5. The car digital key management method according to claim 1, wherein: the biometric data is a combination of one or more of the following: facial feature data, fingerprint feature data, iris feature data, and tone feature data.
6. The car digital key management method according to claim 1, wherein: the digital key comprises a smart phone and wearable equipment with an NFC function.
7. An automobile digital key management system is characterized in that: the system comprises a digital key system and a user terminal, wherein the digital key system comprises a vehicle identification module, a key identification module and an identity matching module;
the vehicle identification module is used for identifying vehicle information to obtain a vehicle identification result when the digital key is connected with a vehicle;
the key identification module is used for sending a wake-up request according to a vehicle identification result and acquiring a key identification code according to the wake-up request;
the identity matching module is used for acquiring and identifying biological feature data of a user, judging whether the biological feature data is matched with the key identification code and the prestored original biological features at the same time to obtain an identity matching result, and if the identity matching result is matched at the same time, successfully identifying the identity and controlling the unlocking of the automobile; and if the identity matching results are not matched at the same time, the identity recognition fails, and reminding information is sent to the user terminal.
8. The vehicle digital key management system of claim 7, wherein said system further comprises:
the identity detection module is used for detecting whether the biological characteristic data of the user is a new user or not when the identity identification fails;
the authorization request module is used for sending an authorization request to a user terminal when detecting that the biological characteristic data of the user is a new user, the user terminal acquires authorization management information according to the authorization request and verifies a digital signature in the authorization management information at the same time, and if the authorization management information passes the verification, authorization range information and authorization use information are determined according to the authorization management information; and the automobile unlocking control device is also used for generating a user authorization code according to the authorization range information and the authorization use information and controlling the automobile to unlock according to the user authorization code.
9. A computer device, characterized by: comprising a processor coupled to a memory for storing a computer program and a memory for executing the computer program stored in the memory to cause the computer device to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
