Background
The bentonite is an auxiliary raw material in the production of oxidized pellets by a pellet unit, the bentonite is an aqueous aluminosilicate with expansibility and a lamellar structure, mainly contains sio2 sio2 which accounts for more than 60%, has a great influence on the grade of pellets, and has the effects of mainly improving the falling strength of green pellets and the bursting temperature of the green pellets, so that the selection standard of the bentonite is the green pellet strength and the bursting temperature of the green pellets, and the green pellet bursting temperature must be determined by a pelletizing test.
In production, waste bag waste materials are generated after the bentonite unpacking, the waste bag waste materials can be cleaned after the unpacking is finished every day, personnel enter the bin gate to clean, but long-time backlog of the waste bag is difficult to clean, and the waste bag waste materials are matched with a forklift for cleaning, so that the effect is poor. When cleaning waste bags, 8 people need to clean for 16 hours once, when cleaning waste bags, people need to enter the bin gate, after the cleaning in the bin gate is finished, the waste bags on the bin cannot be clamped at the bin opening and collapse easily, and the injury of operators is caused.
