Technical Field

Background
With the development of society, people have higher living standard, and the use of floor washing machines (also called surface cleaning equipment) is more and more popular. In the prior art, as shown in CN 206434268U, a surface cleaning apparatus generally includes a housing, a brush roller, a suction source, a working air duct, a suction nozzle, a liquid supply chamber, a liquid delivery path of a liquid distributor, and a fluid delivery channel, wherein the liquid supply chamber delivers liquid to the liquid distributor through the fluid delivery path, and the suction source enables the suction nozzle to perform a dirt suction function through the working air duct. The surface cleaning device only considers how to clean the ground and how to effectively collect sewage, and does not provide a solution for drying and cleaning the brush roller and preventing bacteria from breeding and needs to be improved; on the other hand, the liquid supply chamber of the surface cleaning equipment conveys liquid to the liquid distributor through the fluid conveying path, the pipe diameter of the fluid conveying path is single, the liquid distributor is provided with a plurality of liquid spray heads, the fluid conveying path with the single pipe diameter cannot guarantee enough water supply pressure and water quantity, the water outlet difference of the liquid spray heads is large, even some spray heads do not flow out, and the liquid supply to the brush roller cannot be met.

The invention mainly aims to provide a using method of a floor washing machine, and solves the technical problem that the floor washing machine in the prior art dries and cleans a cleaning roller (brush roller).

a method of using a scrubber comprising: providing a scrubber machine, said scrubber machine comprising: a housing including a handle support body and a bottom shell mounted on the handle support body and adapted to move over a surface to be cleaned; a cleaning roller installed on the bottom case; a suction unit installed on the housing, having an air suction port and an air discharge port; a sewage collection tank having a sewage chamber for collecting sewage; a first duct mounted on the housing, wherein a port forms a mouth adjacent the scrub roller; the suction pipeline is arranged on the sewage collecting box body and is communicated with the sewage chamber, and the suction pipeline penetrates through the sewage collecting box and forms a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet on the box body of the sewage collecting box; the sewage collecting box is detachably arranged on the shell, a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet of the suction pipeline are respectively butted with a first pipeline and an air suction port of the suction unit, so that a mouth part of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller becomes a sewage suction port, and the sewage suction device is characterized in that: providing a second pipeline, wherein the second pipeline can be detachably arranged on the shell after the sewage collecting box is detached from the shell, and when the second pipeline is arranged on the shell, two ports of the second pipeline are respectively butted with the exhaust port of the suction unit and the first pipeline; when the mouth part of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller needs to be changed from the dirt suction port to the air supply port, the sewage collecting box is detached from the shell, the second pipeline is installed on the shell, the first pipeline and the second pipeline form an air supply channel from the exhaust port of the suction unit to the mouth part of the first pipeline, and the mouth part of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller becomes the air supply port.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects: the invention selectively considers whether to use the sewage collecting box or the second pipeline on the floor washing machine according to the actual use scene requirements of the cleaning and drying cleaning roller, when the mouth part of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller needs to be changed from the sewage suction port to the air supply port, the sewage collecting box is detached from the shell, the second pipeline is installed on the shell, the first pipeline and the second pipeline form an air supply channel from the exhaust port of the suction unit to the mouth part of the first pipeline, and the mouth part of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller is aligned with the air supply port of the cleaning roller. The air is supplied to the cleaning roller through the exhaust port of the suction unit, the first pipeline and the second pipeline, so that the cleaning roller and the first pipeline are dried quickly, bacteria are prevented from breeding in the cleaning roller and the first pipeline. Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and detailed description:
1-4, an embodiment of the present invention is directed to a method of use of a floor scrubber, the method of use including providing a floor scrubber having a housing 1 including a handle bracket body 11 and a sump 12 mounted on the handle bracket body and adapted to move over a floor or other surface to be cleaned; the floor washing machine is provided with a cleaning roller 2, and the cleaning roller 2 is arranged on a bottom shell 12; the floor washing machine has a suction unit 3, which is mounted on a handle support body 11 as a housing component and has an intake opening 31 and an exhaust opening 32; the floor washing machine is provided with a sewage collecting box 6, the sewage collecting box 6 is arranged on the handle bracket body 11, and the sewage collecting box is provided with a sewage chamber 61 for collecting sewage; the scrubber has a first duct 4, the first duct 4 being mounted on the housing, distributed over the handle support body 11 and the bottom shell 12, one of the ports of the first duct forming a mouth 41 on the bottom shell 12 close to and aligned with the surface of the scrub roller, the other end of the first duct forming a mouth 42 on the handle support body 11; the floor washing machine has a water tank 8, the water tank 8 sprays water to the cleaning roller or the ground through a water feeding system, the floor washing machine has a suction pipe 7, the suction pipe 7 is installed on the sewage collecting tank body and communicated with the sewage chamber 61, the suction pipe 7 passes through the sewage collecting tank and forms a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet on the tank body surface of the sewage collecting tank, wherein the fluid outlet part is butted with the air suction port 31 of the suction unit, the fluid inlet part is butted with the interface 42, so that the first pipe is close to the mouth part 41 of the cleaning roller to be a sewage suction port, the sewage collecting tank is provided with a universal elastic latch 62 including but not limited to a releasable latch similar to CN 206434268U, and the sewage collecting tank is installed on the handle bracket body 11 in a detachable manner through a latch structure.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, the embodiment of the present invention provides a second pipe 5, the second pipe 5 is detachably mounted on the handle support body 11 as a component of the housing after the sewage collecting tank 6 is detached from the housing, and when the second pipe is mounted on the housing, the upper port 51 and the lower port 52 of the second pipe are respectively butted with the exhaust port 32 of the suction unit and the port 42 of the first pipe, the second pipe can be provided with a universal elastic latch including but not limited to a CN 206434268U releasable latch, and is detachably mounted on the handle support body 11 through a latch structure; when the mouth part 41 of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller needs to be changed from the dirt suction port to the air supply port, the sewage collecting box is detached from the shell, the second pipeline is installed on the shell, the first pipeline and the second pipeline form an air supply channel from the exhaust port of the suction unit to the mouth part 41 of the first pipeline, the mouth part of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller becomes the air supply port aligned with the cleaning roller, in use, the suction unit is started, the suction unit supplies air to the cleaning roller through the air supply channel, the quick drying of the cleaning roller and the first pipeline is facilitated, and bacteria breeding of the cleaning roller and the first pipeline is prevented.
When the mouth part of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller is required to be changed into a sewage suction port, the second pipeline 5 is detached, and the sewage collecting box 6 is installed. According to the actual use scene requirements of the cleaning and drying cleaning roller, whether a sewage collecting box or a second pipeline is used or not is selectively considered on the floor washing machine, so that the conventional dirt suction function of the floor washing machine is expanded to a self-drying function.

A method of using a scrubber comprising: providing a scrubber machine, said scrubber machine comprising: a housing including a handle support body and a bottom shell mounted on the handle support body and adapted to move over a surface to be cleaned; a cleaning roller installed on the bottom case; a suction unit installed on the housing, having an air suction port and an air discharge port; a sewage collection tank having a sewage chamber for collecting sewage; a first duct installed on the housing, wherein one port forms a mouth near the cleaning roller; the suction pipeline is arranged on the sewage collecting box body and communicated with the sewage chamber, the suction pipeline penetrates through the sewage collecting box and forms a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet on the box body of the sewage collecting box, the sewage collecting box is detachably arranged on the shell, the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet of the suction pipeline are respectively butted with the first pipeline and an air suction port of the suction unit, so that the mouth of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller becomes a sewage suction port, and the suction pipeline is characterized in that:
providing a second pipeline, wherein the second pipeline can be detachably arranged on the shell after the sewage collecting box is detached from the shell, and when the second pipeline is arranged on the shell, two ports of the second pipeline are respectively butted with the exhaust port of the suction unit and the first pipeline;
when the first pipeline is close to the mouth of the cleaning roller and is changed from a dirt suction port to an air supply port, the sewage collecting box is detached from the shell, the second pipeline is installed on the shell, the first pipeline and the second pipeline form an air supply channel from an air outlet of the suction unit to the mouth (41) of the first pipeline, and the mouth (41) of the first pipeline close to the cleaning roller is changed into the air supply port.
