s4, mixing the mixture A, the mixture B, biogel-1 and hydroxydecyl ubiquinone at the temperature of 45-50 ℃ to obtain emulsion cream, and storing the emulsion cream in a raw material barrel;
s5, extracting the stock solution into a heating stirring roller device, and heating the cream stock solution to 80 ℃ through a stirring heating rod;
s6, extracting the heated stock solution into a canning component, and injecting the canning component into the cream bottle on the movable carrying disc through a canning head component.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the equipment for filling the emulsion cream and the preparation method thereof, and the equipment has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the embodiment of the invention, a heating and stirring roller device is arranged between the raw material barrel and the filling assembly, and can be used for extracting the stock solution to be filled from the raw material barrel, stirring and heating the stock solution, so that part of separated substances can be dissolved into the stock solution, the product quality is improved, and the stirring and heating rod adopts a threaded design, so that the contact area with the stock solution can be increased, the temperature can be quickly increased, and the working efficiency is improved.
2. In the embodiment of the invention, the filling head assembly is arranged below the filling opening, so that emulsion cream adhered to the tube wall of the filling head can be rolled out through the film, and the rolled emulsion cream is recycled into the pipeline and reused, so that the adhered emulsion cream cannot be generated at the filling opening, and the recycling process is simultaneously subjected to sterilization and disinfection treatment, thereby ensuring the product quality, improving the utilization rate of stock solution and reducing the product waste.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for filling cream-lotion includes:
a raw material barrel 1 for quantitatively storing the emulsion cream to be filled;
the base 2 is arranged on the right side of the raw material barrel 1, the conveyor belt 3 is arranged above the base, the conveyor belt 3 is transversely conveyed with a movable carrying disc 6, cream bottles to be filled are carried above the movable carrying disc 6, and the number of the movable carrying discs 6 is at least one; it should be noted that there is one and only one bottle of cream on one mobile carrier plate 6.
The bracket 4 is arranged above the base 2, and the middle part of the bracket is provided with a filling assembly 7;
a filling head assembly 8 is arranged below the filling assembly 7, and the filling head assembly 8 is positioned right above one of the movable carrier discs 6;
and the heating and stirring roller device 5 is arranged on the left side of the support 4, the input end of the heating and stirring roller device is connected with the raw material barrel 1 through a pipeline, and the output end of the heating and stirring roller device is connected with the filling assembly 7.
In the preferred embodiment, the inner wall of the stirring chamber 53 is provided with a thread groove;
the driving motor 51 is arranged at the input end of the transmission case 52, the transmission case 52 is arranged above the stirring cabin 53, and the output end of the transmission case is connected with the stirring heating rod 54;
the outer wall of the stirring heating rod 54 is provided with threads and has a heating function;
and a liquid pump 55 disposed on the left side of the stirring chamber 53 for pumping the emulsion cream in the raw material barrel 1 into the stirring chamber 53, wherein the stirring heating rod is threaded to rapidly heat the emulsion cream so that precipitated substances can be rapidly dissolved into the stock solution.
In this embodiment, the filling assembly 7 includes:
the filling opening 71 is a square pipe with through holes at two sides, the lower part of the filling opening is connected with the filling head assembly 8, it needs to be explained that the openings at two sides have the same height and size, and the edges are smooth and mellow;
and a filling motor 72, wherein a buffer sleeve 73 is arranged below the filling motor 72, and the buffer sleeve 73 is arranged above the filling opening 71.
As a preferred embodiment, the filling head assembly 8 comprises:
a filling bag body 84 clamped on the through hole of the filling opening 71, and a sterilizing device 83 is arranged on the left side of the filling bag body;
the sterilization device 83 is at least one light sterilization device, and it should be noted that the light sterilization is an ultraviolet sterilization device;
a recovery pump 81, the lower absorption end of which is connected with a liquid absorption port 82, and the output end of which is connected with the filling port 71;
the liquid suction port 82 is arranged above the filling bag body 84;
the filling bag body 84, the sterilizing device 83, the recovery pump 81 and the liquid suction port 82 are symmetrically arranged on one side of the filling port 71.
As a preferred embodiment, the filling bladder 84 comprises:
the right side of the bag body telescopic rod 847 is provided with the supporting frame 845, the outer side of the supporting frame 845 is surrounded by the buffering bag body 846, it needs to be described that when the filling opening 71 is closed, the left bag body telescopic rod 847 drives the supporting frame 845 surrounded by the buffering bag body 846 to move rightwards, and meanwhile, the right bag body telescopic rod 847 also drives the supporting frame 845 in the buffering bag body 846 to move leftwards until the two symmetrical buffering bag bodies 846 are tightly attached together against the film 841;
a special-shaped support 844, both ends of which are provided with a first support component 842 and a second support component 843, and the middle part of which is provided with the capsule telescopic rod 847;
the right side of the second supporting component 843 is provided with a first supporting component 842;
In this embodiment, the first supporting component 842 includes:
a first supporting wheel 8421 for adjusting the rotation of the film 841, and first auxiliary supporting wheels 8422 are arranged on both sides of the first supporting wheel 8421; it should be noted that the two first supporting wheels 8421 on the left side rotate clockwise, and the right side rotates oppositely;
the pressure feedback adjusting modules 8423 are symmetrically arranged below the first supporting wheel 8421, and first telescopic rods 8426 are symmetrically arranged below the first supporting wheel 8421;
the lower parts of the first telescopic rods 8426 are connected with supporting springs 8424 symmetrically arranged on a first supporting base 8425, and it should be noted that the first auxiliary supporting wheels 8422 are arranged to guide and protect the film 841.
In this embodiment, the second supporting assembly 843 includes:
a second central telescopic rod 8435 is connected to the lower part of the second supporting wheel 8431;
the second central telescopic rod 8435 is arranged on the second support base 8434;
the second supports base 8434, and both sides all are equipped with second telescopic link 8433, and both sides the other end of second telescopic link 8433 all is equipped with second auxiliary stay wheel 8432, it needs to explain that, the setting of second auxiliary stay wheel 8432 also is in order to play the effect of a direction and protection to film 841 to control and rotation through second telescopic link 8433 can be to the control of film 841, and better expansion glues the film 841 that has the emulsion cream frost one side.
An emulsion cream filling device and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:
s1, providing raw materials;
s2, mixing and dissolving glabridin, dimethoxytolyl-4-propylresorcinol, nicotinamide, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid ether, peony root extract and butanediol, stirring and heating to 70-80 ℃, and stirring for 5-15 min at a constant temperature to obtain a mixture A;
s3, mixing the thickening agent, sodium hyaluronate, beta-glucan, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, emulsifier, emollient, butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane and deionized water at 75-85 ℃, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 20-40 min to obtain a mixture B;
the emollient is propylene glycol, olive oil, isododecane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, and cetyl alcohol;
the thickening agent is xanthan gum and hydroxyethyl cellulose;
the emulsifier is steareth-2 and steareth-21;
s4, mixing the mixture A, the mixture B, biogel-1 and hydroxydecyl ubiquinone at the temperature of 45-50 ℃ to obtain emulsion cream, and storing the emulsion cream in a raw material barrel 1;
s5, extracting the stock solution into a heating stirring roller device 5, and heating the cream stock solution to 80 ℃ through a stirring heating rod 54;
s6, extracting the heated stock solution into a canning component 7, and injecting the canning component 7 into the cream bottle on the movable carrying disc 6 through a canning head component 8.

the inner wall of the stirring cabin (53) is provided with a thread groove;
the driving motor (51) is arranged at the input end of the transmission box (52), the transmission box (52) is arranged above the stirring cabin (53), and the output end of the transmission box is connected with a stirring heating rod (54);
the outer wall of the stirring heating rod (54) is provided with threads and has a heating function;

s6, extracting the heated stock solution into a canning component (7), and injecting the canning component (7) into a cream bottle on the movable carrying disc (6) through a canning head component (8).
