Abstract
The invention discloses a lightning arrester with an isolating switch, which comprises a zinc oxide resistor disc, an insulating sealing jacket, an upper terminal electrode and a lower terminal electrode, wherein the zinc oxide resistor disc is arranged on the insulating sealing jacket; two groups of conductive grooves and insulating grooves are formed in the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode; the conductive slots and the insulating slots of each group are adjacently arranged; an isolating switch device is arranged between the zinc oxide resistor disc and the upper terminal electrode; the isolating switch device is pressed on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode through a compression spring; the isolating switch device comprises a sliding base fixed on the compression spring and a sliding table arranged in the sliding base; two raised joints which can be matched with the conductive grooves and the insulating grooves are arranged on the top surface of the sliding table; the two ends of the sliding table are respectively provided with a tile-shaped part extending downwards; a rotatable switch sleeve is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the insulating sealing jacket and corresponds to the isolating switch device; the switch sleeve is internally provided with a tile-shaped magnet corresponding to the tile-shaped part.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lightning arrester, in particular to a lightning arrester with an isolating switch.
Background
The arrester is also called overvoltage protector or overvoltage limiter. The lightning arresters are typically connected between the grid cable and earth, typically in parallel with the protected equipment. The lightning arrester can effectively protect equipment, and once abnormal voltage appears, the lightning arrester acts to play a role in protection. When the device is operated at normal operating voltage, the lightning arrester will not function and is considered to be open circuit to the ground. Once a high voltage occurs and the insulation of the protected equipment is compromised, the lightning arrester acts immediately, directing the surge current to ground, limiting the overvoltage amplitude and protecting the equipment. After the overvoltage disappears, the lightning arrester quickly returns to the original state, so that the equipment and the circuit work normally.
The zinc oxide resistor disc in the zinc oxide lightning arrester commonly used at present has good nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic. When normal operating voltage is applied to the arrester, only a small leakage current in the resistor disc passes, which is equal to an open circuit. When overvoltage occurs, a large current passes through the lightning arrester, but the voltage is limited to a certain range and is close to a short circuit.
The zinc oxide arrester is internally formed by stacking a plurality of zinc oxide resistor pieces, terminal electrodes are respectively connected to two ends of the zinc oxide resistor pieces, an upper terminal electrode is connected to a power grid wire, and a lower terminal electrode is connected to a ground wire. The outside of the lightning arrester is provided with an insulating jacket, and the insulating jacket plays a role in sealing at the same time so as to prevent external water vapor from entering the lightning arrester to cause short circuit.
However, when the arrester is subjected to field test, it is necessary to disconnect the arrester, and thus, those skilled in the art have made an effort to develop an arrester with a disconnecting switch that does not affect the sealing of the arrester.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch, which does not affect the sealing of the lightning arrester.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch, comprising a zinc oxide resistor disc, an insulating sealing jacket, an upper terminal electrode and a lower terminal electrode; two groups of conductive grooves and insulating grooves are formed in the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode; the conductive slots and the insulating slots of each group are adjacently arranged; an isolating switch device is arranged between the zinc oxide resistor disc and the upper terminal electrode; the isolating switch device is pressed on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode through a compression spring; the isolating switch device comprises a sliding base fixed on the compression spring and a sliding table arranged in the sliding base; two raised joints which can be matched with the conductive grooves and the insulating grooves are arranged on the top surface of the sliding table; the two ends of the sliding table are respectively provided with a tile-shaped part extending downwards; a rotatable switch sleeve is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the insulating sealing jacket and corresponds to the isolating switch device; the switch sleeve is internally provided with a tile-shaped magnet corresponding to the tile-shaped part.

According to the invention, under the condition that the sealing of the insulating jacket is not affected, the switch isolation of the lightning arrester is realized through the magnetic force by the rotating ring arranged outside the insulating jacket.

Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings, which make the technical contents thereof more clear and easy to understand. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the present invention is not limited to only the embodiments described herein.
The lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, comprises a zinc oxide resistive sheet 1, an insulating sealing cover 2, an upper terminal electrode 3 and a lower terminal electrode 4. Two sets of semicircular conductive grooves 11 and semicircular insulating grooves 10 are provided on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode 3. The semicircular conductive grooves 11 and the semicircular insulating grooves 10 of each group are adjacently disposed. An isolating switch device is arranged between the zinc oxide resistor disc 1 and the upper terminal electrode 3. The disconnecting switch device is pressed against the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode 3 by a hold-down spring 5. The isolating switch device comprises a concave seat 6 fixed on the compression spring 5 and a sliding table 7 arranged in the concave seat 6. Two semi-cylindrical connectors 9 which can be matched with the semi-circular conductive grooves 11 and the semi-circular insulating grooves 10 are arranged on the top surface of the sliding table 7. The two ends of the sliding table 7 are respectively provided with a tile-shaped part 8 which extends downwards. A rotatable switch sleeve 12 is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the insulating sealing coat 2 and corresponds to the isolating switch device. A tile-shaped magnet 13 corresponding to the tile-shaped portion 8 is provided in the switch sleeve 12. The semicircular insulating groove 10 is made of a rubber material and is embedded on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode 3.
In the operating state, the switching sleeve 12 is located on the first side, and the two semi-cylindrical contacts 9 on the sliding table 7 are pressed into the semi-circular conductive groove 11 by the compression spring 5. When the lightning arrester is required to be switched to an isolated state, the switch sleeve 12 is rotated to a second side opposite to the first side through the handle 14, the tile-shaped magnet 13 attracts the tile-shaped part 8 of the sliding table 7, so that the sliding table 7 slides to the second side in the concave seat 6, and meanwhile, the isolating switch device integrally compresses the compression spring 5 downwards, so that the semi-cylindrical joint 9 is switched from the semi-circular conductive groove 11 to the semi-circular insulating groove 10, and the lightning arrester is isolated at the moment. When the isolating state of the lightning arrester needs to be relieved, the switch sleeve 12 can be turned back to the first side through the handle 14, the semi-cylindrical joint 9 is switched back into the semi-circular conductive groove 11 from the semi-circular insulating groove 10, and at the moment, the lightning arrester is on line again to enter the working state.
According to the invention, under the condition that the sealing of the insulating jacket is not affected, the switch isolation of the lightning arrester is realized through the magnetic force by the rotating ring arranged outside the insulating jacket.
The foregoing describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations can be made in accordance with the concepts of the invention without requiring creative effort by one of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all technical solutions which can be obtained by logic analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the prior art by the person skilled in the art according to the inventive concept shall be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
Claims (10)
1. The lightning arrester with the isolating switch is characterized by comprising a zinc oxide resistor disc, an insulating sealing jacket, an upper terminal electrode and a lower terminal electrode; adjacent conductive grooves and insulating grooves are formed in the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode; an isolating switch device is arranged between the zinc oxide resistor disc and the upper terminal electrode; the isolating switch device is pressed on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode through a compression spring; the isolating switch device comprises a sliding base fixed on the compression spring and a sliding table arranged in the sliding base; two raised joints which can be matched with the conductive grooves and the insulating grooves are arranged on the top surface of the sliding table; the two ends of the sliding table are respectively provided with a tile-shaped part extending downwards; a rotatable switch sleeve is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the insulating sealing jacket and corresponds to the isolating switch device; the switch sleeve is internally provided with a tile-shaped magnet corresponding to the tile-shaped part.
2. The lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein the number of the conductive grooves and the insulating grooves is two, and the number of the protruding joints is two correspondingly.
3. The lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein the conductive groove and the insulating groove are semicircular in cross section.
4. The lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch of claim 1 wherein the sliding base is concave.
5. The arrester with disconnector according to claim 1, wherein the protruding joint is outer semi-cylindrical.
6. The arrester with disconnecting switch of claim 1 wherein the protruding tab is integrally formed with the ramp.
7. The lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein the insulating groove is made of rubber material.
8. The arrester with isolating switch as in claim 1, wherein an insulating material is embedded on the bottom surface of the upper terminal electrode.
9. The lightning arrester with a disconnecting switch according to claim 1, wherein a handle is provided on the switching sleeve.
10. The lightning arrester with a disconnector according to claim 1, wherein the tile-shaped magnet is a permanent magnet.
