本发明公开了一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革及其制备方法,属于合成皮革技术领域,制备得到的人造革从下至上依次为基布层、PU树脂层、玻纤层、TPO层;PU树脂层采用水性聚氨酯树脂,环保无污染,采用玻璃纤维网格布作为增强层,表层采用TPO树脂层,具有密度小,高弹性,使人造革具有优良的柔软度及低温性能;并使用玻璃纤维作为填充料,进一步增强了人造革的耐高温耐低温性能,并且弹性系数高,刚性佳。

技术领域
本发明属于合成皮革技术领域,尤其涉及一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着时代的进步发展,对于皮具的需要已经不仅仅局限于真皮。各种仿真产品已经可以替代部分的真皮制品。自人造革产品面试以来,市场上出现了各种纹路、规格的产品,功用也呈多元化发展,对不同场景中应用的合成革也有了不同的要求。而且随着环保要求的提供,对人造革是否有异味产生的要求越来越高,由于人造革面料生产中使用有高分子化合物助剂,所以或多或少都会产生一定的化学品异味逸出,直接使用时有逸出的学品异味。虽然通过时效处理,产品中高分子化合物中逸出的学品异味会逐步减少,直到不在有异味逸出,但这一时间往往较长,而生产供货和使用是不可能等到这个时候。所以在保证人造革一定的物理性能的前提下,使制备过程更环保是研究的重点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革及其制备方法,制备得到的人造革具有高物性,且制备过程环保。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革,从下至上依次为基布层、PU树脂层、玻纤层、TPO层;
所述PU树脂层包括以下质量份数组分:水性聚氨酯树脂50-80份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、防霉剂0.3-0.8份;所述PU树脂层厚度为0.5-1.5mm;
所述TPO层包括以下质量份数组分:TPO树脂70-80份、填充料5-15份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、紫外光吸收剂0.5-1份;所述填充料为短玻璃纤维,直径为20-80um;所述TPO层厚度为0.5-1.5mm;
所述玻纤层为玻璃纤维网格布,为玻璃纤维编织而成,厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取质量份组分水性聚氨酯树脂50-80份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、防霉剂0.3-0.8份,混合均匀得到树脂层浆料;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的树脂层浆料均匀涂覆一定厚度于基布表面;
步骤3:将玻璃纤维编织的玻璃纤维网格布平整贴合于步骤2树脂层表面,烘干;
步骤4:将TPO树脂70-80份、填充料5-15份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、紫外光吸收剂0.5-1份混合均匀,均匀涂覆一定厚度于步骤3玻璃纤维网格布表面,烘干。
以上所述步骤中,步骤1和步骤4树脂浆料在45-55℃下混合均匀。
有益效果:本发明提供一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革及其制备方法,制备得到的人造革从下至上依次为基布层、PU树脂层、玻纤层、TPO层;PU树脂层采用水性聚氨酯树脂,环保无污染,采用玻璃纤维网格布作为增强层,表层采用TPO树脂层,具有密度小,高弹性,使人造革具有优良的柔软度及低温性能;并使用玻璃纤维作为填充料,进一步增强了人造革的耐高温耐低温性能,并且弹性系数高,刚性佳。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明:
实施例1
一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取质量份组分水性聚氨酯树脂50份、抗氧化剂0.5份、防霉剂0.3份,在45℃混合均匀得到树脂层浆料;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的树脂层浆料均匀涂覆1mm于无纺布基布表面;
步骤3:将玻璃纤维编织的0.5mm厚的玻璃纤维网格布平整贴合于步骤2树脂层表面,70℃烘干;
步骤4:将TPO树脂70-80份、填充料短玻璃纤维5-15份、抗氧化剂1份、紫外光吸收剂1份混合均匀,均匀涂覆0.8mm于步骤3玻璃纤维网格布表面,70℃烘干得到成品人造革。
实施例2
一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取质量份组分水性聚氨酯树脂80份、抗氧化剂1份、防霉剂0.8份,在45℃混合均匀得到树脂层浆料;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的树脂层浆料均匀涂覆0.8mm于无纺布基布表面;
步骤3:将玻璃纤维编织的0.5mm厚的玻璃纤维网格布平整贴合于步骤2树脂层表面,70℃烘干;
步骤4:将TPO树脂80份、填充料短玻璃纤维15份、抗氧化剂1份、紫外光吸收剂1份混合均匀,均匀涂覆1mm于步骤3玻璃纤维网格布表面,70℃烘干得到成品人造革。
对比例1
现有技术中常用的PU人造革。
将实施例1-2和对比例1制备的皮革取相同大小和厚度进行性能测试,采用0096Z-SEC-A000测试方法,检测结果如表1所示:

Claims (10)
1.一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,从下至上依次为基布层、PU树脂层、玻纤层、TPO层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,所述PU树脂层厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,所述PU树脂层包括以下质量份数组分:水性聚氨酯树脂50-80份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、防霉剂0.3-0.8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,所述TPO层厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,所述TPO层包括以下质量份数组分:TPO树脂70-80份、填充料5-15份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、紫外光吸收剂0.5-1份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,所述填充料为短玻璃纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,所述玻纤层厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革,其特征在于,所述玻纤层为玻璃纤维编织而成的玻璃纤维网格布。
9.一种高物性玻纤加强的人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取质量份组分水性聚氨酯树脂50-80份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、防霉剂0.3-0.8份,混合均匀得到树脂层浆料;
步骤2:将步骤1得到的树脂层浆料均匀涂覆一定厚度于基布表面;
步骤3:将玻璃纤维编织的玻璃纤维网格布平整贴合于步骤2树脂层表面,烘干;
步骤4:将TPO树脂70-80份、填充料5-15份、抗氧化剂0.5-1份、紫外光吸收剂0.5-1份混合均匀,均匀涂覆一定厚度于步骤3玻璃纤维网格布表面,烘干。
10.根据权利要求9所述的高物性玻纤加强的人造革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1和步骤4树脂浆料在45-55℃下混合均匀。
