The handle control mechanism comprises a handle 24 and a connecting rod 23, wherein the handle 24 comprises a horizontal part and a vertical lower part connected with the rear end of the horizontal part, the horizontal part is in a horizontal state in a handle 24 depressing state, the upper part of the vertical lower part is connected with a rotating shaft, the lower part is hinged with one end of the connecting rod 23, the other end of the connecting rod 23 is connected with a water inlet block 22, side plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the water inlet head of a head frame 21, a sliding groove 212 is arranged on the side plates, and the water inlet block 22 is provided with a sliding part which is in sliding connection with the sliding groove 212. The water inlet block 22 is provided with a water inlet channel, one end of the water inlet channel is provided with a water inlet joint 221, the water inlet joint 221 is connected with a water inlet pipeline, and the other end of the water inlet channel is provided with a water inlet head which can be inserted into the water inlet 421 in a sliding manner.
In order to achieve a reliable sealing of the water inlet head from the water inlet 421 in the brew position of the coffee brewing apparatus 4. The water inlet head is provided with a sealing groove, a water inlet V-shaped sealing ring 222 is arranged in the sealing groove, and the opening of the water inlet V-shaped sealing ring 222 faces downwards.
When the handle 24 is lifted upwards, the connecting rod 23 is driven to pull the water inlet block 22 upwards in the sliding grooves 212 of the left side plate and the right side plate, and the water inlet 421 of the coffee brewing apparatus 4 in the drawer 25 is separated. When the handle 24 is pressed downwards, the connecting rod 23 is driven to push the water inlet block 22 to move downwards in the sliding grooves 212 of the left side plate and the right side plate, and the water inlet 421 of the coffee brewing device 4 in the drawer 25 is connected and pressed tightly, and at the moment, the water inlet V-shaped sealing ring 222 is connected with the water inlet 421 of the coffee brewing device in a sliding way and is sealed reliably. The advantage of using the V-shaped sealing ring 222 for the water inlet is that it can reliably ensure sealing during brewing and can easily be separated from the water inlet after brewing is completed.
The boiler water supply device 3 includes a boiler 31 and a once-through water pump 32, the boiler 31 heats brewing water, and after the boiler 31 is heated, the once-through water pump 32 sends hot water pumped from the boiler 31 to the coffee brewing device 4 through a water inlet pipe, thereby brewing coffee.
The front of the casing 1 is provided with a heating button 16 for controlling the heating of the boiler. The back of the shell 1 is provided with a battery seat 11, a battery 12 is arranged on the battery seat 11, a metal power connection sheet is fixed on the battery seat 11, and a terminal of the battery 12 is electrically connected with the metal power connection sheet. The battery 12 supplies power to a boiler 31 and a once-through water pump 32.
The boiler 31 is provided with a boiler cover 311, the shell 1 is provided with a water adding cover 13 above the boiler cover 311, the water adding cover 13 is opened, water is added into the boiler, and the water adding cover 13 is covered again after water is added. The boiler 31 is provided with a temperature controller for controlling the heating temperature, the boiler 31 supplies power through the battery 12 to heat the water in the boiler to the required temperature, and then the heating is automatically stopped. The boiler 31 is provided with an exhaust hole 313 for exhausting air during heating and a water supply hole 312 for pumping water by a water pump.
A pressure relief valve 35 is connected to the water inlet line between the once-through water pump 32 and the coffee brewing apparatus 4 for venting high pressure gas present in the line. The pressure release valve 35 is controlled by the brewing knob 15 to be opened and closed, the brewing knob 15 is in the closed position, the direct-current water pump 32 is communicated with the coffee brewing device 4, the machine starts brewing coffee, the brewing knob 15 is in the closed position, the machine stops brewing coffee, and the pressure release valve 35 is opened to release pressure. Conveniently, after brewing is finished, the handle 24 is safely opened to remove coffee residues.
The boiler water supply apparatus 3 further includes a T-joint 33 and a three-way joint 34. In addition, the base of the housing is provided with a water receiving box 14 below the brew head 2 for receiving residual coffee that leaks when brewing coffee. The three interfaces of the T-shaped joint 33 are respectively connected with the direct-current water pump 32, the pressure release valve 35 and the coffee brewing device 4. Three interfaces of the three-way joint 34 are respectively connected with an exhaust port 313, a pressure relief valve 35 and a drain pipe of the boiler, and collect gas generated by heating the boiler 31 and the waste water decompressed by the pressure relief valve 35, and the waste water is discharged into the water receiving box 14 through the drain pipe.
The coffee brewing apparatus 4 brews the finished coffee and drops through a drip opening 251 provided at the bottom of the drawer 25.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that other not yet mentioned structures of the coffee machine and their working principles may be referred to the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, a coffee grounds brewing apparatus includes a bowl base assembly and a bowl cover assembly, wherein:
the bowl seat assembly comprises a bowl seat 41, a water outlet is formed in the bowl bottom of the bowl seat 41, a one-way valve 43 is arranged at the water outlet, and an outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 is arranged at the upper part of the bowl seat 41;
the bowl cover assembly comprises a bowl cover 42, a water inlet 421 is formed in the top of the bowl cover 42, a sealing groove is formed in the inner peripheral wall of the bowl cover 42, a bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 in sealing fit with the outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 is installed in the sealing groove, and the opening of the bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 faces upwards.
Because the manual closing and bowl cover 42 are adopted, the conventional sealing ring can be sealed, but in order to ensure the reliable sealing during brewing, the conventional sealing ring needs to be in close fit, but is not easy to separate from the bowl seat after the brewing is completed and the pressure is released. Here, the bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 is interacted with the outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 on the powder bowl seat to form a seal, and after brewing, the pressure is relieved, and the bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 can be easily separated from the powder bowl seat. Therefore, the design of the bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 can reliably ensure sealing and is convenient for the separation and the combination of the bowl cover and the bowl seat.
For convenient processing and assembly, the inner peripheral wall oral area threaded connection of bowl lid 42 has V type sealing washer clamping ring 424, the inner peripheral wall upper portion of bowl lid 42 is equipped with the step face, the upper step face forms the upper and lower both sides wall of seal groove with V type sealing washer clamping ring 424 up end. The detachable design of the V-shaped sealing ring compression ring simplifies and facilitates the complex processing technology of the sealing groove, and omits the mould or turning technology to process the sealing groove.
In addition, the inner top wall of the bowl cover 42 is provided with a coffee powder filtering assembly 45, the coffee powder filtering assembly 45 comprises a bowl cover filter screen 451, hot water is uniformly sprayed on the coffee powder through the bowl cover filter screen 451 after entering from the water inlet 421, and the coffee powder is prevented from flowing back through the bowl cover filter screen 451. The bowl cover filter screen 451 is fixed on the inner top wall of the bowl cover through a filter screen pressing plate 453, and a leakage-proof sealing ring 452 for preventing hot water from leaking out along the edge of the bowl cover filter screen 451 is arranged between the filter screen pressing plate 453 and the edge of the bowl cover filter screen 451. The periphery of the bowl cover filter screen 451 is provided with a turned edge, the anti-leakage sealing ring 452 is an O-shaped ring and is positioned at the inner side of the turned edge, and the turned edge and the anti-leakage sealing ring 452 are positioned on the step surface of the periphery of the inner top wall of the bowl cover. The filter screen pressure plate 453 is annular and is fixed on the inner top wall of the bowl cover by screws, so that the bowl cover filter screen 451 and the leakage-proof sealing ring 452 are pressed and fixed.
Further, a bowl seat filter screen assembly 44 is mounted on the inner bottom wall of the bowl seat 41. The bowl base filter screen assembly 44 comprises a bowl base filter screen 441, the bowl base filter screen 441 is mounted on a filter screen bracket 443, the filter screen bracket 443 is mounted on a filter screen sealing ring 442, the bowl base filter screen 441 prevents coffee powder from being filtered out, and the filter screen sealing ring 442 is sealed with the inner bottom wall edge of the bowl base and the edge of the bowl base filter screen 441 so as to prevent coffee from leaking.
Referring to the existing one-way valve structure, the one-way valve 43 includes a valve body formed between a filter screen bracket 443 and the bottom of the bowl seat 41, a valve cover 433 mounted at the bottom of the bowl seat 41, a blocking member 431 disposed in a valve cavity inside the valve body, and a one-way valve spring 432, wherein the filter screen bracket 443 is provided with a valve port, the blocking member 431 is matched with the valve port, and the one-way valve spring 432 is mounted between the blocking member 431 and the valve cover 433.
Wherein, the blocking block 431 is made of silica gel. In order to integrate the valve body on the filter screen bracket 443 and the bowl seat 41, a groove is arranged in the center of the bottom 414 of the bowl seat, a convex part is arranged at the bottom of the filter screen bracket 443 and is embedded in the groove, an upper valve cavity with an opening at the bottom is arranged at the convex part, the valve port is positioned above the upper valve cavity and is communicated with the upper valve cavity, a barrel part protruding downwards is arranged at the center of the bottom 414 of the bowl seat, a lower valve cavity with an opening at the upper side is formed at the inner side of the barrel part, the lower valve cavity and the upper valve cavity form a valve cavity, and a valve body sealing ring is arranged between the edges of the opening parts of the lower valve cavity and the upper valve cavity. The convex part is provided with a threaded hole, the bottom wall of the barrel part is provided with a through hole, a screw penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the threaded hole, the convex part is provided with a sealing step around the upper valve cavity, and the valve body sealing ring is positioned on the sealing step.
The bowl seat 41 is of a cylindrical structure as a whole, an outer flange 412 is arranged in the middle of the outer cylinder of the cylinder, and can be matched with an inner flange in the drawer to position the coffee brewing apparatus 4 after being placed in the drawer. The outer cylinder of the cylinder body is an outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 at the upper part of the outer flange 412, and an outer cylinder concave-convex surface 413 is arranged at the lower part, so that the cylinder body is convenient to grasp. Simultaneously, the periphery of the upper part of the bowl cover is also provided with an external protruding edge 422 which is matched with the mouth step surface of the periphery of the drawer mouth, and is convenient to grasp and take out.
In a second embodiment of the present invention,
referring to fig. 14 to 16, the coffee brewing apparatus is different from the first embodiment in that the coffee brewing apparatus is a coffee bag brewing apparatus, and the coffee bag brewing apparatus is similar to the coffee powder brewing apparatus in structure, and the same structure is not described herein. The difference is that the inner top wall of the bowl cover is not required to be provided with a coffee powder filtering component, but a sealing rubber cushion 425 is arranged on the inner top wall of the bowl cover, and the sealing rubber cushion 425 is fixed on the inner top wall of the bowl cover 42 through a sealing pressing plate 426. The center of the sealing rubber pad 425 is provided with a water outlet hole 4251 communicated with the water inlet, and hot water is immersed into coffee in the coffee bag through the water outlet hole 4251 of the sealing rubber pad.
Example III
The same structure as that of the coffee powder/packet brewing apparatus as shown in fig. 17 to 22 will not be described again. The difference from the first and second embodiments is that the coffee brewing apparatus is a coffee hard shell capsule brewing apparatus. Wherein the bowl seat 41 is provided with a receiving groove for placing the coffee hard shell capsule 410.
In order to facilitate the removal of the bag, i.e. the removal of the coffee hard shell capsule 410 after brewing is completed, the mouth of the bowl seat 41 is provided with a pull ring mechanism 46.
The pull ring mechanism 46 comprises a pull ring 461 hinged to the mouth of the bowl seat, said pull ring 461 being provided with a crow bar 4611 which, when turned upwards, acts with the mouth rim of the coffee hard shell capsule 410 to pull the coffee hard shell capsule 410 up from the receiving slot.
In order to form a seal between the coffee hard shell capsule 410 and the periphery of the inner bottom wall of the bowl seat 41, a bowl seat sealing ring 415 is mounted on the periphery of the inner bottom wall of the bowl seat 41, and the bowl seat sealing ring 415 is pressed by a bowl seat sealing ring pressing ring 416, so that the accommodating groove is formed together with the inner bottom wall of the bowl seat. The periphery of the inner bottom wall of the bowl seat 41 is lifted upwards to form a sealing step surface, and the bowl seat sealing ring 416 is installed on the sealing step surface.
Further, an ascending step portion, which is gradually lifted from the bottom to the top, is provided on the upper side of the sealing step surface on the inner peripheral wall of the bowl seat 41, and a descending step cylindrical surface, which is matched with the ascending step portion, is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the bowl seat sealing ring pressing ring 416.
Specifically, the pull ring 461 is hinged to the top of the bowl seat sealing ring pressing ring 416, and the bowl seat sealing ring pressing ring 416 is provided with a receiving groove 4161 for receiving the pull ring 461 therein in a receiving state. The pull ring 461 has an opening, and the ends at the two ends of the opening of the pull ring are bent to form a crow bar 4611. The mouth side wall of the bowl seat sealing ring pressing ring 416 is provided with a notch 4163, a pull ring pressing plate 462 is installed at the notch 4163, the joint part of the two ends of the pull ring opening and the end is provided with an inclined section, and two sides of the pull ring pressing plate 462 are provided with through grooves 4621 for the inclined section to pass through. The tab clamp 462 is provided with a dividing block 4622 that separates the two crow bars 4611. The inner side wall of the receiving groove 4161 is provided with a notch 4162 for facilitating the finger to act on the tab 461 to pull the tab out of the receiving groove 4161.
Example IV
Referring to fig. 23 to 32, the difference from the first to third embodiments is that the coffee brewing apparatus is a coffee soft shell capsule brewing apparatus.
Wherein, the bowl seat 41 is provided with a capsule bin mounting groove 417, a capsule bin 47 is arranged in the capsule bin mounting groove 417, the upper part of the capsule bin 47 is opened, the capsule bin 47 is used for placing a coffee soft shell capsule 470, and a cap edge 4701 of the mouth part of the coffee soft shell capsule protrudes out of the outer edge of the mouth part of the capsule bin.
The bowl cover 42 is hinged with the bowl base 41, and in the brew state, the bowl cover 42 and the bowl base 41 need to be locked. A locking group which locks the bowl cover 42 and the bowl seat 41 into a whole in a brewing state is arranged between the bowl cover 42 and the bowl seat 41, and the locking group comprises a locking hole 4202 arranged on the bowl cover and a locking button 49 arranged on the bowl seat.
The bowl seat 41 is characterized in that a locking groove 418 is formed in the outer side surface of the opening of the bowl seat 41, a concave locking cover mounting surface 4182 is formed in the left side and the right side of a notch of the locking groove 418, a locking cover 4183 is fixed on the locking cover mounting surface 4182, a locking groove is formed between the locking cover 4183 and the locking groove 418, the locking groove 49 comprises a locking seat and a locking corner 491 protruding from the locking seat, the locking corner 491 is provided with an inclined surface, the locking corner 491 is used for being locked into a locking hole 4202, the left side and the right side of the locking seat are matched with the locking groove, a limiting wall 4181 is arranged on the front side of the locking groove 418 and is in limiting fit with the bottom of the locking seat, a touch surface 492 which can extend out of the front side wall of the locking groove 418 is arranged on the locking seat, and a reset spring 493 is arranged between the rear portion of the locking seat and the rear side wall of the locking groove 418. Opening bowl cover 42: when an external force acts on the touch surface 492, the lock catch 49 is pushed inwards, the lock catch 49 slides along the pushing direction, and therefore the lock catch corners 491 of the lock catch are separated from the lock hole 4202, and the bowl cover 42 can be rotated and opened; closing bowl cover 42: the bowl cover 42 is rotated, and the lock hole 4202 presses the inclined surface on the locking corner 491 of the lock catch, so that the lock catch 49 is pushed to retract inwards, and the locking corner 491 of the lock catch is locked into the lock hole 4202.
In order to facilitate the unpacking, i.e. taking out the coffee soft shell capsule 470 after brewing is completed, the bowl cover 42 is connected with a pulling piece mechanism which acts with the mouth cap edge 4701 of the coffee soft shell capsule to pull the coffee soft shell capsule 470 out of the capsule bin when the bowl cover 42 is opened.
The plectrum mechanism comprises a plectrum 48, the plectrum 48 is hinged on a plectrum rotating shaft 480 through a plectrum rotating shaft hole 481, the front end of the plectrum is provided with a poking part 482, the plectrum rotating shaft 480 is arranged on a bowl cover 42, the bowl cover 42 is hinged on a bowl cover rotating shaft 4172, the bowl cover rotating shaft 4172 is arranged on a bowl seat 41, and the bowl cover rotating shaft 4172 is connected with a torsion spring 4173 which drives the plectrum 48 to rotate when the bowl cover is closed and finally enables the poking part 482 to be positioned below the mouth cap edge of the coffee soft shell capsule.
The paddle 48 is provided with a baffle portion 483 at the rear side of the paddle rotating shaft hole 481, and the bowl cover 42 is provided with a support column 4204 which is blocked by the baffle portion 483 when the bowl cover is opened, so that the paddle portion 483 acts on the coffee soft capsule mouth cap rim 4701.
The mouth of the capsule bin mounting groove 417 protrudes out of the surface of the mouth of the bowl seat, two rotating shaft connecting columns 4171 are arranged outside the mouth of the capsule bin mounting groove 417 side by side, bowl cover rotating shaft mounting holes are correspondingly formed in the rotating shaft connecting columns 4171, a notch is formed in the side wall of the bowl cover 42, two rotating shaft columns 4203 are arranged in the notch side by side, the rotating shaft columns 4203 are connected with the bowl cover rotating shaft 4172, and the bowl cover rotating shaft 4172 is connected with the bowl cover rotating shaft mounting holes. The support column 4204 is disposed between the two rotation shafts 4203, a through hole is formed between the support column 4204 and the root and the gap of the two rotation shafts 4203 for allowing the baffle portion 483 to enter, one end of the torsion spring 4173 acts on the dial 48, and the other end acts on the support column 4204. The shaft column 4203 is provided with a dial shaft mounting hole 4205 and a bowl cover shaft hole 4206, the dial shaft mounting hole 4205 is connected to the dial shaft 480, and the bowl cover shaft hole 4206 is connected to the bowl cover shaft 4172.
Closing bowl cover 42: after placing the coffee soft shell capsule 470 in the capsule bin 47, rotating the bowl cover 42 to lock the lock catch 49 to the lock hole 4202; the tab mechanism on the bowl cover slides downward against the outer rim of the capsule and over the coffee soft shell capsule mouth rim 4701 under the reaction force of the torsion spring 4173, eventually below the coffee soft shell capsule mouth rim 4701.
Opening bowl cover 42: after coffee brewing is completed, the touch surface 492 of the lock catch 49 is pushed, the lock catch 49 is retracted inwards to be separated from the lock hole 4202, and then the bowl cover 42 is opened; the blocking part 483 of the pulling piece mechanism on the bowl cover is supported by the supporting column 4204, at this time, the pulling piece 48 is below the opening cap edge 4701 of the soft coffee capsule, is blocked by the opening cap edge 4701 of the soft coffee capsule, and can only rotate outwards along with the bowl cover 42, the pulling piece 48 supports the soft coffee capsule 470 upwards, and the soft coffee capsule can be taken out and poured out smoothly.
It should be noted that, unlike the above embodiment, in this embodiment, the bowl seat 41 is located above the bowl cover 42, a water inlet is provided at the top of the bowl seat 41, a rear lancet platform is mounted on the inner wall of the top of the bowl seat, a water inlet hole communicating with the water inlet is provided on the rear lancet platform, and a rear lancet 4174 is mounted on the rear lancet platform.
The bottom of the bowl cover 42 is provided with a coffee leakage hole 4201, the periphery of the inner wall of the bottom of the bowl cover is provided with a front puncture mounting boss 4207 provided with a front puncture 427, and the periphery of the front puncture 427 is provided with a front puncture sealing ring 428 capable of forming a seal with the mouth of the coffee soft shell capsule. The front puncture sealing ring 428 is mounted on the periphery of the front puncture mounting boss 4207, and has a V-shaped sealing lip, the bottom peripheral step plane of the front puncture 427 is sealed with one side of the sealing lip to prevent coffee liquid from leaking, and the other side of the sealing lip is in planar contact with the edge of the mouth of the soft coffee capsule to prevent coffee liquid from leaking. In addition, the front puncture 427 is provided with a puncture boss for puncturing the capsule, and a coffee hole for squeezing out coffee liquid, which finally leaks through the coffee leakage hole 4201.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the coffee maker provided by the present invention may comprise any of the structures and combinations of the above-described embodiments.

the coffee brewing device comprises a bowl seat assembly and a bowl cover assembly, wherein the bowl seat assembly comprises a bowl seat, a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the bowl seat, a one-way valve is arranged at the water outlet, the bowl cover assembly comprises a bowl cover, and a water inlet is formed in the top wall of the bowl cover;
the battery supplies power to the boiler and the once-through water pump, the boiler heats brewing water, the once-through water pump conveys hot water pumped from the boiler to the coffee brewing device through the water inlet pipeline, and the coffee brewing device is used for brewing coffee;
the method is characterized in that: the water inlet block is provided with a water inlet channel, one end of the water inlet channel is provided with a water inlet joint, the water inlet joint is connected with a water inlet pipeline, the other end of the water inlet channel is provided with a water inlet head which can be inserted into a water inlet, the water inlet head is provided with a sealing groove, a V-shaped sealing ring is arranged in the sealing groove, and the opening of the V-shaped sealing ring faces downwards; the inner top wall of the bowl cover is provided with a bowl cover filter screen, hot water is uniformly sprayed on the coffee powder through the bowl cover filter screen after entering from the water inlet, and the coffee powder is prevented from flowing back through the bowl cover filter screen; the bowl seat filter screen is installed to the interior bottom wall of bowl seat, bowl seat filter screen is installed in the filter screen support, the filter screen support is installed in the filter screen sealing washer, the filter screen sealing washer seals with interior bottom wall edge and the filter screen edge of bowl seat to prevent coffee leakage.

A multi-function coffee machine for brewing coffee grounds as defined in claim 1, wherein: the handle control mechanism comprises a handle and a connecting rod, wherein the handle comprises a horizontal part and a vertical lower part connected with the rear end of the horizontal part, the horizontal part is in a horizontal state in a handle pressing state, the upper part of the vertical lower part is connected with a rotating shaft, the lower part is hinged with one end of the connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a water inlet block, a headstock is provided with side plates on the left side and the right side of the water inlet head, a sliding groove is formed in the side plates, and the water inlet block is provided with a sliding part which is in sliding connection with the sliding groove.

A multi-function coffee machine for brewing coffee grounds as defined in claim 1, wherein: the boiler is provided with a temperature controller for controlling the heating temperature of hot water, the temperature controller controls the boiler to automatically stop heating after the water in the boiler is heated to the required temperature, and the boiler is provided with an exhaust hole for exhausting air during heating and a water supply hole connected with a water pump.

A multi-function coffee machine for making ground coffee according to claim 3, characterized in that: and a pressure relief valve is connected to a water inlet pipeline between the direct-current water pump and the coffee brewing device, and the pressure relief valve is controlled to be opened and closed by a brewing knob.

A multi-function coffee machine for brewing coffee grounds as defined in claim 4, wherein: the coffee brewing device also comprises a T-shaped connector, wherein three connectors of the T-shaped connector are respectively connected with a water outlet of the direct-current water pump, a pressure release valve and a water inlet of the coffee brewing device.

A multi-function coffee machine for brewing coffee grounds as defined in claim 5, wherein: the lower part of the brewing head is provided with a water receiving box and further comprises a three-way joint, three interfaces of the three-way joint are respectively connected with an exhaust hole, a pressure release valve and a drain pipe, and the three-way joint collects gas generated by heating of a boiler and waste water discharged by the pressure release valve and is discharged into the water receiving box through the drain pipe.

A multi-function coffee machine for brewable coffee powder according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the upper portion of bowl seat is equipped with outer seal face of cylinder, the inner peripheral wall of bowl lid is equipped with the seal groove, install in the seal groove and form sealed complex V type sealing washer with outer seal face of cylinder, the oral area of this V type sealing washer up.
