Claims (5)

1. The ultra-fast-drying water-based primer surfacer for repairing the automobile is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 12-14% of aqueous hydroxyl polyacrylic acid dispersoid, 26-28% of aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, 17-20% of pigment, 16.8-20.6% of filler, 0.2-0.4% of functional additive, 1-2% of aqueous dispersant, 2-4% of polyurethane thickener and 11-25% of water;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of curing agent and 30-50% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;
the functional auxiliary agent consists of polyvinyl alcohol and zinc acetate according to the mass ratio of 1-3: 8-10;
the aqueous dispersant is a combination of a BYK-190 dispersant, a BYK-2012 dispersant and sodium alginate; the mass ratio of the BYK-190 dispersing agent to the BYK-2012 dispersing agent to the sodium alginate is 12-15:7-9: 2-4;
the curing agent consists of Bayhydur XP 2547 and Desmodur N3390 in a mass ratio of 1: 4-7.
2. The ultra-fast-drying aqueous middle coat for repairing an automobile according to claim 1, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 13 percent of aqueous hydroxyl polyacrylic acid dispersoid, 28 percent of aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, 19 percent of pigment, 18 percent of filler, 0.3 percent of functional additive, 1.5 percent of aqueous dispersant, 3 percent of polyurethane thickener and 17.2 percent of water;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% of curing agent and 40% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
3. The ultra-fast-drying aqueous basecoat of claim 1 or 2 wherein said pigment is one or more of titanium dioxide, carbon black, aluminum tripolyphosphate, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, phthalocyanine blue, and phthalocyanine green.
4. The ultra-fast-drying aqueous basecoat for automotive refinishing of claim 1 or 2, wherein the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, and precipitated barium sulfate.
5. The method for preparing an ultra-fast drying aqueous basecoat for automobile repair according to any one of claims 1 to 4 comprising separately preparing A, B components, wherein,
the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding the aqueous hydroxyl polyacrylic acid dispersoid, the aqueous polyurethane dispersoid, the water, the functional assistant and the aqueous dispersant according to the formula ratio, stirring at the speed of 200-400r/min, and stirring for 20-30 min;
(2) adding the pigment and the filler with the formula ratio into the step (1) in sequence, stirring at the speed of 500-800r/min, and stirring for 30-50 min;
(3) adding grinding zirconium beads into the step (2), grinding at the rotating speed of 1500r/min of 1200-;
the preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps:
adding propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and a curing agent under stirring at a rotating speed of 400r/min under the condition of vacuum pumping according to the formula amount of the component B, and stirring for 25-35min to obtain the component B.
