Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment for an oil field wellhead, in particular to a wellhead communication temperature rise control system.
Background
Along with the development of a thick well block of an oil field, a large amount of new wells are put into production, the yield is rapidly increased, so that great challenges are met for oil reservoirs, shafts, gathering and transportation, production organizations and the like, the conventional oil extraction process cannot meet the normal production of the oil well, and the problems of high return pressure, poor heat tracing effect, easy pipe blockage during well shutdown and the like follow. At present, the pressure of a gathering and transportation system is reduced by adopting a pump truck hot washing pipeline and a self-circulation hot washing pipeline, and a high-frequency electric tracing band is matched with a heat preservation gathering and transportation process for heating, so that the normal production of an oil well is ensured, but the power cost of a single well is also increased rapidly.

The invention aims to solve the problems of high running cost of car washing, back pressure reduction, medium frequency reduction, electric heating belt temperature rise and the like in the prior art and provide a wellhead temperature rise control system.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the technical scheme has the advantages of fast temperature rise, stable temperature operation, electricity saving, replacement of intermediate frequency and electric heating belt, and the well mouth of the shut-down well is insulated.
The preferred scheme of the invention is as follows:
the section structure of the vertical shell is a large annular structure, and the section structure of the vertical cylinder is a small annular structure; the section structure of the vertical shell and the section structure of the vertical cylinder form an 8-shaped through structure.

The wellhead-communicated temperature rise control system in the embodiment is composed of a vertical shell 3 and a horizontal shell 5 connected with the vertical shell 3, the vertical shell 3 and the horizontal shell 5 are respectively sleeved on a production pipeline 7, the production pipeline 7 is composed of a vertical production pipeline 701 and a horizontal production pipeline 702, and the production pipeline 7 is connected with a liquid supply pipeline. Wherein, the vertical shell 3 is provided with a vertical cylinder 4, and the vertical shell 3 and the vertical cylinder 4 are arranged with equal length. The lower part of the horizontal shell 5 is connected with a horizontal cylinder 6, and the horizontal cylinder 6 and the horizontal shell 5 are arranged with equal length.
The vertical shell 3 is provided with a casing yield control device and an oil pipe yield control device, the oil pipe yield control device is arranged at the position, close to the top end, of the vertical shell 3, and the casing yield control device is arranged at the position, close to the bottom of the vertical shell 3. In this embodiment, the casing production control device and the tubing production control device have the same structure.
The installation axis of the sleeve yield control device and the axis of the vertical shell 3 in the length direction are in a vertical cross structure, and the axis of the oil pipe yield control device and the axis of the vertical shell 3 in the length direction are in a vertical cross structure.
The vertical shell 3 is connected with the vertical cylinder 4, the section of the vertical shell 3 and the section of the vertical cylinder 4 are in an 8-shaped through structure, and the anti-freezing solution and an electric heating rod electrically connected with the outside are additionally arranged in the vertical cylinder, as shown in the structure in fig. 5. The lower end of the vertical housing 3 is connected to the horizontal housing by a section of vertical production line 701. A horizontal cylinder 6 is arranged on the horizontal shell 5, and the section of the horizontal shell 5 and the section of the horizontal cylinder 6 are also in an 8-shaped through structure; the horizontal cylinder is also filled with antifreeze and an electric heating rod electrically connected with the outside. The vertical production pipeline 701 is composed of a first long pipe 709, a second long pipe 705, a third long pipe 704, a first short pipe 707 and a second short pipe 708, the first long pipe 709, the second long pipe 705 and the third long pipe 704 are arranged in parallel, the first long pipe 709 and the second long pipe 705 are connected through the first short pipe 707, and the second long pipe 705 and the third long pipe 704 are connected through the second short pipe 708; the inner diameter of the first sleeve is connected with a third long pipe 704 through a communicating hole; the communication holes on the inner diameter of the second sleeve are in communication with the second long tube 705.
The inner diameter of the vertical shell 3 is enough to put down three first long pipes 709, second long pipes 705 and first long pipes 704 which are arranged in parallel, the pipe diameters of the first long pipes 709, the second long pipes 705 and the first long pipes 704 are equal, and the lengths of the first short pipe 797 and the second short pipe 708 can be just suitable for connecting the two long pipes and realizing turning and parallel arrangement. The vertical shell 3 can adopt two 3 structures to be welded to form a through structure with an 8-shaped section and is sleeved outside the three long pipes arranged in parallel.
The first sleeve outer diameter is connected with the vertical shell 3 by welding. Similarly, the second sleeve outer diameter is also connected to the vertical housing 3 by welding.
An internal thread structure 102 is arranged on the first sleeve, and the internal thread structure 102 is connected with a first oil outlet pipe joint; similarly, the second sleeve is also provided with an internal thread structure, and the internal thread structure is connected with the second oil outlet pipe joint.
The section structure of the vertical shell 3 is a large annular structure, and the section structure of the vertical cylinder 4 is a small annular structure; as shown in fig. 5; the section structure of the horizontal shell 5 is also in a large annular structure, and the section structure of the horizontal cylinder 6 is in a small annular structure. The vertical shell 3, the vertical cylinder 4, the horizontal shell 5 and the horizontal cylinder 6 are respectively filled with antifreeze, and a heating rod is arranged in the antifreeze.
The two ends of a first sleeve in the sleeve yield control device respectively extend out of the vertical shell 3, a first plug is arranged at one end 101 of the first sleeve, the other end 103 of the first sleeve is connected with a Christmas tree, a first lateral pipe 106 is arranged at the other end 103 of the first sleeve, and the axis of the first lateral pipe 106 is perpendicular to the axis of the first sleeve.
The oil pipe yield control device is structurally arranged in the same way, two ends of a second casing pipe in the oil pipe yield control device respectively extend out of the vertical shell 3, one end of the second casing pipe is provided with a second plug, the other end of the second casing pipe is connected with the Christmas tree, the other end of the second casing pipe is provided with a second side pipe, and the axis of the second side pipe is perpendicular to the axis of the second casing pipe; the first side tube 106 and the second side tube are used for installing a pressure gauge respectively.
The second long pipe 705 is provided with a sampling pipe 706 near the first short pipe 707, the sampling pipe 706 extends out of the vertical shell 3, and the outer diameter of the sampling pipe 3 is connected with the vertical shell.
The system is installed on a G24-P39 wellhead site to replace the original wellhead process, the temperature rise on the site can reach more than 80 ℃, the temperature is set to 80-75 ℃ from the wellhead to the process end (the original electric heating zone area), and the end is 64 ℃. The applicable range of the system is as follows: heavy oil wells, carbon dioxide relief wells, high pressure gas wells and flowing wells.
In the working process, the system heats the antifreeze solution through the heating rod according to the heat conduction principle, so that the temperature of oil well products is increased, the running resistance of the oil well products is reduced, and the normal production of the oil well is ensured; the system has the characteristics of quick temperature rise and stable operation, and realizes real-time temperature acquisition and automatic regulation and control.
