Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a project milestone management system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a project milestone acquisition module 110, a project milestone aggregation module 120, and an aggregated milestone display module 130. The project milestone acquisition module 110 is configured to acquire a project milestone associated with a current user and milestone information corresponding to the project milestone, where the project milestone is a milestone established based on a project, and the same project corresponds to at least one project milestone; a project milestone aggregation module 120, configured to aggregate project milestones with the same non-project attributes based on the milestone information to obtain aggregated milestones under each non-project attribute; and an aggregated milestone display module 130, configured to form an aggregated milestone interface based on the non-project attributes, the aggregated milestones, and the corresponding milestone information, and render and display the aggregated milestone interface.
The items in this embodiment are dynamic processes of corresponding events, and all things are items. For example, if the event is a visit event, the project milestones may include a project milestone a corresponding to the visit event a, a project milestone B corresponding to the visit event B, and a project milestone C corresponding to the visit event C, and the visit attributes are the project attributes of the project milestone a, the project milestone B, and the project milestone C. As another example, if the event is an application iteration event, the project milestones may include a project milestone D corresponding to the application iteration event D, and a project milestone E corresponding to the application iteration event E, and the application iteration attributes are the project attributes corresponding to the project milestones D and the project milestones E. Project milestones are one or more levels of flow architecture created based on the execution flow of the project. The first-stage project milestones only comprise first-stage milestone nodes, the multi-stage project milestones can comprise multi-stage milestone nodes, and the next-stage milestone node is the decomposition of the execution flow of the previous-stage milestone node. For example, the first-level project milestone may include a project name and project-related information, where the project-related information is all information that can be involved in the project execution process, and may be, for example, a start time, an end time, a department to which the project belongs, a project member, a processing priority, and the like of the project. The multi-level project milestones can be three-level flow structures, each three-level flow structure comprises a first-level milestone node, a second-level milestone node and a third-level milestone node, wherein the first-level milestone nodes can comprise a plurality of second-level milestone nodes, and each second-level milestone node can comprise a plurality of third-level milestone nodes. The first-level milestone node, the second-level milestone node and the third-level milestone node respectively comprise related information of the corresponding-level milestone node. It can be understood that the information related to each level of the milestone node is all information that can be involved in the execution process of the milestone node. In some embodiments, the multi-level project milestone may be a two-level flow architecture composed of a first-level milestone node and a second-level milestone node, and in some embodiments, the multi-level project milestone may be a four-level flow structure formed by a first-level milestone node, a second-level milestone node, a third-level milestone node, and a task decomposition step under the third-level milestone node, which is not limited thereto. The milestone information is a set of information related to each milestone node in the project milestone, and illustratively, the milestone information may include a project attribute corresponding to the project milestone, and may also include a non-project attribute corresponding to the project milestone, where the non-project attribute is an attribute other than the project attribute, and illustratively, the non-project attribute may be a company to which the project belongs, a cause to which the project belongs, a functional department to which the project belongs, a person participating in the project, and the like. The non-item attribute can be a one-level non-item attribute or a multi-level non-item attribute, and each level of the multi-level non-item attribute has a dependency relationship. For example, the first-level non-project attribute may be a department of the company, or a division of the company, and the multi-level non-project attribute may be a third-level non-project attribute of a company-division of the company.
The user authority or the participating user identifier may be preferably set in each project milestone, and the project milestone acquisition module 110 may acquire the current user information through the login information or the binding information and determine the project milestone associated with the current user based on the current user information and the user authority or the participating user identifier set in the project milestone. Illustratively, based on the current user information, it is determined whether the current user has user privileges for a project milestone, and if so, the project milestone is determined to be the project milestone associated with the current user. It will be appreciated that if the original project milestone includes a tertiary milestone node, but the current user has only user privileges for a local milestone node (which may be, for example, a secondary milestone node and a tertiary milestone node) within the project milestone, then the local milestone node is preferably considered the project milestone associated with the current user. Or, based on the current user information, determining whether the current user identification matches a participating user identification of the project milestone, and if the matching is successful, determining that the project milestone is a project milestone associated with the current user. By determining the project milestones associated with the current user, interference of irrelevant information can be avoided, and the effectiveness and pertinence of the information are improved. Meanwhile, the searching or editing of the project milestones by irrelevant users is avoided, and the information safety is improved.
In this embodiment, the system is preferably provided with an initial non-project attribute, and the project milestone aggregation module 120 may aggregate project milestones having the same non-project attribute based on the initial non-project attribute. Optionally, the user may also reset the non-project attribute according to the actual need of the user, and the system may also reset the non-project attribute according to the historical operation of the user. An aggregate milestone is a collection of project milestones that have the same non-project attributes.
Taking the non-project attributes as the processing priority, the process of obtaining the aggregated milestones by the project milestone aggregation module 120 will be described in detail: the project milestone aggregation module 120 determines project milestones associated with the current user based on the milestone information, and includes project milestones with processing priorities of emergency, medium and normal, respectively, aggregates the project milestones with processing priorities of emergency according to the processing priorities of the project milestones to obtain an aggregated milestone a, aggregates the project milestones with processing priorities of medium to obtain an aggregated milestone B, and aggregates the project milestones with processing priorities of normal to obtain an aggregated milestone C.
The aggregated milestone display module 130 is convenient for quickly browsing and looking up the related information of the project milestones under the non-project attributes through the milestone interface by displaying the aggregated milestones corresponding to the different non-project attributes, thereby simplifying the information management and query process. The aggregated milestone display module 130 may form an aggregated milestone interface through a preset display layout or a preset display template, and render and display the interface on the device side. In some embodiments, each aggregated milestone display area is included in the aggregated milestone interface for displaying a plurality of project milestones in the aggregated milestone collection, corresponding milestone information, and corresponding non-project attribute information. In some embodiments, the aggregated milestone display area may display only key information in the milestone information, which facilitates a user to quickly view key information of multiple project milestones through the aggregated milestone interface, avoiding interference of a large amount of information. The key information may be preset, for example, the key information may be an execution state of one or more stages of milestone nodes in the project milestone, target data, attribute tags, and the like. The key information can be set according to the user requirements, so that a personalized aggregated milestone interface meeting the user requirements is formed, and the display flexibility and the diversity of the aggregated milestone interface are improved. For example, if the user a compares the progress of the concerned time, the key information may be set as the time information of the one-level or multi-level milestone node, and if the user B compares the completion ratio of the concerned progress, the key information may be set as the progress completion ratio information of the one-level or multi-level milestone node.
Preferably, each project milestone in the aggregated milestone interface can be presented in the form of a card. For example, if the project milestone is a primary flow structure, a card may be displayed in a display area corresponding to the project milestone. If the project milestone is a multi-level flow architecture, cards corresponding to the previous two or more levels of milestone nodes can be displayed in a display area corresponding to the project milestone. Illustratively, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an aggregated milestone interface provided by an embodiment of the invention. The aggregated milestone interface of fig. 2 includes a non-project attribute display area corresponding to the aggregated milestone, and an aggregated milestone display area including each project milestone display area, where each project milestone display area may be a one-level project milestone display area or a multi-level project milestone display area. It should be noted that fig. 2 is only a schematic diagram, and in this embodiment, the display form and the display layout of the project milestones are not limited, and the number of the milestone nodes at each level is also not limited. Optionally, the display form of the project milestones may be a table, a calendar, a cross-track chart, a mixed row, etc. besides the cards, and may be selectively set according to the actual needs of the user.
The embodiment provides a project milestone management system, which comprises a project milestone acquisition module, a project milestone aggregation module and an aggregation milestone display module, wherein the project milestone management system acquires project milestones associated with a current user and milestone information corresponding to the project milestones, the project milestones are milestones established based on projects, and the same project corresponds to at least one project milestone; based on the milestone information, aggregating the project milestones with the same non-project attributes to obtain aggregated milestones under each non-project attribute; and forming an aggregation milestone interface based on the non-project attributes, the aggregation milestone and the corresponding milestone information, and rendering and displaying the aggregation milestone interface on a preset display interface. By performing aggregation display on the project milestones in non-project attribute dimensions, information aggregation and display in cross-project dimensions can be realized, so that a manager can easily know the work development conditions in different information dimensions.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, further the non-project attributes comprise at least one of a milestone cluster, a milestone group and a milestone subgroup, the milestone cluster comprising at least one milestone group, the milestone group comprising at least one milestone subgroup, wherein the aggregated milestones under the milestone cluster are a set of aggregated milestones under each milestone group, and the aggregated milestones under the milestone group are a set of aggregated milestones under each milestone subgroup.
In order to more finely classify and aggregate the project milestones according to the non-project attributes and meet different classification and aggregation requirements of different users, the non-project attributes may be preferably set to one or more levels, i.e., the non-project attributes may include at least one of a milestone family, a milestone group and a milestone subgroup, and exemplarily, the non-project attributes may be the milestone family, the milestone group, the milestone subgroup, the non-project attributes may also be the milestone family-the milestone group, the milestone group-the milestone subgroup, and the non-project attributes may also be the milestone family-the milestone group-the milestone subgroup. It is to be understood that when the non-project attributes are multi-level, the non-project attributes at any one level can be traced back to the non-project attributes at other levels associated therewith to obtain the aggregated milestone corresponding to the non-project attributes at other levels.
Optionally, when the non-project attribute is a milestone group, the project milestone aggregation module aggregates the project milestones belonging to the same milestone group based on the milestone information to obtain aggregated milestones under each milestone group, and correspondingly, the aggregated milestone display module 130 forms and displays an aggregated milestone interface based on each milestone group, the aggregated milestones under each milestone group, and the corresponding milestone information. For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an aggregated milestone interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, in fig. 3, the non-project attribute is a milestone group, the milestone group is each functional department under the business department, such as a product department, an operation department, a platform development department, and the like, and accordingly, the aggregated milestones obtained by the project-milestone aggregation module are aggregated milestones under the product department, aggregated milestones under the operation department, and aggregated milestones under the platform development department, respectively, and the aggregated milestone display module forms and displays the aggregated milestone interface based on the non-project attribute-product department and aggregated milestones under the product department, the non-project attribute-operation department and aggregated milestones under the operation department, the non-project attribute-platform development department and aggregated milestones under the platform development department, and corresponding milestone information.
Optionally, when the non-project attributes include a milestone cluster, a milestone group and a milestone group, the project milestone aggregation module aggregates the project milestones belonging to the same milestone cluster-milestone group based on the milestone information to obtain aggregated milestones under each milestone cluster-milestone group, and accordingly, the aggregated milestone display module 130 forms and displays an aggregated milestone interface based on each milestone cluster-milestone group, each milestone cluster-milestone group and the corresponding milestone information. For example, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an aggregated milestone interface provided by an embodiment of the present invention, in fig. 4, non-project attributes are a milestone family-a milestone group, where the milestone family is an enterprise, such as enterprise a and enterprise B, the milestone group is each of the departments assigned by the enterprise, such as a market department assigned by enterprise a and a product department assigned by enterprise B, the milestone group is each of the functional departments assigned by the departments, such as a market department extension and a market maintenance department, such as a product development department and a product delivery department, under the product department, and accordingly, the aggregated milestones obtained by the project milestone aggregation module are aggregated milestones respectively for enterprise a-market department, and a-market department-a market department, the aggregation milestone display module 130 forms and displays an aggregation milestone interface based on non-project attributes, namely an enterprise A-marketing division, a market expansion division and an aggregation milestone under the market expansion division, non-project attributes, namely the enterprise A-marketing division, the aggregation milestone under the market maintenance division and the aggregation milestone under the market maintenance division, non-project attributes, namely the enterprise B-marketing division, the aggregation milestone under the product development division and the aggregation milestone under the non-project attributes, namely the enterprise B-marketing division, the product delivery division and the aggregation milestone under the product delivery division, and corresponding milestone information. It is understood that the form of presentation in fig. 4 is only an example, and the present embodiment does not limit the form of presentation of the non-project attributes and the corresponding aggregated milestones.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further comprising a polymerization milestone reorganization module, configured to, in response to a polymerization milestone reorganization operation, reorganize a target polymerization milestone based on a polymerization milestone reorganization rule to obtain a reorganized milestone; the aggregated milestone display module 130 is further configured to form and display a reorganization milestone interface based on the reorganization milestones.
In the above embodiments, after the project milestones are aggregated based on the non-project attributes, the number of the obtained aggregated milestones may be large, and the user cannot find the interested milestone node information at a glance.
Illustratively, the aggregated milestone reorganization operation may be triggered by the user by clicking on the aggregated milestone reorganization button, or by performing a corresponding aggregated milestone reorganization action (e.g., may be a double click or a long press at the current interface blank, etc.). The target aggregated milestone may be an aggregated milestone under multiple selected non-project attributes, or an aggregated milestone under one selected non-project attribute. It is understood that when selecting the target aggregated milestone, the aggregated milestone under each selected non-project attribute may be selected in full, or the aggregated milestone under each selected non-project attribute may be selected in part as needed.
The aggregated milestone recombination rule may be a rule set according to different demand scenarios of the user, for example, the different demand scenarios may be that the user is only interested in a milestone node with a certain execution state, or only interested in a milestone node with a certain execution purpose, or only interested in a milestone node with a certain digital target, or only interested in a milestone node with a certain importance level, or the like.
Optionally, the aggregation milestone recombination rule may be that milestone nodes in the same execution state in each project milestone in the target aggregation milestone are extracted, and the extracted milestone nodes are sequenced to obtain recombined milestones; the aggregation milestone recombination rule can also be used for extracting milestone nodes with the same execution purpose in each project milestone in the target aggregation milestone, and sequencing the extracted milestone nodes to obtain a recombined milestone; the aggregation milestone recombination rule can also be used for extracting the milestone nodes with the same execution number target in each project milestone in the target aggregation milestone, and sequencing the extracted milestone nodes to obtain the recombination milestone. It should be understood that the milestone restructuring rule is only an example, and may also be in other conceivable restructuring rule forms, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Taking the aggregation milestone recombination rule as an example for extracting the milestone nodes in the same execution state in each project milestone in the target aggregation milestone, and sequencing the extracted milestone nodes to obtain the recombination milestone, and concretely explaining the recombination process of the aggregation milestone recombination module:
the aggregation milestone recombination module can extract the milestone nodes in the target aggregation milestone in the ongoing state in each project milestone, and sequence the milestone nodes based on the starting time or the ending time of each milestone node to obtain the ongoing intermediate node recombination milestone, wherein the ongoing intermediate node recombination milestone can enable a user to directly position the milestone nodes in the ongoing state without sequentially clicking on each project milestone for viewing. The aggregated milestone reorganization module can also extract the last milestone node in the completion state of each project milestone in the target aggregated milestone, and sequence the milestone nodes based on the completion time of each milestone node to obtain the completed node reorganization milestone, and the completed node reorganization milestone can enable a user to directly position the milestone node in the latest completion state so as to enable the user to directly obtain the completion progress of each project milestone. The aggregated milestone reorganization module can also be used for extracting the milestone nodes in the pause state in each project milestone in the target aggregated milestone, sequencing the milestone nodes based on the pause action starting time of each milestone node to obtain pause node reorganized milestones, and the pause node reorganization milestones can enable a user to directly position the milestone nodes in the pause state so as to facilitate the user to quickly position each pause node, quickly determine the pause reason of each pause node and facilitate the promotion of subsequent work. It can be understood that, after the milestone nodes of the corresponding execution states are extracted, the corresponding milestone nodes can be sequenced based on the sequence of the project milestones in the target aggregated milestone to obtain recombined milestones; and sequencing can be performed based on the importance level of each milestone node to obtain the recombined milestones.
After the aggregated milestone restructuring module obtains the restructured milestone, the aggregated milestone displaying module 130 may display the restructured milestone on the aggregated milestone interface or display the restructured milestone on a new interface, where the new interface may be a suspension interface suspended on the aggregated milestone interface or an interface skipped from the aggregated milestone interface. Illustratively, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a reorganization milestone display interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the aggregation milestone display module 130 displays the reorganization milestones in the aggregation milestone interface above the corresponding target aggregation milestones. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a reorganization milestone display interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the aggregated milestone display module 130 displays the reorganization milestone at a preset position in the aggregated milestone interface, where the preset position is the uppermost position of the aggregated milestone interface. It is understood that the preset position may be any position in the aggregated milestone interface, and is not particularly limited herein.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, the aggregated milestone reorganization module includes an in-progress node extraction unit and an in-progress node sorting unit, where: the ongoing node extracting unit is used for responding to the aggregation milestone recombination operation and extracting ongoing nodes in the target aggregation milestone, wherein the ongoing nodes are the ongoing milestone nodes in the aggregation milestone and the execution state is the ongoing milestone node; and the in-process node sequencing unit is used for sequencing in-process nodes under each non-project attribute based on a preset sequencing rule to obtain the recombination milestone.
The preset ordering rule in this embodiment may be ordering based on the preset completion time of each in-progress node, or based on the start time of each in-progress node, or based on the importance level of each in-progress node. Illustratively, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a reorganization milestone provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, each ongoing node in the reorganization milestone is ranked based on the importance level.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, the ongoing node extracting unit is further configured to determine, based on the milestone information, an importance level of an ongoing node in the target aggregated milestone; and extracting the node with the highest importance level in the target aggregation milestone based on the importance level.
In this embodiment, each in-progress node corresponding to the target aggregated milestone may correspond to different importance levels, and the user may only be interested in an in-progress node with a higher or highest importance level. Illustratively, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a reorganization milestone provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the importance level of each ongoing node in the reorganization milestone is the highest (e.g., importance level five).
Based on the foregoing embodiment, further, the aggregated milestone display module 130 is further configured to, in response to an operation performed on a target milestone node in a reorganization milestone and used for displaying a target project milestone associated with the target milestone node, obtain the target project milestone and related target milestone information, and form a target project milestone display interface; rendering and displaying the target project milestone display interface on an interface where the target project milestone node is located, or rendering and displaying the target project milestone display interface in a suspended page mode, or switching the current page to a target project milestone display page.
Wherein the target milestone node is a milestone node in the recombined milestones. Preferably, the target project milestone may be a project milestone to which the target milestone node belongs, and the target project milestone may also include a project milestone to which the target milestone node belongs, and a project milestone or milestone node associated with the target milestone node. Wherein, a project milestone or milestone node associated with a target milestone node means that the target milestone node and its associated project milestone or milestone node belong to different project milestones.
