1. A nasal allergen filter, comprising:
the connecting block (1), two mounting holes (2) are formed in the inner bottom surface of the connecting block (1), a first casing (3) is arranged inside each mounting hole (2), and a second casing (4) is arranged inside each mounting hole (2);
the filter assembly is arranged on the inner circular wall surface of the second casing (4) and is used for filtering dust in air;

two connecting columns (5), wherein the two connecting columns (5) are fixedly arranged on the inner circular wall surface of the second casing (4), the outer circular wall surface of the connecting column (5) is provided with threads, the inner circular wall surface of the first casing (3) is provided with two first connecting grooves (15), the inner circular wall surface of the first casing (3) is provided with a supporting column (6), one end of the supporting column (6) is provided with an adjusting groove (7), the inner circular wall surface of the adjusting groove (7) is provided with threads, the connecting column (5) is in threaded connection with the adjusting groove (7), the supporting column (6) is movably sleeved with the first connecting groove (15), the inner circular wall surfaces of the first casing (3) and the second casing (4) are respectively provided with a first rotating groove (8), and the inner circular wall surface of the first casing (3) is provided with a mounting ring (9), two first rotating columns (10) are fixedly mounted on the outer circle wall surface of the mounting ring (9), the first rotating columns (10) are movably sleeved with the first rotating grooves (8), a filtering sleeve (11) is fixedly mounted on the inner circle wall surface of the mounting ring (9), a plurality of breathing holes (13) are formed in the top surface of the filtering sleeve (11), and a sponge block (12) is fixedly mounted on the inner circle wall surface of the filtering sleeve (11);
the outer circle wall surfaces of the first casing (3) and the second casing (4) are respectively fixedly provided with a latex ring (16), the top surface of the latex ring (16) is provided with a fixing hole (17), the bottom surface of the connecting block (1) is provided with a plurality of thread grooves (18), the inner circle wall surface of the fixing hole (17) is movably sleeved with a threaded column, and the threaded column is in threaded connection with the thread grooves (18);
the top surface of the connecting block (1) is provided with two mounting grooves (34), limiting blocks (35) are arranged inside the mounting grooves (34), second rotating grooves (36) are respectively formed in two sides of the inside of the mounting grooves (34), second rotating blocks (37) are respectively fixedly mounted on two sides of each limiting block (35), the second rotating blocks (37) are movably sleeved with the second rotating grooves (36), and two suckers are fixedly mounted on one side of each limiting block (35);
standing groove (40) have been seted up to the inside bottom surface of connecting block (1), the movable joint of interior circle wall of standing groove (40) has go-between (41), the excircle wall fixed mounting of go-between (41) has two fixed columns (42), second spread groove (39) have been seted up to the excircle wall of latex ring (16), fixed column (42) with second spread groove (39) movable joint.
2. The nasal allergen filter of claim 1, wherein: the inner circle wall surface of the breathing hole (13) is provided with a sponge core (14).
