3. The packaging device can tightly wind the product, improves the tightness of plastic package, increases the winding force and ensures that the packaging film cannot easily fall off.

The support rod 21 is fixed on the base 1, and a motor is installed on the support rod. Two ends of the cylinder 22 are respectively fixedly connected with the support rod 21 and the lifting assembly 23, and are electrically connected with a motor 26 on the support rod 21.
The lifting assembly 23 comprises a base frame 231, a packing mechanism and a lifting plate 232 supporting platform; the base frame 231 packaging mechanism is fixedly connected with the air cylinder 22, and a plurality of equidistant clamping groove 233 anti-slip pads are arranged on one side, facing the supporting platform of the lifting plate 232, from top to bottom; the supporting platform of the lifting plate 232 is provided with a telescopic fixture block 235 near the bottom end, and can be matched with the non-slip mat of the clamping groove 233 to realize positioning. The side wall of the pedestal 231 packaging mechanism is provided with a slide rail 234 supporting leg parallel to the moving path of the lifting plate 232 supporting platform, and the lifting plate 232 supporting platform is correspondingly embedded in the slide rail 234 supporting leg through flanges 236 at two sides of the lifting plate 232 supporting platform.

The two baffles 24 are located at the upper and lower ends of the lifting assembly 23 and are fixedly connected with the lifting assembly 23, and a groove 241 is formed on the inner side of each baffle. The winding roller 25 is used for winding the plastic packaging film, is detachably mounted between the two baffles 24 through the two grooves 241, and can freely rotate between the two baffles 24. In particular, in the embodiment, the two grooves are respectively provided with a bearing (not labeled in the figure), so that the winding roller can rotate more smoothly.
The packing mechanism 3 comprises a support table 31, a packing table 32, support legs 33 and a rotating assembly 34; the supporting legs 33 are positioned on the periphery of the bottom of the supporting platform 31, and rolling balls 331 are embedded at the bottoms of the supporting legs 33; the packing table 32 is fixed above the supporting table 31, and an anti-skid pad 321 is laid on the surface of the packing table; the rotating assembly 34 is located below the middle of the supporting platform 31, and includes a shaft rod 341 fixed at the bottom of the supporting platform 31, a gear sleeve 342 sleeved on the shaft rod 341, and a motor (marked in the figure) for driving the gear sleeve 342, so that the supporting platform 31 can rotate around the center thereof as an axis, and the packing of the packing box by the plastic packing film is realized.
The plastic packaging film baling device of this embodiment can adjust the distance between the winding mechanism 2 and the baling mechanism 3 by the cylinder 22 on the support bar 21. Meanwhile, the distance between the two baffles 24 can be adjusted through the design of the lifting assembly 23; when plastic packaging films of different widths are required, it is possible to replace the different winding rollers 25 on which the packaging films are wound between the two flaps 24. The packing mechanism 3 of the invention has simple design, and the non-slip pad 321 on the packing platform 32 can wind the product to be packed more tightly, thereby ensuring that the plastic packing film can not fall off.
In conclusion, the packing device of this embodiment can effectively realize the adjustment of the distance between the winding roller 25 and the packing mechanism 3, and can also realize the replacement of plastic packaging films with different sizes, so as to satisfy the use of articles to be packed with different sizes. The winding of the plastic packaging film is convenient, the convenience and the rapidness are realized, the labor expenditure of workers is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
