Abstract
The application discloses a control method for automatically adjusting meeting room environment and an intelligent sensing meeting system, comprising the following steps: detecting whether personnel exist in a conference room by adopting a microwave technology to obtain personnel information; monitoring the temperature and brightness of a conference room in real time to obtain environmental information; and judging the use state of the conference room according to the personnel information and the environment information, and adjusting the environment of the conference room according to the use state of the conference room, wherein the environment of the conference room comprises the brightness of light and the temperature of an air conditioner. By the mode, the conference room environment can be automatically adjusted according to the environmental information and the personnel information of the current conference room, and manual operation is not needed; the intelligent conference system is more intelligent and provides the use feeling and experience feeling of the participants.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of intelligent equipment, in particular to a control method for automatically adjusting meeting room environment and an intelligent sensing meeting system.
Background
The intelligent conference room generally comprises a conference sound amplifying system, a lighting system, an intelligent control system, a video display system and the like, and users carry out unified control through a control operation terminal (software or equipment).

S120: and monitoring the temperature and the brightness of the conference room in real time to obtain environmental information.
S130: and judging the use state of the conference room according to the personnel information and the environment information, and adjusting the environment of the conference room according to the use state of the conference room, wherein the environment of the conference room comprises the brightness of light and the temperature of an air conditioner.
The embodiment adds the functions of personnel perception and environment perception on the traditional intelligent control system, and comprises an intelligent perception host, a human body induction terminal and an environment induction terminal. The intelligent sensing host computer is provided with a plurality of control interfaces (such as a relay, an infrared port, an IO port, a serial port, a network port and the like); the human body induction terminal is a human body induction device of microwave technology; the environment sensing terminal can detect the temperature and the brightness of the conference room in real time. And the conference sensing host acquires the human body induction terminal signal in real time in an occupied state. And when no person perception signal is judged within the continuous T time range, judging that all the participants leave the state. And setting the conference room to be in an idle state, and enabling the conference sensing host to start to enter a sensing occupation state. The conference aware master shuts down all devices in the conference room.
3) When the meeting room equipment is started to be opened, the equipment parameters can be automatically set according to the environment, so that the energy-saving effect is achieved.
The switch of the conference room equipment is controlled by the intelligent perception host computer to be turned on and off by a lighting system, an air conditioning system, a display system, a sound amplification system and the like through a special interface or a protocol. When the function of opening all the devices is started to be executed, the intelligent sensing host firstly obtains indoor brightness and temperature from the environment sensing terminal, and then the intelligent sensing host adjusts parameters according to a preset range.
The device opening process comprises the following steps: the intelligent sensing host executes an equipment opening instruction; acquiring environmental parameters, and the temperature and brightness of a conference room; and environment parameter judgment, wherein the parameter judgment refers to a series of commands or actions for linkage control of the equipment according to the value ranges of the temperature and the brightness, such as: the brightness exceeds 50%, only a part of light is turned on in linkage action, the dimming is in two stages, and the like; the temperature is in different ranges, and the parameters of the air conditioner are configured in response. The parameters of the equipment and the configuration are opened, and the instructions or the actions are executed.
In conclusion, the embodiment can automatically identify the occupation and idle states of the conference room through personnel perception; the equipment is automatically opened and the parameters of the controlled equipment are adjusted through environment perception, so that intelligent control of a conference room is achieved, and the use feeling and experience feeling of participants are improved.
Based on the above control method for automatically adjusting the environment of the conference room, the present application also provides an intelligent sensing conference system, please refer to fig. 2, where fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the intelligent sensing conference system of the present application, and in this embodiment, the intelligent sensing conference system may include:
the human body induction terminal detects whether personnel exist in the meeting room by adopting a microwave technology to obtain personnel information.
And the environment sensing terminal is used for monitoring the temperature and the brightness of the conference room in real time to obtain environment information.
The intelligent sensing host comprises a plurality of control interfaces and is used for connecting the human body sensing terminal and the environment sensing terminal, judging the use state of the conference room according to the information fed back by the personnel information and the environment, and adjusting the environment of the conference room according to the use state of the conference room.
Optionally, the smart aware host can control the on/off of the devices in the conference room and set the parameters thereof through a plurality of control interfaces.

The intelligent perception host can control all devices in the conference room, including but not limited to a conference sound reinforcement system, a display system, a light system, an air conditioning system and the like.

and judging the use state of the conference room according to the personnel information and the environment information, and adjusting the environment of the conference room according to the use state of the conference room, wherein the environment of the conference room comprises the brightness of light and the temperature of an air conditioner.
2. The control method for automatically adjusting the environment of a conference room according to claim 1, wherein the determining the use status of the conference room according to the personnel information and the environment information further comprises:
