Abstract
A nail gun is suitable for simultaneously firing nails of a nail group and pressing sheets of a pressing sheet group, and comprises a shell seat unit, a nail striking unit, a pressing handle unit and a loading unit. The housing unit defines a staple striking slot, a presser slot, and a staple striking opening adapted for the outward firing of the staple and the presser. The loading unit comprises a needle box, a nail pushing group and a pushing sheet group. The needle cartridge has a bottom wall. The pushing and pressing sheet group is arranged on the needle box and comprises a pushing and pressing sheet piece and a pressing sheet spring which are movably arranged on the bottom wall. The pressing sheet spring constantly provides a biasing force for enabling the pushing sheet piece to push the pressing sheet group to the nail striking opening. By arranging the pushing sheet group, the pressing sheet, the nail needle and the pressing sheet required in the next firing can be simultaneously fired when the nail gun is fired, and the contact area between the nail needle and a contact surface (such as paper surface) is increased through the pressing sheet.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1,2 and 3, the embodiment of the present invention is adapted to fire a pin 61 of a pin group 6 and a presser 71 of a presser group 7 simultaneously, and comprises a housing unit 1, a staple striking unit 2, a handle unit 3, a loading unit 4, and a cutting unit 5.
The staple group 6 extends in one front-rear direction X1 and has a plurality of the staples 61. Each of the pins 61 has two spaced pin feet 611 and a pressing portion 612 connecting the pin feet 611.
The presser group 7 extends in the front-rear direction X1 and has a plurality of the presser pieces 71 and a plurality of connecting lines 72 connecting adjacent two of the presser pieces 71. Each pressing piece 71 has a body 711 and two through holes 712 penetrating the body 711 along a top-bottom direction X2 and adapted to be respectively penetrated by the pin portions 611 of the corresponding pins 61. The top-bottom direction X2 is perpendicular to the front-rear direction X1.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the distance between the pin portions 611 of each pin 61 corresponds to the distance between the through holes 712 of each pressing piece 71, so that the pin portion 611 of each pin 61 is inserted into the through hole 712 of the corresponding pressing piece 71, and in other variations of the present embodiment, each pin 61 has only one pin portion 611, and each pressing piece 71 has only one through hole 712 corresponding to the pin 61. Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the housing unit 1 has two housings 11 mutually engaged along a left-right direction X3, a pivot 12 penetrating the housing 11 along the left-right direction X3, a striking slot 13 defined at the bottom of the housing 11 and extending along the front-rear direction X1, a pressing slot 14 extending along the front-rear direction X1 and communicating with the striking slot 13, a striking opening 15 communicating with the striking slot 13 and the front end of the pressing slot 14 and adapted for the outward firing of the pin 61 and the pressing piece 71, and a loading opening 16 communicating with the pressing slot 14 and having a width in the left-right direction X3 larger than that of the pressing group 7. The left-right direction X3 is perpendicular to the front-rear direction X1 and the top-bottom direction X2.
One of the housings 11 has a stopper 111 formed on an inner surface.
The staple striking slot 13 is adapted to receive the staple set 6.
The pressing groove 14 is adapted to accommodate the pressing group 7 and is located below the nail striking groove 13.
The stapling unit 2 includes a stapling sheet 21 for firing the staples 61 and the presser 71.
The handle unit 3 includes a handle 31 adapted to be pressed by a user and rotatable with respect to the pivot shaft 12, and a return spring group 32 provided in the housing unit 1 and corresponding to the striking plate 21. The handle pressing unit 3 is operated to drive the nail striking unit 2 to fire, and can be used for storing elastic potential energy of the recovery spring set 32.
The pressing unit 3 drives the stapling unit 2 to fire the staples 61 one at a time, which is not a technical feature of the present invention, and it is not described in detail.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the loading unit 4 includes a magazine 41, a push pin set 42, a push plate set 43, and a quick release member 44.
The needle magazine 41 has a bottom wall 411 extending in the front-rear direction X1, two side walls 412 extending in the front-rear direction X1 and located on both sides of the bottom wall 411, a sliding groove 413 located on the bottom wall 411 and extending in the front-rear direction X1, a hooking member 414 protruding from the bottom wall 411, and a winding member 415 penetrating the side walls 412, the bottom wall 411 having a front end 416 adjacent to the striking opening 15, and a rear end 417 opposite to the front end 416.
The hooking member 414 is adjacent to the rear end 417 of the bottom wall 411 and has two hooking portions 418 for hooking the needle spring 422 and the presser spring 432, respectively. In other variations of the present embodiment, the hooking member 414 may have only one hooking portion 418 for hooking the needle spring 422 with the pressing spring 432.
Referring to fig. 4,5 and 8, the winding member 415 is adjacent to the front end 416 of the bottom wall 411 and has two recesses 419 for winding the needle spring 422 and the presser spring 432, respectively.
Referring to fig. 4,5 and 6, the ejector pin assembly 42 is mounted on the needle magazine 41 and includes an ejector pin 421 movably disposed on the sidewall 412 along the front-rear direction X1, and the pin spring 422.
The push pin 421 has a pin fixing portion 423 extending downward for hooking the pin spring 422.
One end of the pin spring 422 is fixed to the hooking member 414, and the other end of the pin spring 422 extends reversely around the winding member 415 and is fixed to the pin pushing member 421, and the pin spring 422 constantly provides a biasing force for the pin pushing member 421 to push the pin group 6 toward the nail striking opening 15.
The pressing piece group 43 is attached to the needle magazine 41, and includes a pressing piece 431 provided to the bottom wall 411 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction X1, and the pressing spring 432.
The pressing piece 431 has a pressing piece fixing portion 433 extending upward for the pressing spring 432 to be hooked and movable in the front-rear direction X1 in the sliding groove 413. The push piece 431 and the push pin 421 are respectively disposed at two ends of the needle magazine 41 spaced apart along the top-bottom direction X2.
Referring to fig. 5,6 and 7, when the pushing piece 431 moves to the rear, the filling opening 16 is located in front of the pushing piece 431, so that the tablet group 7 can be filled into the tablet groove 14 through the filling opening 16.
One end of the pressing spring 432 is fixed to one of the hooking portions 418 of the hooking member 414, and the other end of the pressing spring 432 is reversely extended around the winding member 415 and fixed to the pressing piece 431, and the pressing spring 432 constantly provides a biasing force for the pressing piece 431 to push the pressing piece group 7 toward the nail striking opening 15.
The quick release member 44 has a fixed arm 441, a movable arm 442 capable of rotating relative to the fixed arm 441 under force, and a protrusion 443 connected to the movable arm 442 and positioned corresponding to the stop portion 111 of the housing unit 1. When the movable arm 442 is not stressed, the protrusion 443 abuts against the stop portion 111, so as to prevent the needle magazine 41, the nail pushing set 42 and the pressing set 7 from moving away from the nail striking opening 15, thereby preventing the needle magazine 41, the nail pushing set 42 and the pressing set 7 from falling off from the housing unit 1. 2. The nailer of claim 1 wherein: the hooking piece is provided with two hooking parts for hooking the nail needle spring and the pressing spring respectively, and the winding piece is provided with two concave parts for winding the nail needle spring and the pressing spring respectively.
3. The nailer of claim 1 wherein: the push pin piece is provided with a pin fixing part for hooking the pin spring, and the push plate piece is provided with a pressing plate fixing part for hooking the pressing plate spring.
4. The nailer of claim 1 wherein: the push pin piece and the push plate piece are respectively arranged at two ends of the pin box along the top-bottom direction at intervals, and the top-bottom direction is perpendicular to the front-back direction.

The nailer of claim 1 wherein: the cutting unit comprises a cutting piece which is arranged on the shell and is adjacent to the nail striking opening, and the cutting piece is used for cutting off the pressing piece when the pressing piece positioned on the nail striking opening is triggered so as to be separated from the next pressing piece connected with the pressing piece.
6. The nailer of claim 5 wherein: the cutting unit further comprises two elastic pieces which are respectively arranged at two ends of the cutting piece, two ends of each elastic piece are respectively propped against the shell seat unit and the cutting piece, and the cutting piece is provided with biasing force which is constantly far away from the shell seat unit.
