The traditional hardware products refer to various metal devices manufactured by forging, rolling, cutting, punching and other physical processing of metals such as iron, steel, aluminum and the like. Furthermore, the adjusting mechanism comprises two lead screws which are respectively in threaded through connection with the two upright rods, one end of each lead screw is connected with the corresponding adapter block through a bearing, and the other end of each lead screw is provided with a rotating handle.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the two arc-shaped clamping plates can be matched to clamp and fix the tubular hardware, and the distance among the arc-shaped clamping plates, the adapting block and the upright stanchion can be adjusted under the action of the adjusting mechanism, so that the tubular hardware can be conveniently clamped and fixed or loosened by the two arc-shaped clamping plates, and thus, the position of punching can not deviate from the preset position because the two arc-shaped clamping plates can fix the tubular hardware.
2. According to the invention, under the action of the driving mechanism, the sliding block and the sliding groove can be driven to slide, so that the arc-shaped clamping plate can be adjusted in position along the sliding groove, the clamped tubular hardware can be horizontally adjusted in position, and the tubular hardware can be conveniently perforated horizontally in multiple positions.

The specific structure of the driving mechanism 12 is as shown in fig. 1, the driving mechanism 12 includes two vertical rods 1201 connected to the bottom end of each slider 3 and located outside the support plate 1, a connection plate 1202 is fixed to the inner sides of the two vertical rods 1201, a screw 1203 is connected to the connection plate 1202 in a threaded penetrating manner, one end of the screw 1203 is connected to a fixing plate 1204 fixed on the support rod 101 through a bearing, and the other end of the screw 1203 is connected to a handle.
As shown in fig. 6, a slot 15 is formed on the inner side of each mating block 5, an insert block 16 is fixed on the outer side of each arc-shaped clamping plate 6 and is connected with the corresponding slot 15 in a mating manner, and, the support plate 1 is provided with a fixing mechanism for fixing the insertion blocks 16, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing mechanism includes two connecting holes 17 respectively symmetrically penetrating through each insertion block 16, and at the same time, each adapting block 5 is provided with two connecting holes 18 communicated with the corresponding slots 15 in a penetrating way, and a bolt 19 is connected between each adapting block 5 and the corresponding inserting block 16 through the corresponding connecting hole 17 and the connecting hole 18 in a matching way, so that the arc-shaped clamping plate 6 and the adapting block 5 can be separated, meaning that the arc cardboard 6 can be changed according to the diameter of tubulose hardware, make this device be suitable for more diameter tubulose hardware.
The specific structure of the lifting mechanism 13 is as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the lifting mechanism 13 includes outer plates 1301 symmetrically connected to two sides of the hanger plate 10, each outer plate 1301 passes through a gap between two corresponding vertical plates 8, guide blocks 1302 slidably connected to corresponding guide grooves 9 are fixed to front and rear sides of each outer plate 1301, a support block 1303 vertically corresponding to one of the outer plates 1301 is fixed to one side of the bracket, an electric push rod 1304 is connected between the support block 1303 and the corresponding outer plate 1301, and in order to avoid the electric push rod 1304 affecting the driving mechanism 12, the support block 1303 is disposed on one side of the bracket close to the fixing plate 1204.
