An energy-saving fresh air handling unit and a purifying and filtering device thereof comprise a case (1) and are characterized in that a partition board (2) is fixedly mounted inside the case (1), a first filter plate (3) and a second filter plate (4) are respectively fixedly mounted on two sides of the partition board (2), filter screens (5) are respectively fixedly mounted on the inner sides of the first filter plate (3) and the second filter plate (4), a first driving rod (6), a second driving rod (7), a first auxiliary rod (8) and a second auxiliary rod (9) are respectively rotatably connected on two sides of the partition board (2), a plurality of guide vanes (10) are respectively and fixedly mounted on the outer sides of the first driving rod (6) and the second driving rod (7), and a rotating wheel (11) is respectively and fixedly mounted at one end of the first driving rod (6), the second driving rod (7) and one end of the first auxiliary rod (8), the outside cover of runner (11) is equipped with belt (12), the equal fixed mounting of one end of first auxiliary rod (8) and second auxiliary rod (9) has gear (13), the one end fixed mounting of second auxiliary rod (9) has rotation motor (14), the bottom of rotating motor (14) and the inside wall fixed connection of quick-witted case (1), the inside of machine case (1) is provided with pigging mechanism (15) and net clearing mechanism (16) respectively, the inside of machine case (1) communicates respectively has two intake pipe (17) and outlet duct (18).

The energy-saving fresh air handling unit and the purifying and filtering device thereof according to claim 2, wherein: the pigging mechanism (15) still include with interior bucket (1505) inside wall fixed mounting's fixing base (1507), jack (1508) have been seted up to one side of fixing base (1507), the opposite side fixed mounting of fixing base (1507) has first electric telescopic handle (1509), the flexible end fixed mounting of first electric telescopic handle (1509) has brush cleaner (1510).

The energy-saving fresh air handling unit and the purifying and filtering device thereof according to claim 4, wherein: the net cleaning mechanism (16) further comprises four third electric hydraulic rods (1606) fixedly mounted on the inner side wall of the case (1), and a first scraper (1607) and a second scraper (1608) are respectively and fixedly mounted at the telescopic ends of the third electric hydraulic rods (1606).
