The method can provide a light-weight management, quick iteration and implementation cooperative service platform for the enterprise, and assists the enterprise to adapt to the market environment with quick change of the industrial internet.

the inventory management module is used for providing at least one inventory service for enterprise users;

More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In yet another embodiment of the invention, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be included in the terminal device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the terminal device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the terminal device, cause the terminal device to operate a collaborative cloud platform including a sales management module, a procurement management module, an inventory management module, an office automation module, and a financial management module; the sales management module is used for supporting various sales outlets, various sales modes and multiple pricing management scenes so as to provide sales big data report service and sales prediction service for customers; the purchasing management module is used for providing an upstream supply chain solution service by butting at least one purchasing peripheral platform, providing a purchasing prediction service for a client and providing a full-flow purchasing service based on a purchasing plan obtained by the purchasing prediction service; the inventory management module is used for providing at least one inventory service for enterprise users; the office automation module is used for providing at least one office automation service for enterprise users; the financial management module is used for providing at least one financial management service for enterprise users.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. Where the name of a unit does not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example, the first retrieving unit may also be described as a "unit for retrieving at least two internet protocol addresses".
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the disclosure in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific combinations of the above-described features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-described features or their equivalents is possible without departing from the spirit of the disclosure. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features with similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.

Claims (13)

1. A collaborative cloud platform is characterized by comprising a sales management module, a purchase management module, an inventory management module, an office automation module and a financial management module;
the sales management module is used for supporting various sales outlets, various sales modes and multiple pricing management scenes so as to provide sales big data report service and sales prediction service for customers;
the purchasing management module is used for providing an upstream supply chain solution service by butting at least one purchasing peripheral platform, providing a purchasing prediction service for a client and providing a full-flow purchasing service based on a purchasing plan obtained by the purchasing prediction service;
the inventory management module is used for providing at least one inventory service for enterprise users;
the office automation module is used for providing at least one office automation service for enterprise users;
the financial management module is used for providing at least one financial management service for enterprise users.
2. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sales outlets comprises at least one online merchant sales outlet and at least one offline sales channel.
3. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the full-flow procurement services include a procurement requirements sub-service, a procurement order sub-service, a procurement invoice sub-service, a procurement provisional estimate sub-service, a procurement to goods sub-service, a procurement returns sub-service, a procurement settlement sub-service, and a procurement warehousing sub-service.
4. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the procurement peripheral platforms include a bidding network, a supplier platform, a supply and demand platform, an acquisition network platform, and an outsourcing agent platform.
5. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sales modes includes a sales order mode and a general sales mode.
6. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the at least one inventory service includes at least one of an inventory warehousing service, an inventory adjustment service, a warehouse-out service, an inventory reporting service, and an inventory forecasting service.
7. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 6, wherein the warehousing services include purchasing warehousing sub-services, transferring warehousing sub-services, outsourcing warehousing sub-services, and scrapping warehousing sub-services.
8. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 6, wherein the inventory adjustment services include an inventory sub-service, a dial-in sub-service, a scrap sub-service, a move inventory sub-service, a freeze sub-service, a difference sub-service.
9. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 6, wherein the ex-warehouse services comprise a sell-ex-warehouse sub-service, a call-out-warehouse sub-service, and a receive-out-warehouse sub-service.
10. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the at least one office automation service comprises a message center service, a workflow service, an enterprise portal service, a schedule management service.
11. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 10, wherein the schedule management services include a task management sub-service, a reception management sub-service, a leave management sub-service, a business trip management sub-service, and a car utilization management sub-service.
12. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the at least one financial management service comprises at least one of a credential management service, an accounting reporting service, a financial reporting service, an asset depreciation service, and a credential driven service.
13. A terminal device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory to store executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the end device to run the collaborative cloud platform of any of claims 1-12.
