(2) connecting an upper layer mainboard with an upper layer adapter card through a golden finger connector, then installing the upper layer mainboard and the upper layer adapter card on an upper layer tray 6, installing an upper layer isolation card 10 on an upper layer detachable small tray 12, then inserting the upper layer detachable small tray 12 and the upper layer tray 6 through an upper layer insertion tongue, assembling an upper layer reinforcing beam 7 on the upper layer tray 6 and the upper layer detachable small tray 12, assembling the upper layer tray assembly together, and referring to the attached drawing 12;
(3) taking the lower-layer reinforcing cross beam 4 as a handle, lifting the lower-layer tray assembly assembled in the step (1), integrally placing the lower-layer tray assembly in the box body 1, pushing the lower-layer tray assembly into a clamping position forwards, arranging a plurality of dropper-shaped clamping grooves (namely lower-layer clamping grooves) at the bottom of the lower-layer tray, matching the dropper-shaped clamping grooves with I-shaped nails (namely lower-layer clamping columns) at the bottom of the case to realize the effects of pushing, pulling and clamping, and further locking by screws (namely a lower-layer assembly connecting structure is a screw connecting structure) after the dropper-shaped clamping grooves are fully shown in the attached drawings 7-10 and the attached drawing 16;
(4) taking the upper-layer reinforced beam 8 as a handle, supporting the upper-layer tray assembly assembled in the step (2), putting the whole upper-layer tray assembly into the box body 1, and pushing the whole upper-layer tray assembly forwards into a clamping position in the same way as the step (3);
(5) inserting cables in the case, after fixing other devices, covering the upper cover 2 of the case, fixing the upper cover 2 on the case body 1 by using screws 11, and fastening the upper tray 6;
(6) if the internal circuit board needs to be operated, the upper cover 2 is detached firstly, the internal cable is detached, then the upper-layer reinforcing beam 7 is held to be horizontally pulled backwards, the upper-layer tray assembly can be integrally lifted out of the case after the upper-layer tray 6 is held by the other hand, and in the same way, the lower-layer tray assembly can be moved out of the case, so that the circuit boards in the upper-layer tray assembly and the lower-layer tray assembly can be respectively operated;
(7) every layer of circuit board of inside is formed by several circuit boards are transversely pieced together and insert, receives quick-witted case transverse dimension restriction, and the space is not enough directly to be taken apart the mainboard that has pieced together about the tray subassembly of upper and lower floor, if need to change the circuit board, can shift out box 1 back with upper strata or lower floor's tray subassembly, will dismantle the fixed isolation card in removable tray area top together, and all the other circuit boards can have sufficient space to carry out the dismouting, improve the circuit board and change the flexibility.
Bright spot of the invention
1. According to the technical scheme, the upper layer tray assembly and the lower layer tray assembly are adopted, so that the upper layer circuit board and the lower layer circuit board can be quickly disassembled and assembled, only a few screws and cables need to be disassembled and assembled in the whole disassembling and assembling process, and the operation steps and time are greatly shortened;
2. the use of removable tray can realize piecing together the quick dismantlement of inserting the circuit board, when needing to change a certain circuit board, need not to take apart again after whole layer all circuit board are whole dismantlements, only needs to dismantle removable tray, can link its fixed circuit board of top to pull down together, also vacate sufficient space for other dismouting of piecing together the circuit board simultaneously.

Claims (11)

1. A quick detachable double-layer structure chassis is characterized by comprising a chassis body (1), an upper layer tray assembly and a lower layer tray assembly;
the lower tray component is used for mounting a lower mainboard unit, and a lower clamping assembly structure and a lower assembly connection structure which are matched with each other are arranged between the lower tray component and the box body (1);
the upper tray assembly is used for installing an upper mainboard unit, a matched upper clamping position assembly structure is arranged between the upper tray assembly and the lower tray assembly, and a matched upper assembling connection structure is arranged between the upper tray assembly and the lower tray assembly and between the upper tray assembly and the lower tray assembly, and the upper tray assembly and the lower tray assembly are provided with a matched upper assembling connection structure between the upper tray assembly and the lower tray assembly.
2. The quick-release double-deck chassis according to claim 1, wherein the lower-deck locking assembly structure comprises:
a lower layer card slot (16) which is arranged at the bottom of the lower layer tray component in a penetrating way;
the lower clamping column (17) is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the box body (1) and is used for clamping and matching with the lower clamping groove (16).
3. The quick-release case with a double-deck structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper-deck locking assembly structure comprises:
an upper layer clamping groove (21) which is arranged at the bottom of the upper layer tray component in a penetrating way;
and the upper clamping column (22) is arranged at the top of the lower tray component and is used for clamping and matching with the upper clamping groove (21).
4. The quick detachable double-layer structure cabinet according to claim 3, wherein the lower layer slot (16) and/or the upper layer slot (21) is a dropper-shaped slot;
the lower layer clamping column (17) and/or the upper layer clamping column (22) are/is an inverted I-shaped clamping column;
the width of the pipe body part of the dropper-shaped clamping groove is equal to or larger than the diameter of the large column section of the inverted I-shaped clamping column, the width of the pipe mouth part of the dropper-shaped clamping groove is equal to the diameter of the small column section of the inverted I-shaped clamping column, and the thickness of the dropper-shaped clamping groove is equal to the length of the small column section of the inverted I-shaped clamping column.
5. The quick-release double-deck chassis according to claim 1, wherein the lower-deck assembly connecting structure and/or the upper-deck assembly connecting structure comprises a screw structure.
6. The quick release double deck chassis of claim 1, wherein the lower tray assembly comprises a lower tray (3) and a lower removable mini-tray (5);
the lower tray (3) is used for mounting the main body part of the lower main board unit and is provided with the lower clamping assembly structure and the lower assembly connection structure; the detachable small tray (5) of the lower layer is used for installing the normally detachable part of the main board unit of the lower layer, and a matched detachable assembly connection structure of the lower layer tray is arranged between the detachable small tray (5) of the lower layer and the tray (3) of the lower layer.
7. The quick-release double-deck chassis of claim 6, wherein the lower tray detachably-connecting structure comprises:
a lower layer inserting tongue (20) which is arranged at the side end of the lower layer detachable small tray (5) along the transverse direction;
the lower layer insertion hole is arranged at the side end of the lower layer tray (3) and is used for being matched with the lower layer insertion tongue (20).
8. The quick disconnect double decker enclosure of claim 6, wherein the lower tray assembly further comprises:
and the lower-layer reinforcing cross beam (4) is connected between the top of the lower-layer detachable small tray (5) and the top of the lower-layer tray (3).
9. The quick release double deck chassis of claim 1, wherein the upper tray assembly comprises an upper tray (6) and an upper removable mini-tray (12);
the upper layer tray (6) is used for mounting the main body part of the upper layer mainboard unit and is provided with the upper layer clamping assembly structure and the upper layer assembly connection structure; the upper layer detachable small tray (12) is used for installing a normally detachable part of the upper layer main board unit, and a matched upper layer tray detachable assembly connecting structure is arranged between the upper layer detachable small tray (12) and the upper layer tray (6).
10. The quick-release double-deck chassis of claim 9, wherein the upper tray detachably-connecting structure comprises:
an upper layer inserting tongue (23) arranged at the side end of the upper layer detachable small tray (12) along the transverse direction;
and the upper layer insertion hole is formed in the side end of the upper layer tray (6) and is used for being matched with the upper layer insertion tongue (23).
11. The quick disconnect double decker enclosure of claim 9, wherein the upper tray assembly further comprises:
an upper layer reinforcing beam (7) connected between the top of the upper layer detachable small tray (12) and the top of the upper layer tray (6).
