The community health management system further comprises a health risk grading management platform used for evaluating the body health index of the user according to the health data of the user, and performing intelligent underwriting and disease early warning.
In an optional embodiment, the health risk classification management platform comprises a data acquisition module for acquiring the user body index data, the behavior data, the physical examination data, the case data and the medical image data acquired by the health big data platform.

The intelligent underwriting unit is used for calculating a comprehensive health index according to the statistical characteristics of the body health index distribution and the statistical characteristics of the behavior health index distribution and obtaining a corresponding insurance application grade according to the comprehensive health index.
Specifically, the daily behavioral health index and the daily physical health index of the user can be obtained, and the comprehensive health index of the user is obtained according to the weighted sum of the average value of the behavioral health indexes and the average value of the physical health indexes in the current time period of the user. For example, the overall health index is calculated according to the following formula:

Furthermore, after the comprehensive health index of the user is obtained, intelligent underwriting can be performed, and the insurance company sets a proper insurance level for the user according to the comprehensive health index of the user. The comprehensive health index combining behavioral health and physical health has higher accuracy, and the physical condition of the community public can be analyzed by counting the comprehensive health index of community personnel.
The system also comprises a risk early warning unit for carrying out abnormal index early warning, disease diagnosis pointing early warning and risk factor early warning.
Specifically, the risk early warning unit may analyze the physical condition of the user according to the health record of the user, for example, the physical examination report of the user shows that the blood pressure value is abnormal, and the risk early warning unit may send the abnormal index information to the user terminal to perform abnormal index early warning, and may also give a disease diagnosis pointing early warning to remind the user to go to a hospital to perform corresponding disease examination, for example, the blood sugar value of the user is abnormal, and may remind the user to go to the hospital to perform diabetes examination. As shown in fig. 6, the health risk classification management platform includes a data collection module for collecting user health data such as physical examination data, device data, and service data, and a data storage preprocessing module for performing data cleaning, constructing health records, and constructing user figures. The system also comprises a user login module used for logging in a user, displaying the points of the user account after the user logs in, and also provides a point market, so that the user can perform the activities of point exchange, coupon purchase and the like in the point market. By setting up user points, the enthusiasm and interest of the user can be improved.
According to the community health management system provided by the embodiment of the application, the user can change from passive medical treatment to active health, the compliance of the user is improved, a complete user health file is formed and the user condition is approved and graded by means of the core capacity of continuous data acquisition, data processing and health intervention, a differentiated health plan is formulated, and dynamic wind control on the user is realized in the management process. The intelligent insurance can be further carried out according to the comprehensive health condition of the user, cost and risk of insurance enterprises are reduced, and meanwhile customer experience and operation efficiency of the insurance enterprises are improved, and operation cost is reduced. The digital health management capability is used for connecting industries such as medical treatment, medicine, protection, intelligent hardware and the like in series, the configuration capability and resources are optimized, and the health management service of the whole life cycle is made for each user. The community user is helped to control the occurrence and development of diseases, the compliance and the enthusiasm of the user are improved, and the community public is provided with happy and better life.

the health big data platform is used for acquiring health data of the user and providing health medical service for the user;
the artificial intelligence health intervention platform is used for formulating a health intervention scheme according to the health data of the user, evaluating the behavior health index of the user and providing private health assistant service for the user;
and the health risk grading management platform is used for evaluating the body health index of the user according to the health data of the user, and performing intelligent underwriting and disease early warning.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the health big data platform comprises:
the health data acquisition module is used for acquiring body index data, behavior data, physical examination data, case data and medical image data of a user;
the health medical service module is used for providing fitness and fat reduction services, health consultation services, chronic disease management services, physical examination services, gene detection services, data interpretation services, oral cavity services, medical services, medicine services, home services and overseas services for the user.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the health big data platform comprises a heterogeneous data access layer, a unified data access interface layer, a data processing layer, and a data application layer, which are connected in sequence.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the artificial intelligence health intervention platform comprises:
the health intervention module is used for formulating a health intervention scheme according to the body health data of the user and sending the health intervention scheme to the user terminal;
the behavior health evaluation module is used for evaluating a user behavior health index according to the completion condition of the health intervention scheme of the user;
and the intelligent assistant module is used for providing private health assistant service for the user.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein formulating the health intervention program based on the physical health data of the user comprises:
and formulating one or more of daily drinking water scheme, diet scheme, exercise scheme, sleep scheme, psychological scheme and medicine taking scheme of the user according to the physical health data of the user, and configuring completion scores for each scheme.
6. The system of claim 4, wherein evaluating a user behavioral health index based on completion of the health intervention program by a user comprises:
acquiring a scheme of a user every day to finish a card punching record;
calculating the daily behavior health index of the user according to the score corresponding to the card punching record;
calculating the monthly behavioral health index of the user according to the daily behavioral health index of the user;
and updating the user points of the user every month according to the behavior health indexes of the user every month.
7. The system of claim 4, wherein the intelligent helper module comprises:
the nutrition assistant unit is used for shooting a diet picture of a user, identifying and recording food materials in the diet picture, performing man-machine interaction with the user, receiving diet knowledge inquiry information of the user and returning an inquiry result;
the motion assistant unit is used for performing man-machine interaction with the user, identifying the action information of the user, outputting prompting information for action correction, receiving the motion knowledge inquiry information of the user and returning an inquiry result;
and the chronic disease assistant unit is used for performing man-machine interaction with the user, sending out medicine taking reminding information, review reminding information, prevention reminding information and diet reminding information, receiving disease knowledge inquiry information of the user and returning an inquiry result.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the health risk stratification management platform comprises:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring user body index data, behavior data, physical examination data, case data and medical image data which are acquired by the health big data platform;
the data preprocessing module is used for carrying out data cleaning on the body index data, the behavior data, the physical examination data, the case data and the medical image data, establishing a user health file and constructing a user portrait;
and the body health evaluation module is used for evaluating the body health index of the user according to the user health file and carrying out disease risk early warning.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the physical fitness evaluation module comprises:
the body health index evaluation unit is used for evaluating the body health index of the user according to the user health profile;
the intelligent underwriting unit is used for calculating a comprehensive health index according to the statistical characteristics of the body health index distribution and the statistical characteristics of the behavior health index distribution and obtaining a corresponding insurance application grade according to the comprehensive health index;
and the risk early warning unit is used for carrying out abnormal index early warning, disease diagnosis pointing early warning and risk factor early warning.
10. The system of claim 1, further comprising:
the visualization module is used for visually displaying the behavior health index, the body health index, the disease early warning information and the medical service information of the user;
and the user login module is used for logging in a user and providing point exchange service according to the user points.
