Description

Toning lotion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to toning lotion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Early vertebrate animals in humans, ancestral to the beginning of terrestrial life, were first adapted to the new environment hundreds of millions of years ago, relying primarily on improving the barrier function of the skin. The complex structure and the physicochemical property of the human skin enable the horny layer to become an outermost layer effective defense line for resisting exogenous factors by an epidermal barrier, thereby maintaining the stability of the in vivo environment. Outside and prior to the stratum corneum, facing environmental challenges, is a chemical barrier, called a "super-acidified membrane," that maintains the acidity of the skin, i.e., maintains the pH of the skin epidermis in the 4-6 range, buffering acid and base damage. Furthermore, an acidic environment is a prerequisite for the formation of skin barrier proteins and lipids. The integrity, adhesiveness and microbial balance of the stratum corneum are all dependent on the acidic environment of the skin surface. And in an acidic environment, the skin hydration degree is higher, and desquamation and the like are less caused.
However, cosmetics, detergents, tap water, etc. have a great influence on the pH of the skin surface. Tap water having a pH of about 8.0 raises the pH of the skin surface and requires at least 6 hours to restore the pH to 5.0. There is also ample evidence that various pathological skin conditions can raise the pH of the skin, such as atopic dermatitis, irritant contact dermatitis, eczema, ichthyosis, acne, and the like. The pH of the skin of the elderly also rises with concomitant dryness of the skin.
The pH value of the current commercially available cosmetic formula is mainly alkaline (pH is 7-9), only a few cosmetics present an acidic formula, but the current cosmetic formula does not have buffering capacity, and the aim of correcting the pH deviation of the skin cannot be achieved. Therefore, there is a need to develop a lotion capable of correcting pH shift on the skin surface.

Figure BDA0003560388040000123
the preparation method of the toning lotion provided by the embodiment can refer to the embodiment 3.
The lotion test provided herein:
subject: 5 researchers, age 22-58 years old, mainly indoor work, without a large amount of exposure history, without history of light sensitive diseases; the measurement site is free of skin disorders, pigmentation, scarring or systemic diseases that may affect the skin.
Test materials: 200ml of the toning lotion provided in example 1 of the present application was taken, and the pH value of the toning lotion was 4.0.
Test equipment: skin surface pH value tester (model PH 220).
The test method comprises the following steps: the pH value of the skin is measured by a direct method. With 5 researchers in the laboratory as subjects, 2cm × 2cm pieces of skin were selected as test areas and labeled at the same positions on the inner sides of the forearms of the subjects, the skin surface pH values before and after topical application of the skin lotion were measured, and the skin pH values 30 minutes before application (recorded as 0 hour), 3, 6, 9, 18, 24 and 36 hours after application were recorded, respectively, and the average values of the 5 subjects were taken as the recording results, as shown in table 1 below, and the data of the recording results are plotted as shown in fig. 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003560388040000131
Table 1 shows the change of pH value of the skin before and after topical application of the skin lotion with time. FIG. 1 is a graph showing the change of pH value of the skin with time before and after topical application of a cosmetic liquid to the skin. As can be seen from table 1 and fig. 1: the pH of the skin surface continued to drop and was maintained between 4-6 for the first 3 hours after topical application of the lotion to the skin of all subjects. After external application for 3 hours, the pH value is gradually increased and still maintained between the inherent physiological pH values of the skin (pH is 4-6), and the maintenance time can be as long as 36 hours. Therefore, experimental data show that the toning lotion provided by the application has a buffering effect on acid and alkali, can resist the change of pH value on the surface of skin, can correct the pH value deviation on the surface of the skin, and can keep the pH value on the surface of the skin within the inherent physiological pH value of the skin.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
