本发明涉及搪胶生产技术领域,具体涉及一种用于制作搪胶的配方,用以实现生产出的搪胶具有良好柔软性的情况下有很好的支撑力度,使搪胶不会因为过软而不易支撑,为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:按重量百分比由以下原料组成:对苯二甲酸二辛酯:8‑8.5%;PVC降粘剂:4‑4.5%;DNTXIB:9‑9.5%;抗热油:1‑1.5%;无酚钙锌:1.8‑2.2%;二甲基硅油:0.1‑0.3%;PVC糊状树脂:33‑33.5%;PVC糊树脂:20.5‑21%;PVC惨混树脂:20.5‑21%,上述所有组分百分含量的总和为100%。

本发明涉及搪胶生产技术领域,具体涉及一种用于制作搪胶的配方。
背景技术
搪胶的起源是在于1924年德国诞生的世界第一台搪胶(ROTOCAST)机器,并成功制作第一个玩具“巧克力兔子”,从那开始,搪胶已经覆盖了人们生活的每一个角落。搪胶玩具是一个能够带来无限活力的流行玩具。
搪胶工艺可以制作公仔人偶等玩具,玩具成品出来可软可硬,相对来说要比较耐摔,目前很多产品不能兼具柔软和支撑度,容易在使用玩具时搪胶过软而不能支撑。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于制作搪胶的配方,用以实现生产出的搪胶具有良好柔软性的情况下有很好的支撑力度,使搪胶不会因为过软而不易支撑。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:按重量百分比由以下原料组成:对苯二甲酸二辛酯:8-8.5%;PVC降粘剂:4-4.5%;DNTXIB:9-9.5%;抗热油:1-1.5%;无酚钙锌:1.8-2.2%;二甲基硅油:0.1-0.3%;PVC糊状树脂:33-33.5%;PVC糊树脂:20.5-21%;PVC惨混树脂:20.5-21%,上述所有组分百分含量的总和为100%。
优选的,对苯二甲酸二辛酯:8.3%,PVC降粘剂:4.2%,DNTXIB:9.2%,抗热油:1.2%,无酚钙锌:2%,二甲基硅油:0.2%,PVC糊状树脂:33.3%,PVC糊树脂:20.8%,PVC惨混树脂:20.8%。
优选的,按所述配比各组分的重量为;对苯二甲酸二辛酯:20kg,PVC降粘剂:10kg,DNTXIB:22kg,抗热油:3kg,无酚钙锌:5kg,二甲基硅油:0.5kg,PVC糊状树脂:80kg,PVC糊树脂:50kg,PVC惨混树脂:50kg。
其中,PVC糊树脂HG-1000F,即幼粉,颗粒粒径在0.063-2.5μm,优选为1-2μm,PVC惨混树脂SB-100C,即中粉,颗粒粒径在25-50μm,PVC糊状树脂LF-51L,即粗粉,分子式为--(CH2-CHCL)n—,n为平均聚合度,CAS号为9002-86-2,系聚氯乙烯均聚物,颗粒粒径在85-165μm,在本发明中上述粉末与增塑剂及其他助剂混合调配PVC糊。
对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)LF-30,分子式为C24H38O4,在本发明中作为增塑剂效率高,环保无毒,热稳定时间长,与PVC聚合物相溶性好,挥发性低,能渗出,增充剂容量大,制品光亮度高等常规优点。
与其他常用的增塑剂相比,更具有耐热、耐寒、难挥发、抗抽出、柔软性和电绝缘性能好,在制品中显示出优良的持久性、耐肥皂水性及低温柔软性等突出优点,由于DOTP不含邻苯二甲酸盐,不在欧盟及其他国家限制使用的16种含邻苯二甲酸增塑剂范围内,因此,制作的搪胶使用范围更广。
抗热油DRAPEX 39(D39),CAS号:8013-07-8,在本发明中,D39作为一种无毒增塑剂兼稳定剂,可以使PVC链上的活泼氧原子得到稳定,起到稳定剂的作用,与PVC树脂相容性好,挥发性低、迁移性小,具有优良的热稳定性和光稳定性,耐水性和耐油性亦佳,可赋予制品良好的机械强度、耐候性及抗电性能,且无毒性。
在相同条件下加一份D39,可以少用1.5-2份对苯二甲酸二辛酯增塑剂,同时其他物理性能还会提高,并且在加工温度300℃时不挥发;加入2-3份D39抗热油,能大大提高本发明的光热稳定性,可以减少PVC制品常用配方中光、热稳定剂用量的三分之一左右;加D39抗热油后,本发明生产出的搪胶玩具,在户外使用时,有独特的耐热耐光和抗老化性能不易褪色。
无酚钙锌液体安定剂CZ-2756,使本发明的搪胶玩具具有耐热性优越、耐候性好、环保无毒的特点,且与PVC树脂相溶性好,并有一定的润滑效果。
PVC降粘剂D80,PVC芳烃含量极低,无气味,提高了工作人员舒适度,环保安全,作为PVC糊树脂的降粘剂能有效降低PVC糊树脂配方粘度,维持较长的粘度稳定,减小气泡的产生,增加填充料的用量,使PVC成品有光滑的手感,更好的抗粘污性,降低增塑剂用量及制成品成本,提高PVC树脂的延展性,且能达到出口商品的环保要求:如欧洲的GSG、FDA、ROHS认证,完成了REACH注册环保认证要求。
二甲基硅油KF-96-100CS,作为脱膜剂具有各种优异的特性,在本发明中二甲基硅油与橡胶、塑料的不粘性,用它做脱模剂不仅脱模方便,且使搪胶表面洁净,光滑,纹理清晰。
DNTXIB,2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇二异丁酸酯,分子式:C16H30O4,CAS号:6846-50-0,DNTXIB是一种多用途增塑剂,不含苯环的无毒增塑剂,不仅与所有通用的一二级增塑剂相溶,尤其是与DOTP配合使用时可以发挥最佳效果,能降低溶液的粘度,同时增加溶液粘度的稳定性,容易倒入模品小的模子,容易和PVC树脂混合,同时节省在射出挤压成型前的时间,因粘度降低故在PVC溶液中,不易混入空气,保持搪胶外表的平滑和美观。
通过上述原料配合使用,使制作的搪胶无毒、耐侯性好、持久性强、不易褪色、支撑力度好和容易脱模,保证搪胶产品质量。
本发明的有益效果为:通过本发明的配方生产制作的搪胶经测试硬度稳定在90度,产品差异化小保证产品质量,且制作的搪胶在柔性好的情况下支撑力度高,出模方便迅速无粘粘,表面洁净光滑,纹理清晰,有韧性反弹、无毒、耐侯性好、持久性强、不易褪色、成本低,且出口销售不受限制提高经济效益应用范围更广。

按所述配比各组分的重量为;对苯二甲酸二辛酯LF-30:20kg,PVC降粘剂D80:10kg,DNTXIB:22kg,抗热油DRAPEX 39:3kg,无酚钙锌液体安定剂CZ-2756:5kg,二甲基硅油KF-96-100CS:0.5kg,PVC糊状树脂LF-51L:80kg,PVC糊树脂HG-1000F:50kg,PVC惨混树脂SB-100C:50kg。
上述实施例1-5制作的搪胶通过邵氏硬度测试法测出搪胶的硬度值分别为:实施例1搪胶硬度为91度、实施例2搪胶硬度为90度、实施例3搪胶硬度为90度、实施例4搪胶硬度为89度、实施例5搪胶硬度为90度,实施例1-5的搪胶经过GB/T22048-2015测试,均未检测出DBP、BBP和DEHP,符合规定标准,实施例1-5的搪胶经过GB6675.4-2014测试,各元素的含量均未超出规定数值,符合标准,且制作的搪胶柔性好的情况下支撑力度高,出模方便迅速无粘粘,表面洁净光滑,纹理清晰,有韧性反弹、无毒、耐侯性好、持久性强、不易褪色、成本低,且出口销售不受限制提高经济效益应用范围更广。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。

PVC糊状树脂:33-33.5%;
PVC糊树脂:20.5-21%;
PVC惨混树脂:20.5-21%,上述所有组分百分含量的总和为100%。
