Abstract
本申请提供了一种通信方法及装置,该方法包括:从网络设备接收邻区上报指示信息;根据测量到的目标小区和所述邻区上报指示信息,确定是否向所述网络设备上报所述目标小区的小区全球标识CGI。本申请提供的通信方法,在维护邻区关系表时,终端设备能够根据网络设备的指示有选择性的仅上报符合要求的目标小区的CGI,减少不必要的上报,从而能够节约终端设备的能耗,并且节约信令开销。
