1.1.2 instruments
TD6001 electronic balance, tianma instruments factory, tianjin;
electronic analytical balance (FA1104N), shanghai precision instruments ltd;
blood glucose test paper (FAD glucose dehydrogenase method), bayer pharmaceutical health limited;
bai an kang contourr TS glucometer, bayer medicine health ltd.
1.1.3 animals: clean grade ICR male mice, provided by vintongli limited, weighing 22-24g, production license number: SCXK (Zhe) 2019-. Is used for a high-sugar model blood sugar reduction experiment and a normal mouse blood sugar reduction experiment.
1.1.4 raising conditions: the experimental animals are all fed with complete pellet feed, and provided by the synergy center of south Beijing Jiangning district. Temperature: 19-24 ℃; humidity: 48-67%.

1.1.5.2 hyperglycemia model hypoglycemic experiments
(1) Grouping, molding and administration method
Taking SPF-level ICR male mice, after fasting for 24 hours, injecting alloxan 120mg/kg in the abdominal cavity, after 7 days, fasting for 7 hours, and measuring blood sugar, wherein the blood sugar value is 10-25 mmol/L, which is the animal successfully molded by a hyperglycemia model.
Selecting hyperglycemia model animals, and dividing the hyperglycemia model animals into 11 groups according to blood sugar values; (1) model group: 20ml/kg of physiological saline; (2) metformin group: 0.25g/kg of metformin hydrochloride solution; (3) the low-dose group of the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition prepared in the embodiment 1-3 comprises: 0.34 g/kg; (4) the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition comprises the following dosage groups: 0.67 g/kg; (5) the high dose group of the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition is 1.34 g/kg; after continuous administration for 30 days, fasting is carried out for 8 hours, and the fasting blood sugar value after administration is measured; alternatively, 10 normal mice were used as a blank group, and after 30 days, fasting was performed for 8 hours, and fasting blood glucose level after administration was measured.

(3) Results
General observation
(1) Model group: the food intake and the water intake are both increased, and more urine is excreted; (2) the metformin group and the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition in the embodiment 1-3 have the advantages that the dietary water intake and the urine discharge are reduced to some extent in the low, medium and high dosage groups compared with the model group.

The experimental results show that: after continuous administration for 30 days, the three high and medium dose groups of the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition can reduce the glucose tolerance of mice, wherein the difference between the high and medium dose groups is obvious (p is less than 0.01) compared with a model group, and the table 3 shows.

The experimental results show that the medium and high doses of the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition have obvious difference in blood sugar and sugar tolerance levels, and the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition provided by the invention has good efficacy of maintaining blood sugar health level and has good prevention and treatment effects on diabetes. The raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine compound composition provided by the invention are medicinal and edible materials, have low toxic and side effects, are safer in clinical medication, and can be developed into a new medicine for maintaining the health level of blood sugar.
