after the sewage in the cleaning box 1 is discharged, clean water is injected into the cleaning box 1, the supporting block 14 is driven to rotate along the inner wall of the annular groove 13 through the linkage mechanism, and then the two connecting blocks 15 respectively drive the two brush strips 16 to clean the chips remained at the bottom of the cleaning box 1, so that the interior of the cleaning box 1 is kept clean, and the next cleaning of the roving is not influenced;
