The diameter of a blind plate for connecting a pile body and a pile tip at the lower part of a steel pipe is larger than that of a pile body of the steel pipe pile, and a foundation hole with the diameter larger than that of the steel pipe is formed in a soil body in the pile sinking process; when the steel pipe is sunk, cement mortar is synchronously injected, so that a gap formed by the sunk pile body and surrounding soil can be timely filled, and the soil around the pile is effectively prevented from loosening and falling into the gap.
