It can be understood that, because the dazzling color shell comprises the dazzling color film, the adhesive layer, the injection molding material particle layer, the silicone resin layer and the injection molding material main body layer, the dazzling color film, the adhesive layer, the injection molding material particle layer, the silicone resin layer and the injection molding material main body layer can be laminated together better only by higher pressure maintaining molding pressure and time to form the dazzling color shell with stable structure, when the pressure maintaining molding pressure is less than 65MPa, the pressure maintaining molding pressure is too low to exhaust gas well, and the materials cannot be laminated together well to influence the finished product quality of the dazzling color shell, when the pressure maintaining molding pressure is more than 70MPa, the pressure maintaining molding pressure is too high, which not only needs more input energy resources, but also may damage the dazzling color film, so that the dazzling color film has cracks and the like, and the finished product quality of the dazzling color shell is reduced, therefore, under comprehensive consideration, the pressure of the pressure maintaining molding is controlled to be 65 MPa-70 MPa, the pressure maintaining and forming time is preferably 45-55 s, so that the pressure maintaining and forming pressure and the pressure maintaining and forming time are moderate, the surface of the prepared colorful shell finished product is smooth and flat, and the quality is best.
In one embodiment, after the first coating operation is performed on the color filter film to form an adhesive layer on the color filter film, the adhesive layer is further semi-cured to semi-cure the adhesive layer. It can be understood that the adhesive layer may be semi-cured by performing a semi-curing operation on the adhesive layer, and specifically, in this embodiment, the adhesive layer is a thermosetting adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is in a semi-cured state, the adhesive layer can be enabled to keep a certain shape, and simultaneously, the adhesive layer is not cured completely, the adhesive layer has good toughness, the shape required can be bent, namely, the adhesive layer is semi-cured, not only can a colorful film be enabled to be in a certain shape after being combined with the adhesive layer, deformation is not prone to occurring, meanwhile, certain toughness can be kept, the colorful film can be conveniently attached to a cavity of an injection mold, the adhesive layer is in a semi-cured state and has certain viscosity, adhesion to an injection molding material particle layer can be guaranteed, normal proceeding of follow-up operation is guaranteed, mechanical strength of the colorful film is further improved, deformation is avoided, quality of a colorful shell obtained through follow-up preparation is further improved, and the colorful shell with a more smooth and attractive appearance is obtained.
In an embodiment, the colorful shell is prepared by the method for preparing the colorful shell according to any one of the above embodiments. The colorful shell is prepared by the preparation method of any one of the embodiments, and the prepared colorful shell is flat and smooth in appearance and good in quality.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following advantages:
the colorful film is placed into the cavity of the injection mold, filling gas is introduced, the colorful film can be flatly paved in the cavity and completely attached to the side wall of the cavity, the injection mold is heated to play a role of preheating, so that the air pressure in the cavity is increased, the filling gas can be more uniformly filled in the cavity, the colorful film can be better filled and supported, the temperature is heated to 50-80 ℃, the temperature is kept for 1-2 min, the cavity can be in a constant-temperature and constant-pressure environment, injection molding materials are injected through injection molding holes arranged at the first end of the injection mold, and meanwhile, the injection molding holes arranged at the second end of the injection mold are used for carrying out operation, so that the colorful film can play a role in air exhaust, and can play a good role in drainage, so that the injection molding materials can be quickly and uniformly injected into the cavity to be quickly and uniformly pumped out, and can be well attached to the colorful film, the deformation phenomenon of the colorful film is prevented, the colorful film is prevented from being folded or striped, and the prepared colorful film shell is smooth and flat in appearance and good in quality.

Example 1
Providing a colorful film, performing primary coating operation on the colorful film to enable the colorful film to form an adhesive layer, spraying injection molding material particles on the surface of the adhesive layer to enable an injection molding material particle layer to be formed, performing secondary coating operation on the surface of the injection molding material particle layer to enable a silicon resin adhesive layer to be formed on the surface of the injection molding material particle layer, placing the colorful film into a cavity of an injection mold, and introducing nitrogen into the cavity of the injection mold to enable the nitrogen to fill the cavity of the injection mold;
heating the injection mold to 50 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1 min;
inject the injection molding material into injection mold's die cavity through the hole of moulding plastics to it is right through the hole of bleeding the operation of bleeding injection mold's die cavity, the pressurize shaping, the fashioned pressure of control pressurize is 65MPa, and the fashioned time of pressurize is 45s, and the cooling, the die sinking obtain embodiment 1 dazzle various casing, the hole of moulding plastics set up in injection mold's first end, the hole of moulding plastics with the die cavity intercommunication, injection mold's second end is provided with the hole of bleeding, injection mold's first end and second end set up dorsad, the hole of bleeding with the die cavity intercommunication.
Example 2
Providing a colorful film, performing primary coating operation on the colorful film to enable the colorful film to form an adhesive layer, spraying injection molding material particles on the surface of the adhesive layer to enable an injection molding material particle layer to be formed, performing secondary coating operation on the surface of the injection molding material particle layer to enable a silicon resin adhesive layer to be formed on the surface of the injection molding material particle layer, placing the colorful film into a cavity of an injection mold, and introducing nitrogen into the cavity of the injection mold to enable the nitrogen to fill the cavity of the injection mold;
heating the injection mold to 65 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1.5 min;
inject the injection molding material into injection mold's die cavity through the hole of moulding plastics to it is right through the hole of bleeding the operation of bleeding injection mold's die cavity, the pressurize shaping, the fashioned pressure of control pressurize is 67.5MPa, and the fashioned time of pressurize is 50s, and the cooling, the die sinking obtain embodiment 2 dazzle various casing, the hole of moulding plastics set up in injection mold's first end, the hole of moulding plastics with the die cavity intercommunication, injection mold's second end is provided with the hole of bleeding, injection mold's first end and second end set up dorsad, the hole of bleeding with the die cavity intercommunication.
Example 3

Providing a colorful film, performing primary coating operation on the colorful film to enable the colorful film to form an adhesive layer, performing semi-curing operation on the adhesive layer to enable the adhesive layer to be semi-cured, spraying injection molding material particles on the surface of the adhesive layer to enable an injection molding material particle layer to be formed, performing secondary coating operation on the surface of the injection molding material particle layer to enable a silicon resin adhesive layer to be formed on the surface of the injection molding material particle layer, putting the colorful film into a cavity of an injection mold, and introducing nitrogen into the cavity of the injection mold to enable the nitrogen to fill the cavity of the injection mold;
heating the injection mold to 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 2 min;
inject the injection molding material into injection mold's die cavity through the hole of moulding plastics to it is right through the hole of bleeding the operation of bleeding injection mold's die cavity, the pressurize shaping, control pressurize fashioned pressure is 70MPa, and the fashioned time of pressurize is 55s, and the cooling, the die sinking obtains embodiment 4 and dazzles various casing, the hole of moulding plastics set up in injection mold's first end, the hole of moulding plastics with the die cavity intercommunication, injection mold's second end is provided with the hole of bleeding, injection mold's first end and second end set up dorsad, the hole of bleeding with the die cavity intercommunication.

inject the injection molding material into injection mold's die cavity through the hole of moulding plastics to it is right through the hole of bleeding the operation of bleeding injection mold's die cavity, the pressurize shaping, control pressurize fashioned pressure is 70MPa, and the fashioned time of pressurize is 55s, and the cooling, the die sinking obtains dazzling various casing of comparative example 1, the hole of moulding plastics set up in injection mold's first end, the hole of moulding plastics with the die cavity intercommunication, injection mold's second end is provided with the hole of bleeding, injection mold's first end and second end set up dorsad, the hole of bleeding with the die cavity intercommunication.
Comparative example 2
Providing a colorful film, performing one-time coating operation on the colorful film to enable the colorful film to form an adhesive layer, putting the colorful film into a cavity of an injection mold, and introducing nitrogen into the cavity of the injection mold to enable the cavity of the injection mold to be filled with the nitrogen;

In the above examples, polycarbonate was used as the injection molding material, and the tests were carried out on examples 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2 and 3, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, compared with the colorful shell of comparative example 1, the colorful shells prepared in embodiments 1 to 4 all have excellent appearances, the shells have smooth and flat appearances and high quality, and the colorful films are firmly combined with the shells, and the structural stability is good, compared with embodiment 3, comparative examples 2 and 3, and a silicone resin layer is obtained by spraying plastic injection layers and secondary coating, so that the appearances of the colorful shells can be further improved, the appearance quality of the prepared colorful shells is better, the preparation method of the colorful shell can well attach and combine the shells and the colorful films together, the deformation phenomenon of the colorful films is favorably prevented, the colorful films are prevented from generating wrinkles or stripes, the prepared colorful shell has smooth and flat appearances, and good quality, and the preparation method is simple and is suitable for industrial production.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the colorful shell is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a colorful film, placing the colorful film into a cavity of an injection mold, and introducing filling gas into the cavity of the injection mold so that the cavity of the injection mold is filled with the filling gas;
heating the injection mold to 50-80 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1-2 min;
inject the injection molding material into injection mold's die cavity through the hole of moulding plastics to it is right through the hole of bleeding the operation of bleeding injection mold's die cavity, pressurize shaping, the cooling, the die sinking obtains dazzling various casing, the hole of moulding plastics set up in injection mold's first end, the hole of moulding plastics with the die cavity intercommunication, injection mold's second end is provided with the aspirating hole, injection mold's first end and second end set up dorsad, the aspirating hole with the die cavity intercommunication.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the injection molding compound is at least one of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate.
3. The method for manufacturing the colorful shell according to claim 1, wherein before the operation of placing the colorful film into the cavity of the injection mold, a coating operation is further performed on the colorful film, so that the colorful film forms an adhesive layer.
4. The method for manufacturing the colorful shell according to claim 3, wherein after the operation of coating the colorful film to form an adhesive layer on the colorful film, injection molding particles are further sprayed on the surface of the adhesive layer to form an injection molding particle layer.
5. The method for manufacturing a glare shield according to claim 4, wherein after the step of spraying the injection molding particles on the surface of the adhesive layer to form a layer of injection molding particles, the step of coating the surface of the layer of injection molding particles again to form a layer of silicone glue on the surface of the layer of injection molding particles.
6. The method of manufacturing a glare shield case according to claim 1, wherein in the pressure-maintaining molding operation, the pressure of the pressure-maintaining molding is controlled to be 65MPa to 70MPa, and the time of the pressure-maintaining molding is controlled to be 45s to 55 s.
7. The method for manufacturing the colorful shell according to claim 3, wherein after the operation of performing the primary coating operation on the colorful film to form an adhesive layer on the colorful film, a semi-curing operation is further performed on the adhesive layer to semi-cure the adhesive layer.
8. The method of making a glare shield according to claim 3, wherein said adhesive layer is a thermoset adhesive layer.
9. The method of making a glare housing of claim 1, wherein the fill gas is nitrogen.
10. A colorful shell, characterized in that the colorful shell is prepared by the preparation method of the colorful shell as claimed in any one of the claims 1 to 9.
