Abstract
The invention provides a main bearing of a heading machine, which comprises an outer ring assembly, an inner ring assembly and a roller assembly. The processing method of the main bearing outer ring assembly comprises the following steps: the inner and outer surfaces of the first outer ring and the second outer ring are processed, and then quenching areas of the first outer ring and the second outer ring are quenched; processing a threaded hole in the first outer ring and a third mounting hole in the second outer ring; the threaded hole of the first outer ring and the third mounting hole of the second outer ring are connected with each other through a bolt, and then a pin shaft hole is machined; and after the first outer ring and the second outer ring are accurately positioned and connected through the pin shaft, a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole are processed. According to the invention, the outer ring assembly is processed through the steps, so that the occurrence of step shearing of the main driving connecting bolt between the contact surfaces of the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole during the assembly of the outer ring assembly is avoided, the perpendicularity and the processing precision between the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole are effectively ensured, and the assembly precision during the repeated disassembly and assembly of the main bearing of the heading machine is ensured.

Background
In the heading machine, the main bearing is used as the heart of the full-face tunnel heading machine and bears the main load in the operation process of the heading machine. The main drive of the heading machine is arranged on a shield body of the heading machine, the main bearing is arranged in the middle of the main drive, and the outer ring of the main bearing and the main drive are firmly fixed by a connecting bolt which passes through a connecting through hole of the main bearing between the main drive and the main bearing; the weight of silt in the cutter head and the tunneling process of the shield tunneling machine is transmitted to the inner ring of the main bearing through the main driving flange, and the roller assembly bears the running load of the tunneling machine, so that the machining precision of the connecting through hole in the main bearing has great significance on the connecting bolt of the main drive and the performance of the main drive.
At present, the assembly method of the mounting through hole on the main bearing adopts split processing, and the method can easily cause that the connecting through hole can not ensure the coaxiality of the outer ring of the main bearing when the outer ring is assembled due to the positioning error of a machine tool, the abrasion of a cutter and the like, so that the perpendicularity of the outer ring connecting through hole is deviated when the outer ring is assembled due to the step. However, when the heading machine is heading under a severe working condition, the connecting through holes cannot guarantee that the coaxiality of the connecting through holes can shear the main driving connecting bolt during the assembly of the outer ring, the stress working condition of the main driving connecting bolt is deteriorated, and the risk that the main driving connecting bolt is cut off by the assembling steps between the mounting holes exists.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a main bearing of a heading machine, which comprises an outer ring assembly, an inner ring assembly and a roller assembly; the outer ring assembly comprises a first outer ring and a second outer ring which are arranged in parallel along the same central axis; the first outer ring is provided with a first connecting hole, a first mounting hole, a threaded hole and a first pin shaft hole, and the first connecting hole is arranged in a penetrating manner along the central axis of the first outer ring; the first mounting hole, the threaded hole and the first pin shaft hole are all provided with a plurality of first mounting holes distributed along the central axis of the first outer ring; the second outer ring is provided with a second connecting hole, a second mounting hole, a third mounting hole and a second pin shaft hole, and the second connecting hole is arranged in a penetrating manner along the central axis of the second outer ring; the second mounting hole, the third mounting hole and the second pin shaft hole are all provided with a plurality of pins distributed along the central axis of the second outer ring and are respectively arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first mounting hole, the threaded hole and the first pin shaft hole; the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole form a mounting cavity for mounting a roller assembly and an inner ring, and the roller assembly is arranged between the outer ring assembly and the inner ring.
