The second hoop auxiliary belt 3 is tightly attached to the inner side of the hoop main belt 1 and is arranged opposite to the first hoop auxiliary belt 2; the middle point of the second hoop auxiliary belt 3 is welded with the inner side of the elastic bow belt 13; the four second locking grooves 31 are used for fixing the end part of the second hoop auxiliary belt 3 and the elastic bow belt 13 together; the side edge of the overlapped part of the elastic bow band 13 and the second hoop sub-band 3 can be clamped into the four second clamping grooves 31.
The adjusting bolt 4 is of a bolt structure, and the adjusting bolt 4 is installed on the hoop main belt 1 through a first installation hole 11 and a second installation hole 12 on the hoop main belt 1; the bolt 4 is screwed to adjust the distance between the first mounting hole 11 and the second mounting hole 12, and the inner diameter of the hoop and the mounting pretightening force can be adjusted.
When the adjustable pre-tightening hoop is used, a first connecting pipe 5 and a second connecting pipe 6 with the same diameter are aligned, and the hoop is sleeved outside the pipe, particularly at the connecting position of the first connecting pipe 5 and the second connecting pipe 6; the hoop is in a loose state, so that the hoop is positioned at the lap joint position between the two connecting pipes; the adjusting bolt 4 is screwed down, so that the distance between the first mounting hole 11 and the second mounting hole 12 is continuously reduced, the inner diameter of the hoop is continuously reduced until the hoop is completely attached to the outer walls of the two connecting pipes; and continuously screwing the bolt to enable the elastic bow belt 13 to be in a stressed state, tensioning the strap, and finishing the installation of the hoop with certain pretightening force.
