on the limiting ring 62 below the bottle mouth 61, and the extension strip 11 and the U-shaped strip 21 are locked on the avoiding portion 20.
Through the chucking of lid ring 2 in spacing ring 62, 1 spiral shell of lid is tight in bottleneck 61, and locks through fore-and-aft thin short connecting teeth 3 between lid 1 and the lid ring 2, ensures the stability of bottle lid, avoids the bottle lid not hard up during transportation, storage etc..
Moreover, although the cover ring 2 breaks the initial continuity due to the relief part 20, the extension strip 11 integrally connected with the cover body 1 passes through the relief part 20 of the cover ring 2 and wraps in the U-shaped strip 21 integrally connected with the relief part 20 of the cover ring 2, and the extension strip 11, the U-shaped strip 21 and the relief part 20 are locked together through the transverse thin and short connecting teeth 3, so that the stability of the cover ring 2 is ensured, and the cover ring 2 is still formed into a continuous annular structure; the coupling teeth 3 formed between the extension bar 11, the U-shaped bar 21, and the escape portion 20 can prevent the extension bar 11 and the U-shaped bar 21 from being warped or deformed by being closely attached to the bottle mouth 61.
Fig. 3 shows a structure of the bottle cap in an embodiment after the connecting teeth are broken, fig. 4 shows a structure of the cap body of the bottle cap in the embodiment spirally rising, and fig. 5 shows a structure of the cap body of the bottle cap in the embodiment leaving the bottle mouth. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the process of opening the cap, as the cap body 1 spirally rises along the bottle mouth 61 of the container 6, the cap ring 2 is fastened on the limit ring 62 below the bottle mouth 61 to rotate, the connecting teeth 3 are broken, and the extension strip 11 and the U-shaped strip 21 are pulled apart until the cap body 1 leaves the bottle mouth 61.
Specifically, during the opening of the lid, the lid body 1 is continuously rotated in the opening direction, for example, the counterclockwise direction R. Due to the action of the connecting teeth 3, the extending strips 11 and the U-shaped strips 21, the cover ring 2 is driven by the cover body 1, and meanwhile, the cover ring 2 is limited by the limiting ring 62 to move axially; therefore, as the cover body 1 spirally rises, the cover ring 2 is always locked on the limit ring 62 to rotate.
When the cover body 1 moves upward by a certain distance, the connecting teeth 3 are broken due to the force between the cover body 1 and the cover ring 2, and the state shown in fig. 3 is presented. Due to the breakage of the coupling teeth 3, as shown in fig. 3, the extension bar 11 and the U-shaped bar 21 are slightly warped so that the extension bar 11 and the U-shaped bar 21 are gradually pulled apart.
As the cap 1 continues to move upwards, as shown in fig. 4, the extension strip 11 and the U-shaped strip 21 are pulled apart in the height direction Y to ensure that the cap 1 continues to screw up along the threads of the bottle mouth 61. The extension strip 11 and the U-shaped strip 21 are designed to ensure that the total length of the pull-apart strip is greater than the height of the bottle mouth 61, so that the cap body 1 can be smoothly rotated away from the bottle mouth 61.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the present invention, the contact end portions of the extension bars 11 and the U-shaped bars 21 (i.e., the second ends 11b of the extension bars 11 and the bottoms 21b of the U-shaped bars 21) are integrally connected, the non-contact end portions (i.e., the first ends 11a of the extension bars 11 and the openings 21a of the U-shaped bars 21) are integrally connected to the cover body 1 and the cover ring 2, respectively, and the U-shaped bars 21 surround the extension bars 11; therefore, on the one hand, the self lengths of the extension strips 11 and the U-shaped strips 21 can be fully utilized, the total length of the extension strips 11 and the U-shaped strips 21 after being pulled away is close to (slightly smaller than) the sum of the self lengths of the extension strips 11 and the U-shaped strips 21, on the other hand, the extension strips 11 and the U-shaped strips 21 do not occupy too much space in a covering state, so that the whole stability of the bottle cap is high, and the whole volume of the bottle cap is hardly increased.
The cap 1 can be separated from the bottle mouth 61 by continuing to rotate the cap 1, and the state shown in fig. 5 is assumed. Under the state that uncapping shown in fig. 5 is accomplished, lid 1 loops through extension strip 11, U type strip 21 and lid ring 2 and articulates in spacing ring 62, can avoid lid 1 to drop and lose, and covers lid 1 back to bottleneck 61 after facilitating the use is accomplished.
Under the state is accomplished in uncapping, because the existence of extension strip 11 and U type strip 21 and the relation of connection, lid 1 can leave bottleneck 61 a distance (the distance that lid 1 leaves bottleneck 61 slightly is less than the total length that extension strip 11 and U type strip 21 pull open), guarantee that the user can conveniently drink the beverage of splendid attire in the container 6 from bottleneck 61 this moment, can not influence the use of bottleneck 61 because lid 1 is too near apart from bottleneck 61, and extension strip 11 and U type strip 21 have certain intensity, can not cause lid 1 to rock at will, can realize under the state of uncapping lid 1 and keep in the suitable distance near bottleneck 61.
After use, the cap 1 can be closed back to the bottle mouth 61. When the cover body 1 is screwed tightly, the extension bar 11 is received in the U-shaped bar 21, and the extension bar 11 and the U-shaped bar 21 return to the escape portion 20 of the cover ring 2, and the state shown in fig. 3 is presented.
Foretell bottle lid as long as with its assembly to container 6 back, just can be linked together with container 6 all the time, not only facilitate the use, can also promote the rate of recovery of bottle lid, realize resource cyclic utilization, the environmental protection.
Moreover, the bottle cap is formed by integrally injection molding the components of the bottle cap, namely the cap body 1, the extension strip 11, the U-shaped strip 21, the cap ring 2 and the connecting teeth 3, so that the injection cost of the bottle cap can be reduced, the demolding is convenient, the blockage is avoided, the production efficiency is improved, the bottle cap can be conveniently covered on the bottle mouth of a container, and the bottle cap is suitable for a high-speed production line. In addition, the injected material may be plastic, so that the formed extension strip 11 and the U-shaped strip 21 have certain flexibility to facilitate the pulling apart thereof; the extension bar 11 and the U-shaped bar 21 have a certain strength so as to support the lid body 1 in the open state.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5 in combination, the extension strip 11 extends from the open end 1a of the cover 1 in a direction away from the closed end 1b of the cover 1; the escape portion 20 is formed as a gate-shaped groove with a broken top (i.e., formed as a groove with a broken top)Structure), the extension bar 11 passes through the broken part of the door-shaped groove, and the opening 21a of the U-shaped bar 21 is integrally connected with the lower end face of the broken part.
As shown in fig. 1, the extension bar 11 and the U-shaped bar 21 are partially accommodated in the escape portion 20; fig. 6 shows a front view of the bottle cap according to another embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the extension bar 11 and the U-shaped bar 21 are completely received in the escape portion 20; depending on the total length of the extension strip 11 and the U-shaped strip 21 required after pulling apart. For example, when applied to containers having different finish heights, the extension strip 11 may itself be from 1 cm to 50 cm in length, or even longer.
In the bottle cap, the cap ring 2 is not a 360-degree continuous ring but is provided with an opening; the opening extends downwards to exceed the lower edge of the cover ring 2 to form a U-shaped strip 21, and the bottom of the U-shaped strip 21 is connected with the extension strip 11 of the cover body 1, so that the effect that the bottle cap can be pulled upwards in multiples (the extension strip 11+ the U-shaped strip 21) is achieved. In addition, the function of the cover ring 2 is achieved by the aid of the breakable connecting teeth 3 and a continuous structure of 360 degrees is maintained, and the aim that the bottle cover and the bottle body are connected into a whole after the cover is opened is achieved.
The cover ring 2 still keeps a circular ring structure through the connecting teeth 3, extrusion resistance and impact resistance of the cover ring 2 can be realized, and the cover ring 2 can be stacked together without deformation during transportation; after being transported to the destination, the cover rings 2 are conveniently separated and transported to the operation place where the bottle bodies are covered by the conveyor belt. The bottle cap is simple in overall structure, compact in design, firm and durable, capable of being formed by high-speed injection, convenient to transport, free to roll, free of distortion, capable of meeting the production requirements of the filling line and capable of meeting the production efficiency of the filling line.
