Referring to fig. 5,6 and 7, when the pushing piece 431 moves to the rear, the filling opening 16 is located in front of the pushing piece 431, so that the tablet group 7 can be filled into the tablet groove 14 through the filling opening 16.
One end of the pressing spring 432 is fixed to one of the hooking portions 418 of the hooking member 414, and the other end of the pressing spring 432 is reversely extended around the winding member 415 and fixed to the pressing piece 431, and the pressing spring 432 constantly provides a biasing force for the pressing piece 431 to push the pressing piece group 7 toward the nail striking opening 15.
The quick release member 44 has a fixed arm 441, a movable arm 442 capable of rotating relative to the fixed arm 441 under force, and a protrusion 443 connected to the movable arm 442 and positioned corresponding to the stop portion 111 of the housing unit 1. When the movable arm 442 is not stressed, the protrusion 443 abuts against the stop portion 111, so as to prevent the needle magazine 41, the nail pushing set 42 and the pressing set 7 from moving away from the nail striking opening 15, thereby preventing the needle magazine 41, the nail pushing set 42 and the pressing set 7 from falling off from the housing unit 1. When the user is to load the pin group 6 or the tablet group 7, only the movable arm 442 is forced to rotate relative to the fixed arm 441, the protrusion 443 is rotated downward along with the rotation of the movable arm 442, and then the loading unit 4 is moved backward away from the nail striking opening 15, so long as the backward distance is enough to allow the new length extended by the pin group 6 to enter when the pin group 6 is to be loaded, and when the tablet group 7 is to be loaded, the loading unit 4 is pulled backward to enable the loading opening 16 to be positioned in front of the pushing piece 431 (as shown in fig. 7), so that the user can fill the new tablet group 7 from the loading opening 16.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9A to 9D, the cutting unit 5 includes a cutting member 51 disposed adjacent to the striking hole 15, and two elastic members 52 disposed at both ends of the cutting member 51 spaced apart in the left-right direction X3, respectively.
The cutting member 51 is used to cut the tab 71 off the next tab 71 connected thereto when the tab 71 located at the staple striking opening 15 is struck.
Both ends of each elastic member 52 respectively abut against the housing unit 1 and the cut-off member 51, and provide a biasing force for the cut-off member 51 to be constantly away from the housing unit 1.
For convenience of description, in the following description and fig. 9A to 9D, only the pressing piece 71A located at the striking hole 15 and the pressing piece 71B connected to the pressing piece 71A, and the spike 61A located at the striking hole 15 and the spike 61B connected to the spike 61A are shown in the drawings. In fig. 9A to 9D, the virtual line indicates one contact surface (for example, a paper surface) of the nail gun on which the nail needle 61A and the presser piece 71A are to be nailed.
Referring to fig. 9A, in general, the cutting member 51 is separated from the next pressing piece 71B by a distance D in a state of being naturally not subjected to external force.
Referring to fig. 6 and fig. 9A to 9D, when the user presses the handle pressing unit 3 against the contact surface (as shown in fig. 9B), and the restoring spring set 32 accumulates elastic potential energy and drives the nail striking plate 21 to move downward to press against the nail 61A located near the nail striking opening 15 (as shown in fig. 9C), the nail striking plate 21 drives the nail 61A to continue downward, so that the stitch portions 611 of the nail 61A are respectively inserted into the through holes 712 of the corresponding pressing piece 71A (only one of the through holes 712 of the pressing piece 71A is shown in the cross-section position in fig. 9A), and the pressing portion 612 of the nail 61A can abut against and drive the pressing piece 71A to move toward the nail striking opening 15, thereby simultaneously firing the nail 61A and the pressing piece 71A (as shown in fig. 9D).
In addition, in the foregoing process, since the housing unit 1 is first abutted against the contact surface (as shown in the phantom line of fig. 9B), the cut-off piece 51 approaches the housing unit 1, and the cut-off piece 51 is first abutted against the pressing piece 71B, thereby, as shown in fig. 9C, when the abutting portion 612 of the pin 61A abuts against the pressing piece 71A and moves the pressing piece 71A downward, the connecting line 72 (see the connecting line 72 which is not broken in fig. 9A or 9B) between the pressing piece 71A and the pressing piece 71B is broken due to the pulling of the pressing piece 71A during the downward movement, so that the pressing piece 71A is smoothly separated from the pressing piece 71B to be fired, and, since the cut-off piece 51 is also abutted against the pressing piece 71B, the pressing piece 71B is not struck from the nail striking hole 15 due to the pulling of the pressing piece 71A, thereby achieving the effect of one firing the pressing piece 71A.
When the next firing is to be continued, the staple gun is first moved away from the contact surface, and the cutting member 51 is moved away from the housing unit 1 by the biasing force of the elastic member 52 (see fig. 8), so that the pressing piece 71B is moved to the staple striking opening 15 by the biasing force of the pressing piece spring 432 (see fig. 9D), and the next staple 61B of the staple set 6 is moved to the staple striking opening 15 by the biasing force of the staple spring 422 (see fig. 5), so that the next firing can be continued. In addition, the restoring spring set 32 (refer to fig. 6) also releases the stored elastic potential energy, so that the nail striking plate 21 is restored upwards, and the pressing unit 3 (refer to fig. 6) is restored to the original non-pressed position.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a single pressing piece 73 as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12 may be used, and the difference is that the thickness of the pressing piece 73 is larger than that of the pressing piece 71, and the pressing piece 73 is generally U-shaped, and only one pressing piece 73 is installed at a time in use. In fig. 10, the position of the pressing piece 73 is limited by the case 11 and the cutoff piece 51 of the cutoff unit 5 from the front side and the rear side, respectively, that is, the pressing piece 73 is limited in the space defined by the case 11 and the cutoff piece 51 of the cutoff unit 5. In fig. 11, it can be seen that the cut-off member 51 and the wall surface of one of the housings 11 adjacent to the nail striking opening 15 together limit the pressing piece 73, and the front and rear ends of the pressing piece 73 abut against the one of the housings 11 and the cut-off member 51, respectively. In fig. 12, it can be seen that the pin portions 611 are also respectively inserted into the through holes 712 of the pressing piece 73.
From the above description, the advantages of the present embodiment can be summarized as follows:
1. By arranging the pushing plate set 43, the pressing plate 71 and the nail needle 61 can be simultaneously triggered when the nail gun is triggered, and the pressing plate 71 required by the next trigger can be supplemented, so that the contact area of the nail needle 61 with a contact surface (such as a paper surface) is increased through the pressing plate 71.
2. By providing the cut-off member 51 of the cut-off unit 5, the cut-off member 51 can press the next press piece 71B to break the connecting portion between the press pieces 71A and 71B, so that the press pieces 71A can be smoothly separated from the press pieces 71B, and the cut-off member 51 can prevent the press pieces 71B from being struck out from the nail striking hole 15 along with the connected press pieces 71A during the firing process. In addition, the elastic member 52 of the cutting unit 5 can move the cutting member 51 away from the housing unit 1 when the nail gun does not contact the contact surface, and the pressing piece 71B can be moved to the nail striking opening 15 by the biasing force of the pressing piece spring 432, so that the next firing can be performed.
3. By arranging the filling opening 16 with the width larger than the width of the tablet groove 14, and by the design that the filling opening 16 is positioned in front of the pushing piece 431 when the pushing piece 431 moves to the rear, a user can conveniently fill the tablet group 7 into the tablet groove 14.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
