Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a collaborative cloud platform and terminal equipment, which comprise a sales management module, a purchase management module, an inventory management module, an office automation module and a financial management module; the sales management module is used for supporting various sales outlets, various sales modes and multiple pricing management scenes so as to provide sales big data report service and sales prediction service for the customers; the purchasing management module is used for providing upstream supply chain solution service, purchasing prediction service and full-flow purchasing service for the client by butting at least one purchasing peripheral platform; the inventory management module is used for providing at least one inventory service for enterprise users; the office automation module is used for providing at least one office automation service for enterprise users; the financial management module is used for providing at least one financial management service for enterprise users. The method can provide a light-weight management, quick iteration and implementation cooperative service platform for the enterprise, and assists the enterprise to adapt to the market environment with quick change of the industrial internet.
Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of computer application, in particular to a collaborative cloud platform and terminal equipment.
Background
The traditional problems of large and complete software such as resource planning ERP and finance of large-scale enterprises, large personalized customization difficulty, high customization cost and the like are specifically embodied in the following aspects:
on the one hand, the requirements of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises on the internal cooperation management system are relatively simple, and if the existing large-scale systems in the industry cannot effectively utilize the functional modules in the internal cooperation management system. the sales management module is used for supporting various sales outlets, various sales modes and multiple pricing management scenes so as to provide sales big data report service and sales prediction service for customers;
the purchasing management module is used for providing an upstream supply chain solution service by butting at least one purchasing peripheral platform, providing a purchasing prediction service for a client and providing a full-flow purchasing service based on a purchasing plan obtained by the purchasing prediction service;
the inventory management module is used for providing at least one inventory service for enterprise users;
the office automation module is used for providing at least one office automation service for enterprise users;
the financial management module is used for providing at least one financial management service for enterprise users.
In one embodiment, the plurality of sales outlets includes at least one online merchant sales outlet and at least one offline sales channel.
In one embodiment, the full-flow purchasing service includes a purchasing demand sub-service, a purchasing order sub-service, a purchasing invoice sub-service, a purchasing temporary estimate sub-service, a purchasing to goods sub-service, a purchasing return sub-service, a purchasing settlement sub-service, and a purchasing warehousing sub-service.
In one embodiment, the procurement peripheral platform comprises a bidding network, a supplier platform, a supply and demand platform, an acquisition network platform and an outsourcing agent platform.
In one embodiment, the plurality of sales modes include a sales order mode and a general sales mode.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a collaboration cloud platform provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a case of providing lightweight multiple services for an enterprise, and as shown in fig. 1, the collaboration cloud platform described in this embodiment may be used for a mobile client and may also be used for a PC client, where the collaboration cloud platform includes: the system comprises a sales management module, a purchase management module, an inventory management module, an office automation module and a financial management server module.
The sales management module is configured to support multiple sales outlets, multiple sales modes, and multiple pricing management scenarios to provide sales big data reporting services and sales forecasting services for customers.
Wherein, in accordance with one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of sales outlets includes, but is not limited to, at least one online merchant sales outlet and at least one offline sales channel.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of sales modes include, but are not limited to, a sales order mode and a general sales mode.
The procurement management module is configured for providing upstream supply chain solution services by interfacing at least one procurement peripheral platform, providing procurement forecast services for customers, and providing full-flow procurement services based on a procurement plan derived by the procurement forecast services.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a partial interaction flow of a sales management module, a purchase management module, and an inventory management module in an exemplary collaborative cloud platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 2, the purchase management module in this example forms an overall management capability for a sales channel by fusing sales outlets (including, but not limited to, online merchants and offline legacy channels). The collaborative cloud platform can support various sales schemes, for example, overall process management such as fixed sales, common sales and the like is adopted, and meanwhile, sales big data report service is provided for clients by combining multiple pricing management scenes and main data information management, so that enterprise clients can be assisted to adapt to market environments quickly.
The purchase management module can provide an upstream supply chain solution by butting a purchase peripheral platform (such as a bidding network, a supplier platform, a supply and demand platform, an acquisition network, an outsourcing agent and the like), and integrates production plan management to provide full-flow purchase services including a purchase demand sub-service, a purchase order sub-service, a purchase invoice sub-service, a purchase temporary estimate sub-service, a purchase to goods sub-service, a purchase return sub-service, a purchase settlement sub-service, a purchase warehousing sub-service and the like. And multiple centralized purchasing modes such as centralized purchasing and centralized settlement, centralized settlement and internal transfer and the like are supported, so that the group coordination of enterprise client purchasing management is facilitated.
The inventory management module of the collaborative cloud platform in this example can provide an overall inventory solution for enterprise users, and includes warehousing services (purchasing warehousing sub-services, transferring warehousing sub-services, outsourcing warehousing sub-services, scrapping warehousing sub-services, and the like), inventory adjustment services (checking sub-services, transferring sub-services, scrapping sub-services, transferring sub-services, freezing sub-services, transferring sub-services, and the like), ex-warehouse services (selling ex-warehouse sub-services, transferring ex-warehouse sub-services, receiving ex-warehouse sub-services, and the like), and services such as inventory services, inventory report services, and the like. Fig. 3 is a schematic partial flow diagram of an interior of an office automation module in a collaborative cloud platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the office automation module includes a message center service, a workflow service, an enterprise portal service, a schedule management service, an electronic signature service, and the like, and the electronic signature service may also be provided through an external three-party application. The intelligent operation platform of the office automation module can provide daily work management contents such as basic task management sub-service, reception management sub-service, leave-asking management sub-service, business trip management sub-service, vehicle management sub-service and the like for enterprises.
The financial management module described in this embodiment can include basic functions such as voucher management service, accounting statement service, financial statement service, asset depreciation service, voucher drive service, and provide standard peripheral interface simultaneously, be convenient for enterprise customer to dock financial management module, including income discount interface, inventory cost interface, round trip tax recieve interface, reimbursement debit interface, etc.
After the enterprise client finishes application deployment or orders SaaS (software-as-a-Service) Service account, the enterprise client imports enterprise organization architecture and employee information, and after user authentication is finished, an employee can use each function plate in the system according to corresponding authority.

Referring now to fig. 4, a block diagram of a terminal device 400 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The terminal device shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the terminal device 400 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphic processor, etc.) 401 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)402 or a program loaded from a storage means 408 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 403. In the RAM 403, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the terminal apparatus 400 are also stored. The processing device 401, the ROM 402, and the RAM 403 are connected to each other via a bus 404. An input/output (I/O) interface 405 is also connected to bus 404.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 405: input devices 406 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 407 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 408 including, for example, tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 409. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In yet another embodiment of the invention, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be included in the terminal device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the terminal device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the terminal device, cause the terminal device to operate a collaborative cloud platform including a sales management module, a procurement management module, an inventory management module, an office automation module, and a financial management module; the sales management module is used for supporting various sales outlets, various sales modes and multiple pricing management scenes so as to provide sales big data report service and sales prediction service for customers; the purchasing management module is used for providing an upstream supply chain solution service by butting at least one purchasing peripheral platform, providing a purchasing prediction service for a client and providing a full-flow purchasing service based on a purchasing plan obtained by the purchasing prediction service; the inventory management module is used for providing at least one inventory service for enterprise users; the office automation module is used for providing at least one office automation service for enterprise users; the financial management module is used for providing at least one financial management service for enterprise users.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. Where the name of a unit does not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example, the first retrieving unit may also be described as a "unit for retrieving at least two internet protocol addresses".
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the disclosure in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific combinations of the above-described features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-described features or their equivalents is possible without departing from the spirit of the disclosure. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) the features with similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.
Claims (13)
1. A collaborative cloud platform is characterized by comprising a sales management module, a purchase management module, an inventory management module, an office automation module and a financial management module;
the sales management module is used for supporting various sales outlets, various sales modes and multiple pricing management scenes so as to provide sales big data report service and sales prediction service for customers;
the purchasing management module is used for providing an upstream supply chain solution service by butting at least one purchasing peripheral platform, providing a purchasing prediction service for a client and providing a full-flow purchasing service based on a purchasing plan obtained by the purchasing prediction service;
the inventory management module is used for providing at least one inventory service for enterprise users;
the office automation module is used for providing at least one office automation service for enterprise users;
the financial management module is used for providing at least one financial management service for enterprise users.
2. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sales outlets comprises at least one online merchant sales outlet and at least one offline sales channel.
3. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the full-flow procurement services include a procurement requirements sub-service, a procurement order sub-service, a procurement invoice sub-service, a procurement provisional estimate sub-service, a procurement to goods sub-service, a procurement returns sub-service, a procurement settlement sub-service, and a procurement warehousing sub-service.
4. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the procurement peripheral platforms include a bidding network, a supplier platform, a supply and demand platform, an acquisition network platform, and an outsourcing agent platform.
5. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sales modes includes a sales order mode and a general sales mode.
6. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the at least one inventory service includes at least one of an inventory warehousing service, an inventory adjustment service, a warehouse-out service, an inventory reporting service, and an inventory forecasting service.
7. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 6, wherein the warehousing services include purchasing warehousing sub-services, transferring warehousing sub-services, outsourcing warehousing sub-services, and scrapping warehousing sub-services.
8. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 6, wherein the inventory adjustment services include an inventory sub-service, a dial-in sub-service, a scrap sub-service, a move inventory sub-service, a freeze sub-service, a difference sub-service.
9. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 6, wherein the ex-warehouse services comprise a sell-ex-warehouse sub-service, a call-out-warehouse sub-service, and a receive-out-warehouse sub-service.
10. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the at least one office automation service comprises a message center service, a workflow service, an enterprise portal service, a schedule management service.
11. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 10, wherein the schedule management services include a task management sub-service, a reception management sub-service, a leave management sub-service, a business trip management sub-service, and a car utilization management sub-service.
12. The collaborative cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the at least one financial management service comprises at least one of a credential management service, an accounting reporting service, a financial reporting service, an asset depreciation service, and a credential driven service.
13. A terminal device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory to store executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the end device to run the collaborative cloud platform of any of claims 1-12.
