The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, the room temperature may be a temperature within a range of 10 to 35 ℃.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, various raw materials, reagents, instruments, equipment and the like used in the present invention are commercially available or can be prepared by existing methods.
In order to solve the technical problems, the general idea of the embodiment of the application is as follows:
according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a skin-friendly and wear-resistant colored cotton sock, wherein the yarn components of the colored cotton sock comprise: the yarn comprises natural colored cotton and long stapled cotton, wherein the weight proportion of the natural colored cotton accounts for more than 50% of the weight of the yarn;
the natural colored cotton and the long stapled cotton are blended, the back zone drafting multiple of the yarn is more than or equal to 1.172 times, the twist coefficient is more than or equal to 338, the twist is 70-85.9T/10CM, and the breaking strength is more than or equal to 240 CN/TEX.
The wear-resistant colored yarn is obtained for weaving by taking natural colored cotton as a main spinning raw material and matching with high-quality long stapled cotton and adjusting parameters such as cotton blending ratio, yarn count specification and the like, and a structure with plain weave and jacquard weave arranged alternately is designed for weaving, so that three-dimensional lattice jacquard hosiery products with natural and plain colors are manufactured, and the style of the hosiery products is enriched. The figure of the body of the woven colored cotton sock can be as shown in figure 1.
In some embodiments, the colored cotton sock has a lint resistance rating of 4 to 5; the bursting strength of the colored cotton socks is more than or equal to 450N, and the Crohn value of the colored cotton socks is more than 0.19.
Because the preferable measures are adopted to protect the yarns of the colored cotton socks, the fuzzing resistance of the colored cotton socks is 4-5 grade; the bursting strength of the colored cotton socks is more than or equal to 450N, and meanwhile, the blended yarns have excellent heat insulation performance.
In some embodiments, the colored cotton socks have a weight loss ratio of 8% -10% at a temperature of 300-600 ℃.
The thermal weight loss rate is 8-10%, the thermal weight loss rate is low, and the friction resistance is improved.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing skin-friendly wear-resistant colored cotton socks, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
s1, blending natural colored cotton and long stapled cotton to obtain yarns, wherein the yarns comprise lining yarns and surface yarns;
specifically, in order to ensure accurate blending ratio, a cotton sliver mixing method is adopted, natural colored cotton combed strips and natural white long stapled cotton combed strips are uniformly mixed according to the proportion of 50/50, and then the 32-count colored yarns are prepared through the procedures of roving, spinning and spooling.
In S1, the specific spinning process flow and parameters are as follows:
1) color cotton: plucker → mixer → opener → feeder → lap former → carding machine → pre-drawing frame → lap former → combing machine → colored cotton combing strip
The length of the colored cotton fiber is short, and the principle of 'beating lightly, falling early and quantifying lightly' is adopted in the opening process. The rotation speed of the card wire is 450r/min, and the rotation speed of the beater is 750 r/min. In the carding process, the drafting gauge and the carding gauge are properly reduced, the carding speed is reduced, the falling objects are reduced, and the raw sliver ration is 18g/5 m. The combing process adopts a double-channel combing process, complies with the principle of 'small gauge, low speed and light weight', and is configured into 6-eye feeding, wherein the combing channel ration is 15.32g/5m, and the final channel ration is 14.5g/5 m.
2) Blended yarn:
colored cotton combed sliver and long stapled cotton combed sliver → drawing frame (three paths) → roving frame → spinning frame → winder
Drawing: adopting three-path combination, and adopting 6-path combination including 3 colored cotton combed strips and 3 long stapled cotton combed strips, wherein the weight of the raw strips is 17.0g/5 m; combining the two and the three, adopting 8 strips for combination, wherein the raw strip ration is 19.0g/5m and 14.0g/5m respectively;
roving: the drafting multiple of the rear zone is 1.164 times, and the twist coefficient is controlled to be 100;
spinning: the drafting multiple of the rear zone is 1.172 times, the twist coefficient is 338 when being smaller, the twist is 85.9T/10CM, and the breaking strength is 247 CN/TEX;
spooling: the full-automatic winder, the electronic yarn cleaner and the air splicer are adopted, the speed of the winder is controlled at 850-900m/min, the short thick knot of the electric cleaning process is set to be 1.5 x 1.4, the long thick knot (+ 50%) is 30cm, and the long thin knot (-40%) is 30 cm.
S2, singeing the yarns to remove harmful hairiness;
generally, the generation of yarn hairiness cannot be avoided in the spinning process, the hairiness exceeding 2mm is generally unfavorable for weaving production and appearance texture, the hairiness increases the roughness of the fabric, and the problems of uneven dyeing and pilling are easy to occur. Therefore, before weaving, the yarns are singed, harmful hairiness is removed as much as possible, and the smoothness of the yarns is improved, so that the subsequent weaving efficiency is improved.
S3, weaving the singed yarns to obtain a three-dimensional sock body;
specifically, the surface yarn can be 32S cotton yarn, the lining yarn can be 30S/75D cotton-covered spandex yarn, a three-dimensional lattice texture is formed alternately through a plain weave and a jacquard weave rule, and the weaving process comprises the following steps: winding → knitting rib top → sock body → inspection → sewing head → inspection.
S4, preprocessing the three-dimensional sock body to remove impurities and bright colors;
and S5, performing soft finishing on the pretreated three-dimensional sock body to obtain the target colored cotton sock.
By the method, S1, natural colored cotton and long stapled cotton are blended to obtain yarns, the yarns are singed and woven to obtain sock bodies, the sock bodies are pretreated to remove impurities and bright colors, and then biological enzymes and soft finishing are carried out to obtain the colored cotton socks with excellent performance, the colored cotton socks with high skin-friendliness degree are obtained, and the texture of products is further improved.
