The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the second piston plate 25 is driven by a driving member, specifically, the first motor 31 drives the turntable 30 to rotate, the slider 29 synchronously rotates and slides in the chute 28 to drive the piston rod 26 to move back and forth, so as to achieve the purpose of pushing the second piston plate 25 to move. The pressure intensity in the buffer tank 19 can be conveniently adjusted to control the feeding/discharging amount.

As shown in fig. 1-5 and 7, the protection type high-low voltage switch cabinet provided by the invention comprises a cabinet body 1, an air inlet machine 2, an air outlet machine 3, a partition plate 4, a protection assembly 6, a temperature sensor, a smoke sensor and a controller; the air inlet machine 2 and the air outlet machine 3 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cabinet body 1; the partition plate 4 is arranged between the air inlet machine 2 and the air outlet machine 3, and divides the cabinet body 1 into a refrigeration chamber 9 and an operation chamber 8, and the partition plate 4 is provided with a ventilation opening 5; the temperature sensor and the smoke sensor are arranged in the operation chamber 8; the protection component 6 is arranged on the cabinet body 1; the controller is in signal connection with the protection component 6, the temperature sensor and the smoke sensor.

And a second vent valve is arranged on the buffer tank 19.
As shown in fig. 5, a limiting plate 16 is arranged inside the refrigeration box 10; the limiting plate 16 is positioned below the first piston plate 15; the circulating pipe 11 is communicated with the lower part of the limiting plate 16; an elastic element 17 is arranged between the limit plate 16 and the piston plate 15. The piston plate one 15 moves above the limit plate 16 and liquid carbon dioxide is ejected when moving downward. After the fire is relieved, the first vent valve 18 is opened, the first piston plate 15 moves upwards to reset under the assistance of the elastic element 17, new liquid carbon dioxide is added, and the refrigeration box 10 continues to refrigerate.

As shown in fig. 1-5 and 7, the protection type high-low voltage switch cabinet provided by the invention comprises a cabinet body 1, an air inlet machine 2, an air outlet machine 3, a partition plate 4, a protection assembly 6, a temperature sensor, a smoke sensor and a controller; the air inlet machine 2 and the air outlet machine 3 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cabinet body 1; the partition plate 4 is arranged between the air inlet machine 2 and the air outlet machine 3, and divides the cabinet body 1 into a refrigeration chamber 9 and an operation chamber 8, and the partition plate 4 is provided with a ventilation opening 5; the temperature sensor and the smoke sensor are arranged in the operation chamber 8; the protection component 6 is arranged on the cabinet body 1; the controller is in signal connection with the protection component 6, the temperature sensor and the smoke sensor.
The protection assembly 6 comprises a refrigeration box 10, a circulating pipe 11, a circulating pump, a first storage box 12, a spray head 14, a first piston plate 15, a first communicating pipe 41, a buffer box 19, a second storage box 20, a second communicating pipe 21, a fire extinguishing pipe 22, a third communicating pipe 24, a second piston plate 25 and a driving piece; the first storage box 12, the buffer box 19 and the second storage box 20 are all arranged outside the cabinet body 1; the refrigeration box 10 is arranged in the refrigeration chamber 9, liquid carbon dioxide is filled in the refrigeration box, the refrigeration box is communicated with the material storage box I12 through a circulating pipe 11 and matched with a circulating pump to realize circulation of the liquid carbon dioxide, and a vent valve I18 is arranged on the refrigeration box 10; the spray head 14 is arranged at the lower end of the refrigeration box 10, and the liquid outlet end extends into the operation chamber 8; the piston plate I15 moving up and down is arranged in the refrigeration box 10 in a sliding manner; the first communication pipe 41 is communicated with the upper end of the refrigeration box 10 and the front side of the buffer box 19; the lower end of the fire extinguishing pipe 22 extends into the operation chamber 8, and the upper end extends into the refrigeration chamber 9; the second communicating pipe 21 communicates the upper end of the fire extinguishing pipe 22 with the front side of the buffer tank 19; the communication pipe III 24 is communicated with the front side of the buffer tank 19 and the storage tank II 20; a dry powder extinguishing agent is filled in the material storage box II 20; the second piston plate 25 is arranged inside the buffer box 19 and slides back and forth through the transmission of the driving piece. And a second vent valve is arranged on the buffer tank 19.
As shown in fig. 8-10, the cabinet body 1 is provided with a dehumidifying part 7 and a humidity sensor; the dehumidifying part 7 comprises a mounting plate 42, a dehumidifying box 32, a second motor 34, a driving cover 35, a first gear 36, a second gear 37, a transmission shaft 38 and a stirring sheet 39; the cabinet body 1 is provided with a through hole; the mounting plate 42 passes through the through hole and is detachably arranged outside the cabinet body 1; the moisture removal box 32 is clamped on the through hole, a moisture absorption hole 33 is formed in the moisture removal box 32, and a moisture absorption agent is filled in the moisture absorption hole; the second motor 34 and the driving cover 35 are both arranged on the mounting plate 42, and the main shaft extends into the driving cover 35 and is in key connection with the first gear 36; the second gear 37 is meshed with the first gear 36 and is connected with one end of the transmission shaft 38 in a key mode; the other end of the transmission shaft 38 extends into the dehumidifying box 32 and is rotatably connected with the dehumidifying box, and the stirring sheet 39 is arranged outside the transmission shaft.
Further, the mounting plate 42 is provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet which are communicated with the dehumidifying box 32; the feed inlet and the discharge outlet are both provided with pistons 40.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the moisture absorbent dehumidifies the air in the cabinet 1. The second motor 34 is started periodically, and is in meshed transmission through the first gear 36 and the second gear 37, the transmission shaft 38 and the stirring sheet 39 rotate synchronously, so that the agglomerated moisture absorbent is dispersed, and the moisture absorption effect is ensured. When humidity sensor monitoring humidity was too big, the staff opened piston 40, the change that removes the tide agent from the outside can, easy operation, convenience have further improved the safeguard effect of the cabinet body 1.

A protective high-low voltage switch cabinet is characterized by comprising a cabinet body (1), an air inlet machine (2), an air outlet machine (3), a partition plate (4), a protective assembly (6), a temperature sensor, a smoke sensor and a controller; the air inlet machine (2) and the air outlet machine (3) are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the cabinet body (1); the partition plate (4) is arranged between the air inlet machine (2) and the air outlet machine (3) and divides the cabinet body (1) into a refrigeration chamber (9) and an operation chamber (8), and the partition plate (4) is provided with a ventilation opening (5); the temperature sensor and the smoke sensor are arranged in the operation chamber (8); the protection component (6) is arranged on the cabinet body (1); the controller is in signal connection with the protection component (6), the temperature sensor and the smoke sensor;
the protection assembly (6) comprises a refrigeration box (10), a circulating pipe (11), a circulating pump, a first material storage box (12), a spray head (14), a first piston plate (15), a first communicating pipe (41), a buffer box (19), a second material storage box (20), a second communicating pipe (21), a fire extinguishing pipe (22), a third communicating pipe (24), a second piston plate (25) and a driving piece; the first storage box (12), the buffer box (19) and the second storage box (20) are all arranged outside the cabinet body (1); the refrigeration box (10) is arranged in the refrigeration chamber (9), is filled with liquid carbon dioxide and is communicated with the material storage box I (12) through a circulating pipe (11) and matched with a circulating pump to realize circulation of the liquid carbon dioxide; the spray head (14) is arranged at the lower end of the refrigeration box (10), and the liquid outlet end extends into the operation chamber (8); the piston plate I (15) moving up and down is arranged in the refrigeration box (10) in a sliding manner; the first communicating pipe (41) is communicated with the upper end of the refrigeration box (10) and the front side of the buffer box (19); the lower end of the fire extinguishing pipe (22) extends into the operation chamber (8), and the upper end thereof extends into the refrigeration chamber (9); the second communicating pipe (21) is communicated with the upper end of the fire extinguishing pipe (22) and the front side of the buffer tank (19); the communication pipe III (24) is communicated with the front side of the buffer tank (19) and the storage tank II (20); a dry powder extinguishing agent is filled in the storage box II (20); the second piston plate (25) is arranged in the buffer box (19) and slides forwards and backwards through the transmission of the driving piece.
2. A protective high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that a filter screen is arranged on the ventilation opening (5).
3. The protective high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet body (1) is provided with a ventilation valve; the air inlet machine (2) and the air outlet machine (3) are respectively communicated with the outside through corresponding ventilation valves.

The protective high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, wherein an air guide frame (13) is arranged outside the refrigeration box (10); the air guide frames (13) are arranged in multiple groups, and air guide channels are formed among the multiple groups of air guide frames (13); the trend of the air guide channel is consistent with the air outlet direction of the air outlet machine (3).
5. The protective high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the circulating pipe (11), the spray head (14), the first communicating pipe (41), the second communicating pipe (21) and the third communicating pipe (24) are all provided with control valves.
6. The high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the fire extinguishing tube (22) is vertically disposed and has multi-directional nozzles (23) spaced apart from each other.

The protective high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the driving member comprises a piston rod (26), a moving seat (27), a sliding block (29), a rotating disc (30) and a first motor (31); one end of the piston rod (26) extends into the buffer box (19) and is connected with the second piston plate (25), and the other end of the piston rod is connected with the moving seat (27); the bottom of the movable seat (27) is provided with a chute (28); the rotary disc (30) driven by the first motor (31) is rotationally arranged at the rear side of the buffer box (19); the slide block (29) is arranged on the non-circle center position of the rotary table (30), extends into the slide groove (28) above and is connected with the groove wall in a sliding way.

A protection type high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that a limiting plate (16) is arranged in the refrigeration box (10); the limiting plate (16) is positioned below the first piston plate (15); the circulating pipe (11) is communicated with the lower part of the limiting plate (16); an elastic part (17) is arranged between the limiting plate (16) and the first piston plate (15).

The protective high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet body (1) is provided with a moisture removal member (7) and a humidity sensor; the dehumidifying part (7) comprises a mounting plate (42), a dehumidifying box (32), a second motor (34), a driving cover (35), a first gear (36), a second gear (37), a transmission shaft (38) and a stirring sheet (39); the cabinet body (1) is provided with a through hole; the mounting plate (42) passes through the through hole and is detachably arranged outside the cabinet body (1); the moisture removal box (32) is clamped on the through hole, a moisture absorption hole (33) is formed in the moisture removal box (32), and a moisture absorption agent is filled in the moisture absorption hole; the motor II (34) and the driving cover (35) are both arranged on the mounting plate (42), and the main shaft extends into the driving cover (35) and is connected with the gear I (36) in a key mode; the second gear (37) is meshed with the first gear (36) and is connected with one end of the transmission shaft (38) in a key mode; the other end of the transmission shaft (38) extends into the moisture removing box (32) and is connected with the moisture removing box in a rotating way, and meanwhile, the outer part of the transmission shaft is provided with a stirring sheet (39).
10. The protective high-low voltage switch cabinet according to claim 9, wherein the mounting plate (42) is provided with a feed inlet and a discharge outlet which are communicated with the moisture removal box (32); the feed inlet and the discharge outlet are both provided with pistons (40).
